I've been to alot of mechanics but these guys are awesome! They are a 1 stop shop. Great customer service and are experts for all repairs as well as new tires. I will never take my car to anyone else. Especially the dealerships! Thanks J and J for your services!

The folks who work at Giles are awesome! So friendly and honest! My exhaust was messed up. They fixed it with the cost being so reasonable, I was amazed. Driving away, I couldn't believe how quiet my car was. Thank you so much to all at Giles!!

They are honest and quick! They fixed fixed my brakes for almost half what I paid another local company that attempted and failed at the same project. I will be using J&J for all my repair needs!

This shop is amazing, they re always so kind and honest. I m a college student in my second year and I ve taken my car to them on two separate occasions and they always make me feel as if I m getting the best treatment and honest work!!

I never leave reviews and I am not one to bash a business but what was done to us was wrong. Scheduled my vehicle to have brakes and an oil change done. When we called to check on when it would be done, we were hit with shock. Not only did they fix things that were not discussed, they did not bother to reach out to us to okay the repairs. Everything put on the car was the most expensive parts, there was no communication with us on what we would prefer. Then they tried to push tires onto us. $600 later we got the car back. I will never be back to this business, which is sad because we like to stay local.

We had a blown tire on our trailer and a leaking valve stem on our truck. We were only visiting town for a short time, but they gave us quick, professional service at very reasonable priced! Can't say enough about how great these guys were. Highly recommend.

The absolute best place in Alma - or anywhere nearby.I have a 2015 GMC Sierra, a Buick Rendezvous and a Buick Enclave and all have been taken care of by J &J 'sThe Staff is incredibly friendly and very good with my special needs child - and they go out of their way to make sure they fix the problem. They have often not charged anything for minor things and are always reasonable when the work is more involved.I cannot give ANY business a higher recommendation than I do for J&J Giles Tire Service - but they do a LOT more than just tires.

Gone here for years and have had many repairs done to many different vehicles. They have always been very on top of things, very fair, and straight forward. Pricing seems fair, never felt that I got gouged. Have had mixed results with other shops. J and J seem to be the most reliable and accommodating.

One of the last full service gas stations still in business. Repair shop must do a good job because they have customers that insist on going back from all over. They must do something good.

This is the only shop I refer any business to. They're by far the most efficient and honest guys I've dealt with in the automotive field. As an inexperienced tech that usually diagnosis and repairs my own vehicles, if there is anything I can't figure out, they're my go to guys. They're always professional, happy to help you, have great prices and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Best shop in town.

I would highly recommend J & J Giles Tire Service!! I brought in my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country with scraping rear brakes just before close on Weds. I knew it was going to be an extensive repair. Even being late in the afternoon, they got me in and in less than an hour had a quote that was more than fair and beat the local "chain" companies in town by far. I dropped it off this morning at 8 and within the promised time, it was finished and even ended up being $50 less than the more than fair price I was quoted! This very knowledgeable, friendly, family owned small business has my business for as long as I have a car to drive! From one small business owner to another, Thank you Jim!!

Friendly and welcoming! They explained everything they needed to do in detail and answered all my questions. They got my car in and done sooner than expected. I will never use another shop for repairs. J&J Giles is the best, I thank you!

I go to school at Alma college and I know nothing about cars that being said I had gotten two flats in the span of two weeks. They helped out so much and managed to get me in quickly so I could still work. Very nice people and it was super affordable glad I went here.

Friendly people but spent unwanted money, took my car in cuz it was jugging and sluggish, they replaced the converters for $1500 drove home was still doing it, so took it back was charged for a muffler system, took home still did it so was taken somewhere else and it was my coils, out money will never go back
