BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I first want to start this review off by saying I was not asked to do this review these are my true feelings and opinion on the shop. I have such an amazing experience working with Brian. He was not only knowledgeable in his line of work, but he also cared about my safety on the road and the needs for my car. He did not try to charge me on anything that I did not need done. He also took me in the garage to look under the car for myself as well as take a video of what was wrong with my vehicle. I greatly appreciated that, being that I know nothing about cars so seeing the car myself and showing me the problem eased all of my worries and doubts, he also got me out of the shop in two hours. If you are having car problems or even if you need a good laugh, this is the place to go. Brian is absolutely great. I m sorry I don t quite remember the name of the guy who worked on my vehicle. However, he was awesome very sweet and kind and I am so happy that I found my new mechanic. Thank you so much!

Highly, highly recommend Auto Revise. Everyone was incredibly kind, thorough, efficient, and communicative. They seemed to truly care about me and my car, making sure to find the part my car needed at a reasonable price (even though that meant more work for them by calling around multiple suppliers). They test drove my car after replacing the part to make sure it was driving safely without issue. Brian and Auto Revise will be my go-to for any future car problems; cannot speak more highly of their work.

I honestly wish I could give Brian 10 stars. I recently purchased a 2014 ford escape from a dealership. Two days after I purchased the vehicle my coolant light was going off. I took it back up to the dealership and told me that they just needed to top it off. Then 2 weeks later. It went off again. I than made an appointment. Since it was a coolant related issue, I would need to reschedule because the coolant tech is booked as of right now. Also informed me that I will need to pay $169.00 for a pressured tested system. I also told the dealership about possibly needing to have front brakes replaced. With dropping my car off at 8am two days later. I was not called in till almost 4pm. I was told that I will need to have my oil cooler system replaced there is a leak, and I was correct that I need to have my front brakes replaced. That would lead to a grand total of $1,700 in fees plus tax. I declined all repairs and paid the $169.00 for the test. With bringing my car home I was really bummed that I had this huge expense. I knew that I had to get a 2nd opinion. I immediately thought of Brian. He did all my repairs on my older escape that I had before. When he owned Tuffy in Highland, mi. I know that I could trust his word. I gave him a call and he told me that he could absolutely take the time to look at what is going on. I dropped my car off Monday night with the after-hours option. Tuesday morning before 10 am I was informed about what was really happening. In his honest opinion that I would not need any of the repairs. He didn't find any leaks, and everything was still in good condition. He also said that my front brakes would not need to be replaced. The only real repair was repairing a wheel stud and dropping the front cover and a right lug nut. That lead to a grand total with tax of $82.59. Needless to say, that He has saved me from a huge expanse that I didn't need at all. I would highly recommend Auto revise for any of your vehicle's needs.

You re going to love doing business at Revive Auto Service Center! Car repairs are never something to look forward to, but knowing your vehicle is in TRUSTED hands makes a huge difference! Brian and his team will be my long-term, go-to guys for any future car repairs and maintenance. The customer service is amazing! My daughter s older car was having vibration problems. She knows nothing about cars and lives out of state. I contacted Brian from Revive Auto Service based upon the very positive reviews. Boy are they worth it. Brian s service is absolutely exceptional! He provided a very detailed report with photos, provided extensive work at a reasonable cost (again, photos provided), and provided complimentary services as well, all in a timely manner. I ve been to a lot of mechanics and, hands down, have never had a better experience. I highly recommend.

We were travelling through Michigan, the day before Christmas Eve when our battery light went on, indicating a problem with our charging system. At the mercy of whomever could take us in that late afternoon, we happened upon the Revive Auto Service Center in Ann Arbor. My exposure to the staff began when I witnessed how carefully the customer service rep explained the nature of the issues the customer before me was dealing with, and how they could process their recall at dealerships in the area. I knew then already that I was at a great place.They then brought my van in and for analysis. For about 45 minutes they ran a variety tests - on the battery, the alternator, the whole charging system. The battery indicator light went off in the meantime. They were unable to find anything concerning with our charging system and said we were good to go. They charged me nothing. I asked them to bill me for their assessment and expertise, but they said no and wished me a Merry Christmas. This kind and professional service was way beyond the call of duty and I would highly recommend the Revive Auto Service Center to everyone! Jerry Benjamins

I came in wanting my tires checkout and a rotation. They did a very thorough check on all the tires and where able to diagnose and fix the issue same day and at a generous rate! (Tire sensor was loose on one of the tires) I definitely plan on going to them again in the future if any other issues pop up.

Brought in a used vehicle for inspection prior to purchase and was completely and totally impressed with the service. Brian was thorough and meticulous, taking personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the report. His inspection gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. Furthermore, he has gained me as a future customer anytime I need repairs or service. Great independent shop!

I'm grateful to say I've found my new mechanic. The Revive team provides honest, affordable service. I've personally witnessed them treating all types of people with respect, including women - I'm so used to being talked down to when I get my car repaired. They performed a thorough inspection and I trusted the team with my brakes, tires, and engine. Auto repairs can be a stressful time - I'm happy that I've found a new place to bring my car when troubles come, big or small!

I highly recommend Brian for any complex car repairs. He is an very experienced, honest, and highly skilled auto repair expert . When I visited his repair-shop in Ann Arbor for my BMW X3, which had timing chain issues, he provided a very cost-effective repair quotation compared to the dealership. I trust his ability to resolve all complex car issues.

I had my son bring his car here because of the reviews I read online and I am so glad I did. Brian and Dakota both were amazing. With me being out of town and my son not knowing much about cars, I was afraid we would be taken advantage of. The complete opposite happened. Brian sent pictures and even videos of the issues they found with my son's car and detailed what was urgent to have fixed, what should probably get fixed sooner than later and what could wait for now along with costs detailed out for each. Brian even went the extra step to see if any warranties may exist from work done by a previous shop that could help cover any cost of parts or labor. That's not all, the front bumper cover recently got caught on a curb and came off the car. Brian actually drove to my son's house, picked up the bumper cover, took it back to the shop and put it on the car with a little fabrication work. From the great communication, working with us on price and the unexpected above and beyond service we received, we will not go anywhere else as long as Brian and Dakota run this place. Not only does my son's car run properly now, it looks great with the bumper cover back on. Thank you so much for the exceptional service.

The service here was Amazing! If you are in search of an Honest mechanic, the search is over. After going to two other local places for service that didn't fix the issue, I went to Revive, and they gave me great service several times on both of my cars and didn't try to get rich off of my service needs. It actually revived my belief in good people working in this field of work. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Amazing experience here. Brian is so friendly and helpful. Gave me all the information up front and since my car didn t immediately need repairs- let me know how much time I had left and what kind of cost to budget for. I am so thankful that I was referred here and would refer anyone else here in a heartbeat. All the staff were incredibly professional and friendly.

I normally do not review at all, but this shop deserves more than 5 stars. I was referred here by my twin and was so happy I made the decision to come. My oil change was fast, convenient, and the customer service couldn t have been better. I would recommend anyone here without a doubt for any service with their car.

Went for tire balancing, found out tires just bad. Had an improper placement for directional tires, switched them out for me. Would not charge me for inspection or switching tires. Will be utilizing their services in the future when I receive my new tire I ordered. I would recommend this business.

Awesome staff. I've been to a few shops on this side of AA and this is by far my favorite. Prices are fair, a tad higher than some places but the quality of the work is worth it, they don't try to upsell or push you to get unnecessary work. Brian is very friendly and transparent about what's going on, shows pictures and explains everything well.

Called in for the mechanical inspection of the used car last minute, was taken in 30 min before shop's closing time. Brian took his time to look at all the nooks and cranies, took pictures and explained everything in detail. Every mechanic should aspire to be like Brian: polite, attentive, going extra mile. Excellent trustworthy service. While this is a large, newer shop, talking to the owner about my car was reminiscent of talking with John Mallek years ago. Locals will know what I mean by that. Don't hesitate to trust them with your car.

My Ford Focus got an engine light and Brian helps me to figure out what s the problem is. He helps me to check the car s mechanical situation and fix the problem. He s very kind and honest, you can always trust Brian, he treats you like relatives and you can trust him with your car.

All of the glowing reviews are true! Absolutely phenomenal service! Extremely upfront and honest about the repairs/needs of your car. If you feel like mechanics are going to take advantage of you then this is your safe place. Revive shoud be everyone s go-to repair shop. It's a good place to go when you have issue with your car. I have the chance to go there and Brian diagnose my car and told me what the issue was, and advise me to not spend my money on the other things, just fix that little piece for a cheaper price. Thanks Brian for your advice and help, I appreciate you for being honest. Keep up the good work.

Had a great first experience with Brian and Dakota at Revive Auto here in Ann Arbor. Had a tricky electrical repair necessary on my older vehicle, and they fixed it no problem, and at a lower price than at the dealership.
