Fantastic customer service!!!Nicole is the nicest person to help you and so.pleasant to talk with. The 2 gentlemen installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous in helping me get my broken window measured, reordered, and placed. Highly recommend

Well could have saved $50 with safelite, and not had a young lady talk to me as If I'm young and dumb. They were concerned that my 6 year old was home alone, not at all the case, and had she been, would it be ok to leave a car and the key with a 6 year old? Not to mention this young lady had a small child at work with her. I've had good experiences in the past here, but don't think I'll be spending my money here anymore.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

We had All American out to install a new windshield in a tractor the guy was short and had a bad attitude he didn't want to do the job then just left. We called another glass company and they were onsite in 25mins and had no issue with putting the windshield in and got it done no questions asked they will be getting our business from now on.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They have been tremendously amazing! They came to my work and were very fast changing out my entire windshield. The gentlemen that came had great customer service and I have referred All American Glass Plus to several of my friends and family! If I ever need more glass work they will be the ones that I will be calling!! Great work guys!

Friendly staff got me right in an got my windshield repaired right away even tho I got there right around closing time. Will definitely be back if I ever need another repair.

Really nice people both on the phone and in person. I was referred by the Ford dealer and I drove about 50 miles to have it done. They did an absolutely awesome job replacing my windshield with factory Ford glass. I will use them anytime I ever need any auto glass replacement in the future. They came right out when they were scheduled and were very polite. They took our window and said it would be two weeks to get in the replacement. They were very good and thorough.

These guys are the best! We knew that we wanted to support another small, local business when looking for a glass specialist so we didn t even shop around. The stellar reviews for All American Glass Plus did not steer us wrong. They were quick, extremely personable, and made a bad situation much more bearable. We ll be sending everyone we know to them because hopefully we won t need them for some time.

Excellent customer service. They were able to squeeze me in on last minute notice. They also picked up and dropped off my vehicle. Prices are very reasonable. Will be going here for now on.

These guys put in my new windshield within an hour. Friendly and very fast workers! I'd recommend this place any day! Not to mention they were more than $30 cheaper than the other places around. Great place, stop in!

I had my windshield done at All American Glass. I scheduled an appointment one day ahead of time, i slept thru my appointment but they were very patient with me. I got there like 30-45 minutes late, they got me in right away. It took about an hour and they were done. After that i just stuck around and talked with bonnie (front desk lady and the father and son who replaced my windshield). Then took off. Thanks alot All American Glass! I'd recommends their services!!

Went to this place 2 times now and both times they messed up my vehicle not going to them anymore had a Durango a few years ago they came to my house and replaced my windsheild thwy did an alright job but after they left I found that they forgot to reinstall my weather strip not a big deal. So have em another chance with my new car a traverse was told no more than 2 hrs and it took 3 and a half hrs. Ok sometimes it takes longer then usual not a big deal but I got my vehicle back and did an inspection after work and found broken cowl parts and tooling Marks around the windshield that was not like that before. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this place

They did a great job pulling the rear window out of my car for a leak, then reinstalled it. My car was returned the same day and at a good price.

If your reading this review, DO NOT go ANYWHERE else. Experience trumps knowledge everytime. These guys got me out of a jam, and have made a life long customer. I live in Bay City and these guys traveled from Alma to hook me up. Word of mouth is real, I'v already told any and everybody to go here instead of Safelite. F-Safelite, they will leave you hanging for real.
