Needed insurance on our summer home. Deb Kaiser was most helpful at getting it insured for the correct amount, and making sure all changes were added as needed. Great to work with.

I went to lappan agency because I'm a 100% disabled vet and the VA sucks . So I see Andy Lappan and he sends over to Bob his health care exspert Bob told me I olny qualify for Medi gap gave me the app, and I filled out sent it in Late Nov with all acount and routing info for billing BCBS never took monies out of account so I called them and made arangement to pay in full the first of Feb . Then BCBS didnt take money again in March I call and make arrangements again for the first of April to make double payment as agree to BCBS they took money then cancelled me for NON payment because the month of March has 31 days and they received no money ( went over 30 days with out a payment) they cancell me even thou they agree with it in march and why should I have to make payment arrangements each month when they had all the info to draw on acccount ????? they wait three weeks to refund money Now I'm uninsured waiting to get fine from goverment Thanks Bob and the Lappan agency !!!!!!! the owner of Lappan Agency didn't even return my call as I ask for exsplenation how this could all happen ??? I have chron's disease see if I can make it to Oct when I can buy an Medi-Advantage which Bob should have known I qualified for it , if he is the jewel of the NE health care Ins as Andy Lappan told me he was . What I got was coal no jewels
