Of all the parts stores in town I like the prices. Friendly expert customer service. Don't buy online! Go to the store. I needed to return a part purchased online and picked up at the store and what a mess! The store was gracious and 100% more helpful than the online people. I'll never buy from Napa online again!!

I called to inquire about their machine shop services. I spoke to Brian, who informed me that they were very busy and it would take weeks or more to get to. He then gave me tips, tricks, and advice on how I could get the job done at home. I was very leery, it's why I called a professional to do the work. But I took Brian's advice, and managed to get the broken bolts out (they were in a very tricky/delicate spot). I didn't spend a dime at the shop, never even went in the store, and they were able (and willing) to help me. Will definitely recommend to everyone, and will shop here when I have the chance.

Friendly, knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. Broke down 2 hrs from home, they not only had the right parts to get me rolling again, they worked with me on a payment solution, credit card over the phone. Obviously a breakdown is never fun but the folks at the Alpena Napa did their best to make the situation much easier...

Zero star's I ordered water pump for my car to arrive on Friday because I work all week, big surprise the wrong one after a lengthy conversation about the specific one I need!!! Now it's also going to cost me a day off work which I have no personal days or sick time!!! Meanwhile trying to raise a 14 year old daughter!!! So to me I'm sick of the excuses stepup and do your job right for the love of God please!!!

Very helpful staff. They do a good job of getting the right parts and have given me valuable advise as well. You don't get this kind of service at a discount auto parts store. My preferred auto parts store in Alpena.

Very helpful, couldn't get my parts till Wednesday plus UPS charges. Called another parts store for me, getting the parts Monday no UPS charges. Now that's going above and beyond. Thank you McDonald's NAPA Auto Parts!

Very friendly customer service. They treated me with respect as a woman which is very important when it comes to auto care. They did not stock the part, but were able to refer me to the dealership :)

They were very helpful & even loaned us a tool to remove our dead battery. They did a voltage test then a load test & had exactly the battery we needed to replace ours.
