The rudest person I have ever met. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw a feather. Called my Car and german people stupid.

Family member has been dealing with them for the past 3 years. Long story short, there has been an astronomical amount of money spent to have the transmission out of this vehicle 3 times in 3 years over a span of 25,000 miles with almost no warranty coverage on repairs, not to mention the down time and income lost from the pickup being down. I have never left a review before and hope I never have to again, but this needed to be said.

I've had my transmission rebuilt and a few more minor repairs done here and they are so friendly and great at what they do! Also very reasonably priced. The fully trust them with my vehicle!

Had my Transmission fixed. The guys are great, fair pricing and fast, good work! I love my Jeep and they helped me keep it on the road. Now I am planning on having them do an engine swap for me. Thanks guys!

These guys are spot on my duramax had a wiring problem somewhere on the wiring harness that I couldn t find causing the truck to have multiple problems. Called these guys and had my pickup back on the road the next day. Couldn t have been happier with the job done and back on the road!!!!

After going to another shop in town who's named after a wood chewing mammal, Alpena Transmission fixed the "repair" made by the other shop and did a great job on a few other repairs I needed done. I normally do my own repairs but it was hot out and I'm getting tired of crawling around under cars in my garage. I'd go back to Alpena Transmission with confidence that they will fix things right and do it with integrity, something I was unable to get elsewhere in town. PS, they fix everything, not just transmissions. Thanks guys, car runs like a Swiss watch now!!
