After our daughter hit a deer her car was substantially damaged. The repair work done at Alma Ford was so easy. They worked with the insurance, provided quotes, coordinated the engine repairs with the mechanic on site to work seamlessly and got her back on the road. Wendy Bissell, the Body Shop Manager, and crew did a fantastic job in a very timely manner in repairing our 2016 Ford Fusion. She kept us updated on the progress. They cleaned the interior even though the damage was done on the exterior. Very, very price competive and paint match was flawless. Coffee and cookies were a nice compliment. Amazing service. This is the place to go to have a fair and detailed estimate with real authentic parts. I needed body work done on my car after being side swiped and my experience was flawless! Wendy at the body shop figured out all of the insurance stuff for me, hooked me up with a loaner car and had my car done in a week! It looks awesome. They even cleaned the inside!
