Beyond impressed! I make long commutes out of state for work, but I was in NEED of winter tires. AJ s fit me in to their schedule asap to get this done for me. The cherry on top: they got my car ready to go over an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment! You ve got a customer for life. Highly reccomend, beyond impressed. Thank you!

The owner of this establishment instant messaged me personally to let me know that Alpena Car Care is the right business to fix my broken exhaust system. I respect a business that gives a shout to a competitive business when they aren't able to do so themselves.

This establishment was recommended by an acquaintance and man, did he really do me a solid!AJ's is the perfect mechanic if you are a single woman struggling to make ends meet.The receptionist is sympathetic but logical and knows as much as, if not more than, the mechanics - such amazing customer service from the start.AJ's give amazing, thorough estimates without attempting to sell me unnecessary products or services. I know nothing about auto parts; however, I see other reviewers mentioned quality auto parts and I will vouch for that. Their repairs "stick" and only need to be done once.AJ's focus on the task at hand and how best to solve it efficiently and conservatively.They are super duper professional folks all around at this shop.I feel comfortable calling them with the occasional question and trust that they will steer me in the right direction with no ulterior motives & aid me in making the correct and most cost effective repair choices for peak auto maintenance.

I am not from the area and my car started over heating my second to last day in town. When I first went in they were all booked up but told me they would take a look at it to help me out. We found the issue and they fit me in really quick to get me back on the road! Absolute life savers!!! And the price was completely reasonable and affordable. I can t thank them enough!

Great customer service! Always willing to help you out. NEVER feel like your getting cheated. They really work with you as a customer. Reminds me of what things use to be like. There not in it just to make a buck, there here to help you and give you the best deal they can. Quality and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service! They beat out a quote from the Ford dealership and also found a problem that the dealership had told me was perfectly fine.They do good, reliable work at AJ's auto. Very friendly too.

They fit me in right away, charged me less than I was quoted from a mechanic across town, and they did it in less than half the time I was quoted. The owners were kind and professional, I ll definitely be going back! Excellent Service with short notice. Needed a timing belt and 2 tires as we were headed back to CA the next day. Not sure where to go, but A.J.s did a fantastic job!! Nice people with up-front pricing. Great to work with!! Super Job to all. Thank you very much!!
