Ann Arbor Auto Body is the best! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. My car got hit twice this past year, so I have recent experience with other body shops in the area. Ann Arbor Auto Body did a great job replacing a passenger door on my car, beautifully matching the paint on a 12 year old SUV. They told me that it would look like the damage never happened, and that is totally true! Plus the price seemed reasonable compared to other places. They always called me when they said they would, and the work was done on the date they said. I could not be happier with my experience here.

Recently had a side collision, needed two doors and mirror replaced. I first contacted a few of the corporate chain type collision centers and had to wait a week to make an appointment for them to consider an estimate. From there, it would take 60 to 90 days before they could commence work.I then called Ann Arbor Auto Body. A total of only 10 days elapsed between the first phone call and the completion of the actual work. The price seemed reasonable compared to what was estimated elsewhere, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Give these guys a shot next time you get in a jam!Service: Body & Trim

This place went above and beyond with my estimate. Progressive wouldn't do their job and send an adjuster, so the owner took it upon himself to call my insurance company to see what was going on. He not only did their job, but made sure I had my car back in a reasonable amount of time. You have my business for any future needs! Hands down the best place in town. I love your pugs too!

I recently took my Hyundai Sonata to Ann Arbor Auto Body to get my bumper replaced and they did an amazing job.I was very impressed with the work. My car looked brand new.The price was very fair and the work was done quick. The owner is easy to talk with and easy to get a hold of. No complaints at all.

They did a nice job fixing some scrapes on my Subaru. The work was done when promised and it looks great! Paint color seems to match exactly. They were less expensive than Whitney s, which was important to me since I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance. Email communication during the process was very helpful and timely.

This is a family business slightly further down on Jackson than the other collision shops. These guys are fast and reasonable and trustworthy! They fixed my car within one week, when some of the other places were telling me that they wouldn t even touch it until May, because they were so fully booked! Also, they ended up saving $500 on my initial estimate, because they didn t need to change some of the parts after all. I recommend them highly to anyone!!

Ann Arbor Auto Body did first-rate work at a reasonable price on our Honda. They were polite, pleasant to work with, and speedy. Not only did they take care of the damage to the front bumper cover, they also repaired at no cost a couple of nicks in the paint on the hood. Also, it was a pleasure meeting Arthur, one of their two dogs.

This place has earned any and all future business for me!! I accidentally scratched my beloved 57 Chevy Belair. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I now know why. I had put a 3 inch long very deep scratch in my rear drivers side door. The paint job on the car is 10 years old and they matched it perfectly!!!! They also did a few touch ups on some random rock chips without me even asking!!!! They also gave me some touch up paint from my future rock chips or other mishaps. They quoted me a price and that is exactly what it cost. They also did the work seven days quicker than I anticipated. I can't say enough about this place. The quality craftsmanship and care that they put in the my vehicle is by far the best of any service I've ever had done to any of my vehicles!!! Thank you guys again!!!!

I've restored several classic cars and I'm extremely picky about paint and body work. Kyle and his family do a tremendous job--great prep work, excellent matching and good finish work. The car was returned to me clean and they even took the time to replace some plastic rivits in the trunk that secured the carpeting. That friends is attention to detail and going the extra mile. And did I mention that they were super reasonable too?

They did a stellar job on my Cadillac in less than a week. After searching several shops online, this one had the most, best favorable reviews. There was only one dissent but that comes with the territory. That person didn't realize what has to be done to accomplish what was needed.When the weather clears, and things slow down, My Accord has some parking lot damage that I would like them to fix.My Accord was hit twice. They did such a good job both times it looks like it came off the showroom floor. ( The car must be a target )

I have taken my 2013 RT Challenger here twice now and would continue to use them again for any of my vehicles. This is a family business and I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and their workmanship. They are very easy to talk to, no pressure and they care about what they do and how its done.I took my car to a place right next to work for a quote to fix scratches on my front end. I received a quote for $600. Ann Arbor Auto Body did the same work for $370 and it was an A+ job. No one can even tell I had any body work done on the car.

I can't say enough great things about Ann Arbor Auto Body. I took my car here to get my carbon fiber hood prepped and painted, and when I got it back, wow. It was absolutely flawless. The guys that work there are great. Extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be back if I need work done on my GTO.

Top 5 things I liked from my experience working with Kyle and the rest of the staff.5. No profanity or bad language each time I was in the building. In fact they have sign "banning" it.4. Prices were very fair in my opinion.3. I lived very close to their shop and the schedule allowed them to be able to take me back to my home while it was being repaired.2. My car was fixed in the timeline they said it would.1. The best thing about my experience is that I felt Kyle would keep my very best interest in mind as they were pricing and fixing the repairs needed.

Ann Arbor Auto Body is as straight forward and honest as they come. Good work done for a fair price without all the "extras" you end up paying for at the dealer or other big shops.

They are great. I was in a pinch and had to get my 2016 Camry fixed after an accident and they got my car right in and fixed in 5 days. It looks better then brand new I love this place and I will refer anyone to them :)

We've taken our car there twice and these people are terrible!! They don't listen at all and they don't take into consideration the customers requests. They charge RIDICULOUS amounts and we will never EVER go back to them! Made me drive to get go get a part that they didn't have. Ridiculous. Never EVER AGAIN!!!! Beware, these people are not good businessmen and they don't care about their customers!

I came in with a front bumper basically torn off and destroyed headlights. They had it done in just a few hours and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. These guys are great!
