So thankful for the guys at Jerome's! They have been very helpful with the situation I am having with my current vehicle. From towing it home to towing it to Grand Rapids they did if fast and friendly! Appreciate the support during a frustrating time with my car.

Outstanding service. Fast and friendly. Insurance covered my fees and driver would not accept a cash tip. They must employ angels. Thank you, Mr Angel. Don't call anyone else.

I didn't even call them, the driver saw me trying to jump-start my truck and stopped to help with his jump pack... Fired right up and I was moving in under a minute! I was so gobsmacked, didn't even catch his name. If this is how they treat random strangers they happen to see in distress, I would be confident calling them for help anytime. Thank you, whoever that was at Duck Park!

If you need a tow or any type of service Jerome's Towing offers - call Jerome's Towing first. I'm not from the Alpena area and Jerome's was called for me. I AM SO GLAD IT WAS JEROME'S!! I experienced my first vehicle accident after years of driving for work. Bret arrived within minutes and had the situation handled quickly and professionally. He had a calming presence in a very chaotic situation. He offered me a ride, a bathroom and let me stay at their yard until my ride arrived over 2 hours later. Bret made an awful experience not so awful.Service: Car towing

The lady for that answers the phone for dispatch was so friendly, polite, and very helpful. When I called she didn t have the information I was looking for so she called the shop trying to get the answers she was very prompt in calling me right back and in turn told me what information she needed to help me I ended up having to call her back with the information she needed and again was right on top of it. It s not often you find great customer service so I thought I d share that experience and let her know she was great and doing a great job.

I was completely satisfied with Jerome's Towing. Mine was a unique situation where I called for a quote in the morning to tow my RV a certain distance. Allowing for unforeseen costs, which I understand, was quoted a higher yet fair price, but still one I wanted to avoid. So I started the trip on my own and only made it a few miles before I was unable to drive the RV any farther.I then called Jerome's from the road and they came to tow me the remainder of the trip. The driver was incredibly nice and informative. He towed me to my destination and the total cost was $50 less than the original quote! Clearly a good business with integrity, not trying to rip me off.I wold recommend Jerome's to anyone. I will surely use them again if needed.

RV TowingWe are from Madison, Indiana and broke down 23 miles north of Alpena in a 28 foot RV (Ford F450) and had to be home by Sunday. We knew the serpentine belt was off, but that's all we knew for sure. Roadside assistance, GoodSam, let us down terribly with two other tow services that never showed up. After a few hours and no-call/no-show from Georgies or Ron's I called Jerome's. He asked for photos of the hitch/rig and was there in 45 minutes. He called around on his own and got us into this amazing place with Al at R Auto Repair! We were able to stay in the camper overnight and he was there first thing in the morning. We are so lucky to have called Jerome!!!Service: Car towing

I had a difficult situation-my car was in the pole barn and couldn t be jumped because it had a dead short. Because it had the short it couldn t be put in neutral. The pole barn has an 8 ft high door that opens onto a narrow drive. I needed the car towed to the dealer. When I called Jerome s and explained the problem they came out right away with the appropriate tools to quickly get the car out of the pole barn and onto the tow truck.I recommend them highly.Service: Car towing

My car was stolen & they were very unhelpful and charged more than the stuff in my car was worth to empty it out. Took days to get back with me & acted like they were doing me a favor. Im at a loss & they kicked me when I was down.

Very professional, no matter the weather conditions the response time is quick. Doesn t matter where your at or how bad it is they can get you out!! Hands down absolutely great people and take pride in what they do!! When in doubt call Jerome s Towing, they will get you out!!
