A great place for exhaust repair or replacement as well as front end parts and brakes. Got an oil change while there too. Great prices and service. My favorite thing about Damien, his wife, and the crew - they treat woman with respect and don't treat me like I'm a car repair idiot. They give everyone the same great service. Thank you!

The team at this shop has come through for me on more than one occasion. Spent two weeks working with three other shops and left with no answers. Damian and the crew at Muffler Man diagnosed it right the first time and have definitely gained me as a permanent customer. As I said, they have always come through when others are left standing there scratching their heads.

When I came into their shop I was greeted by Chris who was already busy doing another job. He shook my hand first and then asked what was I in for. I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation after driving 2100 miles from Washington state back home to be on leave. He said that they were busy but they would get on my car after he was done since it was a quick job. While my car was on the lift, he came in asking who did the oil change last and I said it was a mom and pop place back where I was stationed at. He explained to me that a tool was left on my cars oil filter and it made the trip with me. We both laughed about it and after 20 minutes my car was done. With how professional and understanding this gentleman was, I wanted to show my appreciation by leaving him a tip. When the owner of the garage came in, I was happy to give him my experience with not only his shop but this man Chris. Whenever I am home again, hands down, I will be coming back with any automotive questions/concerns. I hope Chris sticks around for a long time because I will be asking for him by name. I am so impressed!

They have done work for us several times. Including, changing transmissions in our Blazer. Always top notch service. Never no hidden or surprise charges! Quality work that lasts. I always refer all my friends to them!

I drove 2 hours to bring my car here! I heard about the shop from a family member and I got in contact with them and explained my issues. They had me in and out in a timely manner. My car is driving amazing and my AC is nice and cold!! The best thing about this shop is the owners! It s so hard to find honest dependable people these days. I can honestly say I ve found a hidden gem. Prices are amazing too. I saved over $200 coming here and got superior quality service and parts! Thanks Damien and crew!

We had a flat tire on our camper on a Sunday afternoon. We pulled off the exit & the owner saw us wondering what we were going to do. They brought a jack & a cordless impact & changed our tire. I just took my truck in to Muffler Man in Alma for exhaust repair and am a very happy customer. The gentleman that owned the place was hands on, working on my car. He did exactly as I requested, welding the muffler I supplied and hangers under the car. He was very friendly, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have exhaust work done.

Everyone said go there, there great. Would have loved too but everytime I was there they kept saying the early bird gets the worm. And if I wasn't there in morning its hard to get in. I asked to make an appointment and she acted like she didn't want to set one up.I called to ask to make an appointment and she said again the early bird gets the worm. So I went somewhere else!

I've had my truck taken here a few times, always a great turnaround time and the employees are pleasant. No complaints here.** minus 3 stars for diagnosing my engine as blown (98 suburban, POS but has a rebuilt motor w/ less than 10k) when it was just the distributor cap and a terrible oil leak. plus 1 star for not having to pay for something easily corrected.** plus 2 stars for how they handled it when they were informed of the wrong diagnosis. They have more than made of for the mistake with how helpful they have been.

Outstanding service. Blew the motor on my 99 Suburban. They laid out all the options and I decided on a new motor. This is the best place I have been tofor repairs and I have been lots of places. They help you even when you can't afford it. They will do anything to make sure you can get your vehicle running. Great service fast and the best all around
