My go-to among the big auto parts chains. Excellent product displays enable a quick review of the available options. The free OBD2 code scan is fast and convenient, and you'll get a printout to take to the repair shop if the issue is beyond DIY.

First time in, talk to blank stare, clueless, snippy, lip ring, counter person. No ideal what a tailgate OR rear window glass gas strut cylinder is. Two other employees try to help, one from afar, manager came over to help. No part and supplier out of stock. Said go on-line to check for stock.Next visit, young counter person doesn't know what a side terminal battery bolt is. I wonder around store and find them. He comes over, trying to help and stands right in my way. Item I wanted is out of stock, was going to teach t young person what they were.

These guys are always so helpful but Logan in particular is amazing. He wasn't even on the clock yet and he helped me install a new battery and air filter that I was really struggling with. I'll definitely be back for future needs, he's incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you so much Logan!!!!!

Staff were very helpful. They had what I needed in stock. What I really liked was that they sold batteries at a discount and even know it was almost closing time. The Staff stayed after to make sure I OK to make the trip back home

Courteous friendly efficient. Had everything I needed. I went for a battery was available and was correct one. Also wipers and some cleaners and lubricants. Very clean and well stocked. Store in past visits always had what I needed. For other cars and trucks.

Bought some basic items. One employee was def more knowledgeable and they weren t the one that helped so as you can imagine it required another trip back to get the right one from the right person. Oh well.

I would like to thank Justin for all your help finding the part I needed for my 2003 Ford Escape. EGR Valve. He was very polite and took the time helping me find the make and model VIN # of my escape. He also found the part I needed at another AutoZone close by. Thanks again for all your help.

I hadn't been there since retiring. I was sad to see that Mike was no longer there. He took care of the commercial accounts. The new guy was helpful and the prices are compatible with the other chains. They also will meet or beat others prices. Its hard to find quality parts these days because it seems everything is made in third world countries but they do offer choices. The better the part the more money it will cost. It all depends on what your budget allows. Very helpful if you don't have test equipment, they'll read your car's computer and this will definitely point you in the right direction as to what is tripping the check engine light in your vehicle. I give them a thumbs up.

As a woman, going to auto parts stores makes me pretty anxious. Imagine my reaction when I pulled into this AutoZone and realized that on top of that, they also had no power because of our most recent storm! I needed an oil filter and had been rehearsing my script in my head on the way there ("Hello! I need an oil filter and was hoping you could look up my car and tell me which one I need") but the loss of power left me facing more unknowns--would they be able to look up which part I needed? Did I have enough cash to pay for it? Thankfully, the employee who greeted me when I walked in was kind, calm, and helped every step of the way. He was able to recite from memory roughly how much my oil filter would be, so we knew I could pay for it before going on a wild goose chase. Then he looked through the book by the oil filters until he found the one for my car and was patient as I tried to remember the different characteristics of my car (does it have turbo? I still can't remember). When I ended up needing an air filter instead of an oil filter and came back two hours later, this employee was gone, but the remaining team helped me return my oil filter even without a computer to track my purchase. I left feeling more competent about my ability to maintain my car and less anxious about going to similar stores in the future. Thank you all!

So I normally would not be one to go to AutoZone for anything, but since my fianc� was out of town and my car was acting up I had no choice haha. When I first went in I was acknowledged by one of the men behind the counter, I later learned his name was Eitan (May have spelled it wrong, my apologies)!He helped answer all my questions I had and helped immensely with doing my battery for me because I really didn t want to do it myself at that point. I was on the verge of heading to Honda and shelling out 1k on a dang starter and other stuff when in reality it was just the battery that was the issue. I really can t thank him enough he helped me and more importantly, my wallet lol.Highly recommend this place and getting Eitan to help you! Such a sweet guy to talk to and was very helpful! He was telling me all the tips and tricks to figure out what was wrong with my car when something would arise. My first go to would have been YouTube and that itself will just take you down the rabbit hole if you let it! Grateful I had gone here though so I could have his help and definitely will be heading back there now to just grab basic things and to just support that location in general.Thanks again!

Ricky Hurd is a star! I was told that I was going to need the entire lighting system in my Dodge Challenger replaced. Ricky took one look at it and said you just need to replace a single bulb. Turns out he was right. They did not have the part in the store, but he told me to return later that day, and he would even install it for me. A man of his word! Really grateful for this guy. Incredible customer service. The best!

I pulled into the Auto Zone with an alarming sound coming from under my car. It was the Engine Splash Guard that came loose in the front and was scraping along the ground. Employee Stephanie jumped into action and found bolts to repair it on the spot. Above and beyond!! And then only charged for the part, a whopping four dollars! Hats off to Stephanie and the owners/managers at Auto Zone for hiring her and for obviously encouraging a good service ethic. Give this girl a raise!

The guys in there were extremely helpful and friendly. Devin's knowledge and advice was so on point. He helped guide me to the parts and tools I needed and also had great advice.He saved me a ton of $$ and made sure I had everything I needed.I will continue to go to this location for all of my auto related needs

I went in to buy a headlight, a dark haired woman and a bearded man helped me for like an hour to instal it and where absolutely wonderful, had to leave a good review for them, they went above and beyond. Both of them deserve a raise.

Chris the manager was about as useless as possible. I called twice and he assured me he had a battery for my car; it would be no problem and his pleasure to take care of it. Turns out he didn t want to replace it and made excuses about not being able to work on foreign cars. Good waste of time to have the job completed across the street

This is the very first auto zone that I have ever been to that has so many young people working there. They were to each other about personal things or on their cell phones. Not professional at all. The young lady that was helping me did looked up my oil, and only told me what grade I needed, didn t direct me where it was didn t help with recommendations with my mileage of my car for the type. So when I when to check out, again the 3 workers we either on the cell phone or talking to one another as I was waiting there. An older gentleman (4th) worker walked in and informed one of them they had a customer and then I was able to check out. I am still unsure about if I got the right type of oil. Might have to return oil after I talk with a friend that know about cars.

The employee there was friendly, helped us out with a problem we had with the battery come to find out it wasn't he let us know what the problem could be, thanks to him we took care of the problem, Alsume job and thank you

These guys were fantastic! We had a heavy snow on the way and my driver's side wiper wasn't working properly. After replacing it it got broken again. They then gave me another one and we initially thought the linkage was broken then Ricky I think he was their mechanic took a few minutes to look into the situation better. He discovered the bolt was loose and tightened and fixed the problem. I made it home safely that night as the snow did come. I highly recommend this place for all of your auto parts needs!

Great store. Great staff. Specifically Jeff Turk who went above and beyond to help me replace my heavily corroded battery.When asked how we could repay him, he said we should continue to patronize the store. Customer for life. Big thanks to Steve the manager as well, for not giving Jeff a hard time for how much help he gave me.

Stopped in this morning for a headlight bulb, staff member came out to remove the dead bulb, found what I needed in stock, put in the new bulb, fast and friendly with a smile and a thank you. Asked if I wanted to start the car and make sure it was working properly. Great service - my new go to! Wish I would have gotten his name - THANK YOU!

This AutoZone was wonderful! I was able to call ahead and check to see if they had the battery I needed. Upon arrival I was immediately helped by getting my battery checked. Next, they were helpful in finding me the best battery for my needs. They installed it for me with no charge! It was excellent service. It was particularly great as a college student with limited knowledge of cars. Steve was the technician that helped me out, he was amazingly helpful and very nice. You should ask for him! Thank you again!

I went to AutoZone after realizing my car was out of oil. Not only did the Auto Zone employ help clarify what type of oil I needed and the amount, he checked my car and recommended the appropriate maintenance. He was friendly, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely purchase from this store again.
