Great, informative service. Came in needing a battery- they loaned me the tools to do a swap out and one of the workers, Jacob I believe, helped me finish it up while on his break! So needless to say, I greatly appreciated the service here.

I came into the store looking for some wiper blades and the staff here are very welcoming. They asked if I needed any help which I let them know I was looking for wiper blades, they helped me get the correct wipers I needed for my car and at the register asked if I needed anything else like wiper fluid or fuel treatment for my car. I remembered I hadn't checked my washer fluid in a while. Ben was kind enough to walk out side and check it for me. I didn't need any but got some just in case. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

This is the best store ever! We were tailgating at the Alma college homecoming in our camper. When we hitched up to leave the chains and hitch were dragging on the ground. Needless to say we needed to raise it. I called first explained the problem and they said to come in. It took almost an hour to remove the bolts. Lots of muscle and problem solving. They were kind and courteous. THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY!

Brittney, the manager, was helpful, patient, accomadating and determined to find a way to fix our problem. So much so that she went day to day and order by order to find our warranty information on a battery that had a defect. GREAT customer service.

The battery in my car died while visiting my in-laws. Jay W was super nice greeted us when we got there, offered to change the battery and was just all around friendly and very nice to us. He made a dire situation worth the trip! Thank you, Jay!

The person that helped me was quick to see what I needed! He didn't know a great deal about the product but did look it up and get verification! So, long story short, about twenty minutes to get the best and brightest headlight bulbs! They are awesome, should have taken less than five minutes! I'm happy with the end result, just a little quicker!

I tried to get an oil and filter for one of most common engines around, a Ford/Lincoln 3.5(Explorer,Flex,Taurus.) I was told, nope we don't have those, we are getting rid of most of those. Translation, no one has shown the clerk how to actually look something up, or just to lazy to bother. Either way, it's a quick reminder why I usually skip the brick and mortar stores and order online.

It's pretty bad when you take the part in to show them what it is exactly you need and the sales person pick out the part that didn't fit and sales it to you.

I originally gave this place 3 stars. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. But they responded very kindly to my review, saying that they hope that they will suit my needs better in the future. I say a business that cares that much about customer reviews is deserving of a four - wait no - scratch that - five-star review.

Went to buy replacement bulb for taillight. Female manager made sure I had correct bulb and replaced it for me. Great service. Highly recommended

Would like to thank Jay for the installation of my battery. The other auto parts in town wouldn't change it cause of the location. He had no problem with doing it and got it done quickly.

Unless a part cannot be purchased at AutoZone and I am forced to go elsewhere, I shop exclusively at AutoZone. All of their staff are offering help the moment you enter the store. The store is clean and organized. All staff are very helpful but Pat and the current manager deserve a special shout out for their knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to answer questions and help customers.

I was in to order a part for my vehicle in November and overheard employee Pat using profanity and talking abusively about another employee. I left, but after thinking about the incident, I called to speak to the manager. I was informed the manager wasn t in. I requested and received a number for Human Resources and called to voice my concern about the incident. I recently visited the same establishment only to find two of their most helpful employees had left, but the employee with the questionable behavior was still employed. I will no longer use or recommend a location that employs someone with such questionable character.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are average for the area. Not overpriced. Store is clean and well maintained and orderly. We got everything we needed in a minimum of time. Very satisfied.

Very friendly,two people I see nearly everytime im in the store Joe and pat,are so very helpful. They go above and beyond to make it as easy as possible.
