Recommend to contact A-2 Auto Glass by K&N automotive, because my 1987 240 Volvo needed a new windshield. I worked with Lynette (spelling?) over the phone. I was very stern about getting the right person to replace the windshield because 240 Volvo windshields have to be done in a very specific way, unlike most windshields today. They completely understood; A-2 answered all my questions and concerns and understood that I wasn t in a rush to get the job done, because it needed to be done right.I was informed that Ben was skilled enough in the particularly difficult job and Ben headed out to where work was being done to prepare the frame for the windshield (rust check and repair) they worked with the body shop to get the job done (In absentia essentially) and I couldn t be more pleased! Other glass places didn t want to touch the job or had no idea how to property replace my windshield.If you need a replacement windshield on any vehicle: this is the place to go. I am incredibly particular about who works on my classic Volvo, and they did an amazing job. 10/10 would (and already have) recommend(ed)!!!

This place is the best! I must have bad windshield mojo because it seems like I m always in there getting it replaced. Each time they are on the ball and help me file a claim if necessary. They do great work, and stand by it too! Hopefully I won t need to use them again, but if I do I m sure I ll have another great experience.

After having a negative experience with a very popular glass company, I wanted to try local, and I m very glad I did. The whole process was made easy, from the initial phone call to when I left. Everyone I talked to was very nice, and they had me in and out in well under their estimated time. I will definitely return here for additional windshield needs.

Customer service here is top notch! I've had the unfortunate luck of needing two windshields and a stone chip repaired in the last 3 years and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

They fixed a tiny chip on my windshield for free. The process was so quick <5 minutes and no wait time. Everyone i spoke with was very nice. Would recommend to anyone and will absolutely go back if I have further issues in the future.

Excellent customer service by the front desk ladies. Supurb job, they did what they said they were going to do and did it with great communication AND a smile. I ll never look elsewhere for glass work for my vehicles.

This is the friendliest, nicest office I've ever had work done in. Not only was it quality, quick work, every person was genuinely nice. Another customer was sitting working on a laptop in her lap in the waiting room, one of the staff saw her, came over and brought a TV desk for her to work on saying sitting like that was bad for her back. Just plain nice! We don't see enough of that these days!

The staff was wonderful and knowledgable. Ibwas very excited to get my new windshield, too bad my vehicle got totalled on the way in so I cant speak on the end result. However very impressed with knowledge of staff and their knowing of issues with my model of vehicle and preparing me for any unexpected issues.

Great glass shop! They were able to fit me into a busy schedule an did my windshield replacement quickly in my opinion. They also gave me glass options to help reduce my costs, and even had loaner vehicles available to use while my vehicle was being worked on. Highly recommend!!

The best, hands down. Friendly and great work. Better yet, they pointed out where the last company to replace my windshield (rhymes with safelite) had done a shoddy job, then worked hard to undo the damage they had done. Now THAT is great service. Put them on your list of where do you go when you need _____

Great service and quality work. They made it really easy to do my insurance claim. All the ladies in the office were very easy to deal with.I also had a really complicated windshield on a new vehicle that requires recalibration for safety systems to work. They set expectations for this wonderfully and got it done.

A2 was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. They worked with my insurance company to schedule a timely appointment. They confirmed the appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived The repair was well done and they were courteous in keeping me updated on timing Other companies were going to procrastinate my repair since it was covered by insurance A2 was straightforward and very ethical. Had a big crack in windshield in my Santa Fe, they got me a quick appointment, worked with my insurance and replaced it quickly. I had to bring it back a couple of months later because one of the sensors stopped working right, and they fixed it in 5 minutes without a fuss. I had a large crack in my windshield. I got an appointment quickly. When I brought my car in it was covered in ice. They said no worries. Car was done when they promised later that day. A few weeks later now, and my lane departure and smart cruise work as they should, and no leaks.

My insurance wouldn t cover a back windshield replacementTold me safelite(progressive s glass contract) could do it for about 629$Damas came to my house and installed a new one for 280$.Excellent service, next day at home installation.Could not recommend more!

My driver side window wouldn't roll up. I thought it might be an easy fix, missing clip, since I heard something fall inside the door. Tried to use my usual garage and even a chain glass repair place; neither could see me for a week, even tho there was rain in forecast and I told them it should be quick. A2 Auto Glass got me in within 24 hours, between appointments and finished the the work in approx half an hour Reasonably priced. Readily available. Honest and Kind. Wish I would have known about them sooner!

This company is amazing. They came to my house and changed out my windshield for a new one, lickedy split! Today, months later my rubber piece around it came loose and was flapping. I took it to the shop, they looked at it immediately and made sure there were no other issues with leaking and glued it back down for me within a few minutes! I greatly appreciate them going the extra mile to help and nake sure my windshield was still fine.

Had a windshield replaced under warranty here and I am satisfied with the work. A2 was prompt about scheduling and completed the work in the morning for an after lunch pickup. Unfortunately, the replacement windshield had a minor crack at the edge that I noticed, but A2 immediately fit me into their schedule and provided a loaner car during the replacement. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Good to have a local place care about doing the job right until the customer is satisfied! Great overall.

I took my car in for a $60 chip repair and during the repair, they cracked my windshield. They told me a new windshield would be $445 if other parts are needed, if not, $325. They break my windshield and I have to pay...doesn't seem right. After asking if they can help out since they broke it, she told me the lowest her manager would go was $260. The lady even said to me, "If you take it somewhere else like safelite, it would be more". Ummm ma'am, your worker/company broke it. I took my car somewhere else and it was much cheaper than their price. I wanted to support my local area small businesses but it backfired on me.Service: Auto windshield repair

I had a fantastic experience with A2 auto glass. My 2014 Subaru Forester had a big ol' crack in it and it needed to be replaced. I called A2 because I wanted to give my money to a local business. I got super lucky/they were super prepared and had the windshield I needed in stock. I was able to book an appointment the day after I called and they got it fixed in less than the two hours they promised. I even got a loner car of theirs so I could drive back to work for a bit. The loner car experience was super duper easy and stress-free. In the end the fix was only about $340, way less than other stores and what Google said it might be. Would highly recommend!
