The Golden Standard in the automotive repair industry! I was blown away on the attention to detail, the quality of craftsmanship, and integrity the business provides. Joe the business owner operates his business like a well tuned running machine. Joe s respect given to his customers and gratitude to veterans are just the tip of the spear in the impressive knowledge and expereince in automotive repair. I was a first time customer that turned into a lifetime on Joes flawless performance. I have been a customer of Right & Tight for 15+ years. I have always been treated fairly and the work is completed on time !I used Right & Tight for my vehicle s scheduled maintenance and when repairs are needed. Went in for an oil change before a road trip. Thankfully they caught some other items that needed repair, otherwise I'd be stranded in the UP on my vacation. I appreciate them showing me exactly what was going on, and everything was ordered and fixed within a few hours. Don't get that everyday from a mechanic! Thank you!

Right & Tight Service in Alto, Michigan is the only place I take my vehicles. They are given complete authority to fix anything they find wrong. I have been extremely pleased with all the work they have performed and the fair price to have it done. My car broke down by their shop, so I pulled in with no appointment. They got me in the same morning and thankfully got my car fixed and I was back on the road. The only thing is there was a miscommunication. I thought they would not only do a visual check but also, diagnostic check to see if it would match the check that Auto Zone did or it would show why my check engine light came on and the went off a week later. My fault.
