Highly recommend- they are friendly and great at finding tires that fit your vehicle. Here are the details:James found and ordered the perfect all season tires for our SUV and Kyle did a great job putting them on. So very grateful you were able to accommodate my schedule. Horrible costs $136 for a regular tire, was able to find much better in mt. Pleasant. Stick with belle tire. Leave alma to know you are in good hands.The guys reaction was you could do a lot worse, my reaction was I am leaving because I can do better and I did.Females don't let these men take advantage of the fact we are women, I am glad I didn't.

Great prices and excellent service from James and his crew. Very professional, friendly and expedient service! I got a new set of Nokian WRG4 s installed before the winter and so far they are awesome. Hands down the best place to get new tires installed in the area!

Great service and better people. Stopped in last Monday as I had a bad tire on a trailer but no way to change it. They had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the being open on on Monday that was a Holiday for most people.

Went in to get a slow leak taken care of. They brushed the corrosion of rim fairly quickly. I noticed at my next stop that I was missing a lug nut from that wheel. I had just checked the pressure that morning and there weren t any missing. They claimed I was missing one when I came in. They put one on to replace it but it doesn t match. Disappointed that they would send a vehicle out of the shop missing a bit without saying anything.

Got a flat on the way to work. Put the spare on and drove it down the road to this place. They were supposed to open at 8:30 but got me into a bay a little early and starting working. Had my tire patched and back on the road in under 15 mins. Great customer service all around. Would return back here again.

Decent prices and selection. These guys pulled off a flat tire on our RV and put one of our spares back on. They didn t charge us! A short while later I needed new tires for my truck, so I bought them from these guys. They are honest and affordable.

Driving in an area I was not familiar with, googled nearest tire store and they popped up! I called about 15 minutes before they were suppose to close on a holiday weekend and they gave me directions from where I was to come in. Friendliest, kindest, sincere, and most honest! They got my car right in, and went above and beyond what I expected them to do and got me back on my way with very little money spent! Thank you so much Tire Factory for everything! You all are amazing!!

I called about getting my tires rotated and the man said just bring it in, no appointment needed. So I drive there well now it's a 30 minute wait. The best part is the man talking to me never looked up from his PHONE to talk to me. Great customer service. NOT

$150 to swap 4 tires out for snow tires is WAY too much. Your competitor does it for $80 and you did it last spring for $74. Shame on you for price gouging. I was planning on buying all new wheels and tires for next spring, you lost that sale and a customer of 30 years today.

There is no other tire store as far as I'm concerned. Have felt wit several none compare to James the manager and his well trained staff. Great product and Awesome service. Price is never a question. They beat everyone!.

Have always had very good service here. When I was "much" younger with 2 young children, I had an issue with tires. I had very little money, so I planned to buy 1 tire at a time on each payday. The owner at the time, put new "used" tires on my car and told me to just take care of my babies. Still today, many years later, this is where I come to purchase new tires. There's not many people like that in the world anymore and I am grateful I found that 1.

Was great. Helped me when I wasn't expecting to need help. Also fixed an issue that I didn't even know I had because of a bad mechanic. Thanks for keeping me safe on the roads! And on a weekend day too!

I am a bit rough on my vehicles and tend to run over things that get stuck in my tires. The staff here are fast and accomidating and I highly recommend this place. I buy my tires here so when I do get a nail in one, it is free to get patched since they are warranted.

Been a customer for over 15 years, the only place that I recommend for tires. Huge selections and fantastic staff! They go far beyond the extra mile to make sure you're getting the best experience and service.

I purchased new wheels and tires at the end of May 2018. In September I had Crome pealing off. I went in and James took pics of it and sent in to the company. In November I had to take it back for more pics to send in to the company. On December 3 I called to see what they were going to do and was told NOTHING! They said it was because of the chemicals used to clean them and the chemicals used at the car washes. I think it s very poor of the company and the local store to not make it right.We have done business here for a long time. But not anymore we will NOT do anything with this store again. Buyers beware they don t tell you to clean the wheels with anything special so if the finish comes off don t expect anything from the Tire Factory or the company that made the wheels.
