It was awesome but since it has been taken over by new owners we really can't say as we haven't had the opportunity to work with them as of yet but we are looking forward to trying them out and we are hoping for the same great service

I ran my new car into a tomato cage and scratched the heck out of the side of my expedition. I went into Larry s, they assessed my car and got it in the next morning to be fixed. The staff was friendly, fast, efficient, and the cost was very fair. Will definitely use Larry s again if ever needed.

Had trouble with insurance an they even found me on Facebook just to get things figured out add help me as much as possible would highly recommend to anyone

While on a two week road trip across country, we got quite a bit of damage bon our Jeep. We choose Larry's collision to fix the over 10k in mostly paint damage, a chipped up windshield and a cracked up bumper to do the repairs.They were very thorough in their work! It took a few weeks to get it fixed but the job they did was outstanding! I was very concerned that the paint wouldn't look as good or not match, but the work they did blew my mind! They even cleaned the entire interior while they had it (and it was full of dog hair from the trip).This is the second vehicle I have had them do body work on and I could not be happier! If you need body work done, I highly recommend this place!

So in august 2022 my boyfriend wrecked his car, he took it to Larry s because his insurance agency highly recommended them. At first they were going to retire it and total it out, the lady at the insurance agency requested one last look for confirmation and that s when they said yes they could fix it. Well we took it to muffler man for an oil change and he goes they replaced some of your parts with used parts. I m sorry what?!? When my boyfriend told me this I was at work and I was outraged, are you kidding me? Today rolls around and we are having trouble with his car over heating and the radiator is going. I look under the hood because I know what to look for and they have a cluster of a mess and I mean A CLUSTER OF A MESS, a whole pipe system holding the engine into place. Hoses informally place under the hood, that we didn t even realize until I started looking at the car more. Will we ever go there again absolutely not and now that the car is worthless I would like to say thank you to Larry s Collision for all that you do, because it would have saved the time, trouble, and money. I remember though it s not about the car itself it was about the insurance claim that you guys got your hands on.

These guys did a great job on an insurance repair on our GMC Yukon. They did the agreed upon work well and on time. On top of that they cleaned the whole truck inside and out. Communication was good and everyone in the office was friendly. Very professional, very courteous. They can fix anything. If they do not have the parts on hand it will be orders and on hand in 1-2 days. They will do their best to help with whatever problem you may have. I needed a battery for my 25 year old lawn tractor in 2 days it was in their shop. That's above and beyond, I thought it was a long shot but I was told no problem. I highly recommend Larry's Collision and Truck Stuff. They put running boards on my Tahoe in ,2 hours and that includes taking the old automatic running boards off. Got to try them for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

This has been my body shop since the first vehicle I owned when I was sixteen. They are very professional and honest with everything they do whether it be fixing damage from hitting a deer or getting a lift put in a truck. They always want you to be happy when you leave. I highly recommend them.....

I've had Larry's Collision and Truck Stuff do crash repair as well as major rust repair!!! Even fixed and repainted a fender on my Harley Trike with Perfect Paint!!! Always priced well and Very Quality workmanship. Having worked in a Body Shop in my younger days, I am aware of Good Work.I've purchased thousands of dollars of Weathertech Floor liners, mid flaps, grill guards, tonneau covers from Larry's Truck Stuff as well. Always beat the manufacturer's online price!!!!

One sleepy morning a berzerker deer came out of nowhere and broadsided my sweet little Jeep. I took her to Larry's Collision. They supplied me with a really nice loaner for the week. When I picked my baby up not only was the damage beautifully repaired, but she had been detailed. I know this because thanks to COVID the Ripley Car Wash is closed so I hadn't been able to take her in for an inside cleaning of winter boot salt. I will send everyone who tells me about collision woes.

Walk in quote completed immediately accessable through the web (which is rare in northern michigan) works closely with very honest crew new car salesman Scott and service manager Matt from Dean Arbour Ford & Lincoln.
