Went to return a loaner tool and was told that people act like they are a bank!!! This was Sunday March 10th at 11:50 AM. The man at the register was very rude and condescending. I will not be back. You lost a loyal PAYING customer.

This is my favorite go to Auto Parts store in Alma. The manager here is outstanding. He is kind and will graciously answer any questions without making you feel dumb. I have enjoyed the service here for the past 5+ years.

Rebuilt a motor for a 2000 jeep cherokee . They had everything i needed pistons,rings,crank,new bearings and at good price and the guys at alma mi store helped out alot getting me the parts I needed and fast

Came in just to use the bathroom and it was one of the cleanest bathrooms I've used at a store. Not kidding. The attention to cleanliness speaks to how the business is ran and I'm sure they're probably professional af. Thanks for just letting me use the bathroom.

Spencer is rude to his coworkers in front of customers! Could not figure out how to ring up the item I had purchased, returned and needed to repurchase. Was so high strung and distracted he could not figure out what he was doing. After rudely taking over my order from his coworker.

These guys are awesome. I. Had a accident with my Toyota and wasn't able to drive it home an hour away. Just bought a paddle boat which was in the back. Put my truck in shop at night so no one would steal it. They said 2 weeks, but only took less then 1 week . Fixed the inner and outer tiyrod, only charged $300.00. Explained other issues it needed . I will go back.Thanks Dave for all.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! I spent half the day searching for some manual transmission fluid within my budget without luck. After checking through all the shelves in this store I spoke to a gentleman behind the counter about my predicament. He also double checked the shelves as well as system inventory but all signs pointed to me being out of luck. I left the store and made it to the stoplight before seeing the employee who was helping me come running out the store and halfway across the parking lot to flag me down. He then informed me that he had found just enough of the fluid that my vehicle took in the back of the store that just so happened to be on sale or clearance or something and was able to help me get my truck on the road again and within my budget. I give a huge shout-out to that employee and to the O'Reilly Auto Parts team! You earned my loyalty for life!

I stopped at the Alma store this morning looking for a part. Never ask if I needed help, the guy at the counter was to busy chit chatting with a customer about DUI and breathalyzer test. I finally walked out and went elsewhere. My first and last time stopping there. Do not recommend this store.

The people at the store are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable and the sales are always good. But the area manager is just horrible. Very degrading to customers and staff. Its very uncharacteristic of O'Reilly's to hire such a disrespectful employee.

Will never go back very unprofessional I bought a oil filter for my lawn mower he told me how much I said wow that's a lot,the one for my truck was cheaper the other guy that works there said well your truck must not be worth much I almost walked out and went somewhere else, will never go back
