We had blown a tire on the way to camping for Labor Day weekend. Thankfully we were just about 10 minutes away. We called in and Bill Gered said we could come in and get our tire replaced. All of our tires were the same age so we decided to replace all four of them. Bill was super fast, efficient, kind, and so helpful! Excellent service! I would recommend Alma Tire to anyone for service, tires, or auto need! Thanks for your prompt service!!!

Honestly I really liked this place and have brought multiple of my vehicles here and recommended them to my family. I recently spent almost $2000 with them to fix my exhaust system which they did good work on. However, they lost my trust when I brought them my terrain last week because I was hearing clicking, some flakes in my oil and figured it was timing chain time. I dropped the car off running fine. The next day Bill called to tell me he would do a timing chain but without warranty because of the amount of debris in my engine but it was a gamble and that a reman engine would be about $6800. At that point I didn t want to do anything with it and just told him to leave it and I d get it over the weekend. Not their fault at all but the pricing with them has increased significantly.. He took my card information and said he d leave the keys and receipt in the car for me to pick up over the weekend. Showed up Saturday and no keys in the car. Charge still hadn t hit my account. Car is still parked in the same spot. Seats not moved back like someone had been in it (I m a short girl, my seat is always too close for a man to get in) , dash cam didn t even activate like anyone had been in it. Weird. Monday comes around and my dad said let s go get the car as we found somewhere cheaper to do it. I walk in and bill didn t say a word to me about the car not running or anything other than that he didn t get to run my card or have my card ready for the weekend. Gave me a paper of prices and the kit that I would need. I paid the $94 inspection fee and he told me good luck! Here s where they lost my trust, I go out to start my car and it did not start. Just straight clicking. He probably didn t realize I d have my dad with me so we went inside and Bill said yeah we got it in and when we reversed out it wouldn t go so we pushed it back. Then switched the story and said they didn t even get it out of the spot I parked it. So 1. You were going to sell me a timing chain knowing it was broke already and not offering me warranty just to suck me out of $1900? Or 2. You didn t even look at the thing. Maybe just popped the hood and checked the solenoids and oil and charged me $94. 3. You didn t think you should have told me hey you may need a tow because your car will not start or move? 4. During inspection you may have broke something and didn t want to say it. Just sucks these days to find honest mechanics/shops and I feel like as a woman they felt they could get away with it. :/ also weird that my car was running fine when I dropped it off.. anyway, I m not mad that my car is a pos, I m mad for the reasons above. I feel lied to and like I was trying to be scammed. But hey at least they got $94 out of me :/ not sure how to contact the owner but I wish I could get some camera footage or something to see what was actually done and to discuss how I was treated. I would have appreciated the communication. I have always been satisfied with them until today.

Alma Tire always goes above & beyond for their customers! Whether it's my flat tire in Lansing, the tune-up on my well-loved Charger, or last weeks, "I think I have something in my tire." The response is always, "We'll take care of that for you."

I stopped in because everywhere else said it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait. To get a flat tire repaired. These guys had it done in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for actually caring about people and being a professional work place. You all are awesome!

Taken my truck in for two front tires (i bought not at ats) and alignment. Thought it was funny they mentioned my back tire when they called. i just put the "good" of the worst on the back of my truck the night before and sure enough they took the back tire with a little wear on it and put one of the bald tires off the front, on the back of my truck and kept my good tire.. easy $50 tire, and i knew something was up to even mention youre looking at my back tires when it had absolutely nothing to do with anything rear tire related! Basically took my tire and gonna sell.it for $50+ and was hoping to get a tire sale from me on the spot because they swapped a bald tire with a broken belt off the front to.the rear and then changed my front tires.

I've had to stop here twice to get horse trailer tires and they've been amazing! Highly recommended! Thank you everyone that works there! Such a great experience when things happen and you want to get back on the road!

I thought they were great because they serviced me as an out of towner rather quickly but they literally filled my tire up with air and NEVER took the nail out they told me was in my tire and charged me $20. Anything could ve had happened while driving the long distance I drove on the freeway

We are so glad we found this company. We were with a flat tire on our boat trailer that un be known to us required a special socket to change. Not only did they change our tire he gave us the socket and driver so we would have it for the future. We are so grateful and we have their business card in our glove box for the future! We highly recommend them!

We called Alma Tire on a Friday morning asking about replacing our worn down tires. They got us a great price for some premium tires - drove them to Alma from Saginaw and replaced all 4 tires in the same day. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I can't say enough about this business, and specifically Ben the manager. We were traveling from Northeast Ohio to the Upper Peninsula when we had a tire blow out on our snowmobile trailer. We had the tools to get the tire off, but the spare was literally rusted in place. We saw the Alma service truck driving by and a simple wave had him turning around and coming to our aid. We really just required his high powered tools but he stayed and made sure we were good and safe to continue on our way. Thank you Alma Tire!

I recently had a very stressful move getting my tiny house up north. The driver and I both should have checked on the tires before moving it and ended up breaking down in Alma with a wheel that literally busted off! I called Alma Tire and Nathan really helped me out. He was able to take a look at it right away that night and picked up the tiny house and took it right back to the shop. He had it all ready to pickup the next morning, with brand new tires, and rebuilt the entire wheel structure. You guys don't even know how much it means to me that you provided such great, quick service! My tiny house is now parked up north and ready for the interior to be finished. You guys are the best.

Got my tire replaced after hitting a nail in zone of suggested unrepairable area, managed to patch - but wanted to replace tire anyway. Alma Tire was able to fix me up good, even gave me a new tire to ride on until the replacement one came in. Top notch!

After having really bad experiences with a couple of the other repair shops in town that were recommended to us by local residents, we gave Alma Tire a try. We now bring all of our personal and business vehicles there for repairs, oil changes, and tires. Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians with reasonable rates.

I was in Mount Pleasant camping and noticed a nail in my tire. I used the online appointment scheduling late on a Saturday night to schedule an appointment for when they opened on Monday. They confirmed my appointment early Monday morning and got me in at my first requested time. I was in and out in less than a half hour. Everyone was super friendly too.

These folks are some of the best! Helped us out with a breakdown that would have impacted our ability to leave on our vacation. They installed new parts in less than hour so that we could get on our way. The Gaylord team goes above and beyond!

Alma Tire is great! Needed new tires for my daughter's car, pulled in a half hour before they closed on a Saturday, no problem!! Got us a great set of tires at a very fair price, they got us in and back on the road in a half hour!! Would recommend to anyone!! Thanks Alma Tire!

Our boat trailer tire blew out on a busy highway two hours from home. After purchasing a new tire Nate from Alma tire came right out and put it on. GREAT service!

Great shop and the best customer service time and time again.Example just the other day I was at work and had a flat tire called AAA to get my tire off and called while tire was being charged and Megan said we will get you right in..Tire had a puncture hole on it and because I bought the tires from there they didn't even charge me. Thank you Alma tire
