Collection of liars theifs and entitled people who don't follow the rules or laws. Call Jerome's towing or Georgies. They think it's funny to see people hurt by their entitled mentality. Prells used to be caring kind people don't get fooled like I did. It cost me more then I can write because I trusted them all my life. Tow truck drivers are supposed to be caring not caniving. Hope they get the message that the people they serve are the same ones that put dinner on their tables instead of treating people like tools and using them for whatever story they tell

They won't charge you a arm and a leg.. they just want your tows.. friendly helpfully staff

Honestly if I could leave less I would. The truck blew a hydraulic line in my driveway on Tuesday. The driver said they would come back to clean it up. Wednesday around 2 in the afternoon, I called and Jill answered the phone. When I asked when they were coming to clean it up she replied "I don't know anything about that, I'll talk to the driver and call you back" and she hung up on me. I called back a couple hours later and was told by Jill "I still haven't heard from the driver" and she hung up on me again. I called again at 10AM on THURSDAY and Jill answered and very rudely said "the driver will be out today to clean it up" then she hung up on me again. The driver showed up a few hours later, he swept the oil dry that he left there on Tuesday and then threw another bag down, told my husband he would be back later with degreaser and he never showed back up.We spent all day Sunday cleaning up the driveway from the mess they had left on Tuesday.Don't waste your time calling these people. Jill is so awful and rude, the truck driver is a liar. All around this company is very shady and not honest.As far as towing, the driver was about an hour later than what he were supposed to be.

Came quickly did take long to hookup despite the lower ball joint snapped on the car. Was able to still tow it with a normal wrecker. The owners son was the person that came. For a young guy he was very polite and very well educated on how to do his job despite he said he only has been doing it on his own for a short time. I would highly recommend using this company.

Sad we had to use them, but really happy with the experience. Even though it was on a sunny Superbowl Sunday, both drivers were happy to help us and very personable.

Kevin helped make a bad situation as good as he possibly could. We can't say enough good things about him. Crushed my car last night (hit a deer). Kevin did everything he could to get me home (about an hour away), and made as many calls as he could to find us a rental car (to no avail). Regardless of the success, we truly appreciate all the effort in trying to use his connections to get us home.No problems with the tow, either. I can t say enough about the outstanding service I received from tow operator Kevin. My minivan went from running like a top to not starting at 6 on a Saturday night. Kevin was professional, helpful and went the extra mile from the moment he arrived. He tried several things to get it running (I d hoped I just needed a jumpstart, but no such luck) and then towed it for me. He even waited several minutes to make sure my ride arrived and I was safe. 10/10 recommend Prell s and Kevin in particular!Services: Car towing, Battery

Extremely disappointed in the honesty and professionalism. Bought a used vehicle from the owner in December, with his word that he would send me the service records of the major work done on the motor. When a seal blew a week later, I contacted them again for the service records. It was apparent this was a hack job of a repair. After a few messages were exchanged, I was blocked from further communication. Buyer beware. I should have brought a mechanic with me to look at the vehicle, as it is my loss now. If this is how they take care of their customers, they won t be around much longer to complain about.

Was waiting over an hour for roadside assistance before I called back to see where the driver was and receptionist was extremely rude and told me she was going to hang up on me.... So much for being a 24hr towing place, i guess being rude to your customers is great for business.... Will never recommend this business to anyone.

Had my car towed 5 miles for $65 week later got stuck in the ditch I call3d to get pulled outand they wanted $125 like where tf do they gey there pricing at because Georgies only charged me $50 I will never again use prells towing biggest scammers I have ever dealt withService: Car towingService: Car towing
