Bought a 2020 Polaris general from Ross Stevens(owner). I had issues with the unit right away. He told me he d take a look and help me out, so I had the unit brought down for 3 weeks. I got it back and it was still overheating. I ve replaced clutches, tie rods, tires, belts(too many), axel shafts(too many). I finally filed an insurance claim only to get denied because the unit ALREADY HAS A TOTAL CLAIM FILED. We ve exchanged words, Ross lies. He gave me a title for the unit that isn t filled out on his behalf and it s a green title. Ross, I have so many questions for you to lie to me about. Too bad you won t answer my calls.

Parker was great to work with. Stuck to his work and helped me out every way he could. Or so I thought. The case ending up having a cracked frame that he failed to tell me. Made my rear differential snap and almost caused a huge accident just because he wanted to make an extra dollar. No respect for people that do business like that moneys not worth somes life. Highly don t recommend!

Not sure to where to start other than listen to all the negative reviews and do not and absolutely do not buy a car from this dealership. I love the car I got but do not love all the problems it came with. First start they hound you to buy a car, always texting and calling you about it, but after you buy, forget about getting in contact or anything with them after they get your money. Well before I bought the car, they told me it was in perfect condition, nothing wrong at all and I believed it since I was driving 6 hours to pick up the car, so I get there and the car is not what they say it was, dents, scratches, cracked bumper, just broken things all over the car, but they were nice to help with fixing the bumper, so I trusted, and bought the car and went home. Got home and noticed even more problems, which ended up being an almost $5,000 repair bill and took about two months to get any sort of contact from the dealer about anything and they said they would help and then made some excuse about a warranty that I did not get, which I was never offered and they said I waited too long since I bought the car but they are the ones that dragged their feet on the whole thing, while I tried since the beginning to tell them things are wrong with the car. They are just looking to scam good people and their vehicles will never be what they say they are. Parker that sold me the car no longer works there after I bought the car and took 3 months for them to give me the title for the car. All in all, I did buy a newer car to not have problems with it and then for a dealer to refuse to help at all is ridiculous, so I do not recommend them at all and will never buy another vehicle from them again. Do not come on here to make a response acting like you'll help and never will. I hope things change there for the sake for anyone else that will buy a car from them.

I had purchased my 2019 VW Golf Alltrack from station 45 about a month ago. My sales rep Parker did a fantastic job in helping me with the entire process, even though there were a couple hiccups along the way Parker was on top of it and kept me updated every step of the way, he was even on top of a issue I had after the delivery of my car and it was entirely taken care of. If I m in the market it for a new vehicle (hopefully not anytime soon!) I would definitely purchase from them again.

I wish I had gotten everyone s name so I could give all the shout-outs! I had been driving around on a cracked rim for far too long. I took my car in to have them try and patch it to keep from inflating the tire every morning. It helped and got me through for about a month. Told me they worked with Tire Rack and that if I found new wheels I liked, to call up and let them know so they could quote the install. The job came in over $100 less than if I had ordered the wheels myself and taken them to another shop. The process was seamless and I could not be happier! They shared my excitement, which made the customer service that much better. My car is a 2011 Chrysler 300c and it looks brand new! The pictures speak for themselves

Ross Stevens the owner lacks a conscious, will lie and try to scam you. Who knows what you are really getting when you buy from him. When something goes wrong after he lied to you good luck getting any response. SAVE YOURSELF and find a good business with a respectable leader!

You cannot trust the owner of this business. After he scams you he stops all communication. I wonder how he sleeps at night knowing how dishonest he is. Save your time and money and find someplace with a respectable owner.

i bought a car from them in november of last year and let's just say it was so bad. before i had even seen the car in person i was hounded with text saying i needed to make a move on it because people were interested as i already had my uncle put a hold on it so i could come and see it when i had a chance as i work 2 jobs. i finally went and saw it and loved it and a few days later i went to purchase it. as i was there i had said i was kind of in a hurry as i had a very important doctors appointment that day. parker told me he would go super fast. we were late for my appointment because he wasn't that fast. then as soon as i drove out the parking lot the check engine light came on. great. i then took it back as i had a warranty on it for 3 months. they fixed one issue and not the other. so a week later i had to take it back. when i took it back i also told them my window stopped rolling down. i get a call 2 days later saying the car was done but "they used up all the warranty on the other stuff" so i had to pay for the window??? how does a 3 month warranty get used up in 1 month? after that it was good for a while. until now every few weeks my check engine light will come on and then off for some random reasons. after the 3 months was up i was never going back to them as i felt they were trying to take advantage of me as i was freshly 18 and it was my first time buying a car. let's not forget they never even cleaned the car. under my hood was covered in leaves and branches. there was gunk all over the ceiling and i found food in the center counsel. fast forward to today where i was cleaning the car out as i do every few weeks, i have never looked under the back seat before because no one is ever back there. i did today and found a whole bunch of nasty stuff such as used bandages, napkins and even a used tampon that was definitely not mine! they are disgusting! would never recommend to anyone and would never go back. also i had a 90 day, bumper to bumper warranty. Nothing was discussed at time of purchase about exclusions. Oh and btw my car is capless...

I got my car on a loan and a trade-in last year in November because my other car was giving me issues. I let Parker know I hadn t had a car for all that long as I d only fairly recently started driving. With that I ended up picking up a 2014 VW Passat and if I could go back and undo that I would. The car is a Diesel and as someone who isn t a car person there were lots of things that come with that I wasn t aware of and Parker never mentioned there was any additional maintenance that came with Diesels. Within my first 2 months with the car it wouldn t start. Turns out there was a parasitic drain and the battery needed to be swapped out as a result. I got stuck in Grand Haven and needed a friend to pick me up and take me home. I ve had multiple issues since then and for the year I ve had it I ve been able to drive it reliably for 7 months. I m not a well off guy and these repairs have been expensive. They charged me 385 dollars for the parasitic drain/car battery replacement on top of what Tuffys charged when they hadn t properly diagnosed which bumps that up to almost 750 dollars. Now my DPF Regeneration Frequency is messed up and that s a 2,777 dollar fix. All this and I still owe 11,100 on it. Needless to say I made a huge mistake going here. I d just say if you come here bring someone who knows cars so you don t get taken advantage of

I bought my 2010 Toyota Venza from Parker and love it! I like that they answer the phone if you have questions or call you right back. I highly recommend them and will buy my next vehicle there.

My husband and I drove from Valparaiso, Indiana (just over two hours) to look at a vehicle at the dealership across the street from this one. After arriving and being EXTREMELY disappointed at the state that particular vehicle was in, we headed across the street to Station 45. We felt bad because we showed up a little after 4 and we knew they closed at 5 but everyone greeted us with a smile & Parker walked the lot with us. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on his lot, what they were worth, etc & the fact that there was an on site (family owned!) mechanic helped us feel confident that the vehicle we found was solid. Within a little less than an hour we test drove, made a deal, & drove away in our new (to us!) vehicle. I have no doubt in my mind that this was one of those "meant to be" situations & we're super thankful. After moving cross country & stressing over having only one vehicle for the last 3 months, we can now relax & I don't have to walk our kids to school in the snow - all thanks to Station 45! Thank you!

Edited: I bought a car from them, went over my initial budget because i was reassured how great of a car it was multiple times. Come to find out they failed to mention the EGR issues, electrical issues, cracked mounts, and cracked transmission housing. After fixing that Ive had nothing but issues with the car since owning it. I have zero good things to say about this company. Their one ability they have mastered is lying through their teeth. They will act friendly before the purchase is made (but also rush you to finalize the deal) but after the purchase has been they don t give you the time of day and don t care about you or any issues. After leaving my initial bad review they reached out and asked me to change it , and i quote, its not fair for them but refused to do anything about my situation well if life was fair i wouldn t have gotten screwed over. I will never do business with them again and will advise everyone i know to do the same. One star is being nice, id select zero if it was possible.

Parker at Station 45 restored my faith in salesman. This young man was very kind, patient and easy going. He reached out to me on a Tuesday evening when I sent a message about a car I was interested in. He waited two days and stayed after hours for me to come look at it with my sons. When it came time to close the deal he was willing to make sure I was happy before I signed the paperwork. In the last week l have looked at a lot of cars and dealt with some salesmen that give salesmen a bad name and Parker was a fresh breath of air. While he closed the vehicle he chatted with my boys and I and was very personable. I would definitely go back to Station 45. If you want a great experience ask for Parker. You won t be sorry.

Working with Parker has been a great experience! We were looking for a minivan for my wife and came across one that Parker had. On the test drive there were some issues, but we got back and Parker had all the issues taken care of before letting us sign. Very honest and professional! Definitely a pleasant experience!

I pike their service. Their prices are reasonable compared to others. Their waiting area is warm, clean and smells nice. I was able to do my university assignments in their without being disturbed in any way. Plus, they are a family business. So, everything about them just screams AMERICAN!

We bought a car from Parker who was very helpful and even stayed past hours to accommodate our schedule.There was a major safety problem with the car after we bought it but Parker tried to take care of us quickly when he heard about it.

I m writing this review prior to picking my car up. as I was driving home today I started to overheat and realized I was leaking coolant it was 3:30 and no other place was open I gave them a call and was greeted very politely and explained the issue they told me if I brought it in they would take a look at it immediately I brought it in and not even 30 minutes later they let me know my overheating was caused because my housing was leaking causing all the coolant to drain! They were very receptive and very kind, as a college student I don t have very much money but they gave me a fair price of 400 dollars total and helped explained the cost of everything, overall a great experience so far I m very excited to pick my car up soon and I ll update once I pick it back up!

My wife and I purchased a camper trailer from Parker about two months ago and the process couldn't have been any easier. We came out of state to check it out and Parker kept us up to date and ensured us that what we see online is what we will see in person. No nonsense is the best way to describe it and that was perfect. We came, we saw and we bought. Would definitely buy from Station 45 again. I advise talking to Parker.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. We had to miss Christmas Eve with our family due to the weather and we rescheduled to the Monday after. We ran into car trouble and had a flat Monday morning when we were finally supposed to see our family. The only place open in Allendale, we called in a panic. They were SO helpful and so kind and took care of our issue within the hour. The receptionist sat and chatted with us in between her work to make the hour go by so much quicker. I still am absolutely shocked that we were still able to make the drive to the east side of the state to see our family after a flat tire. I ve waited for multiple hours or even days at other places before for a flat tire and they were able to get us back on the road so quickly - on a holiday weekend. I will never go anywhere else for our car troubles - and lord knows we have a lot of them!

Please spend your money elsewhere... this is probably one of the worst dealerships you can work with in Michigan period. The guys running this don't even inspect their trade ins as that was specifically said by Parker. Instead we were sold a "mechanically sound" vehicle as he stated which 2 months later has broken down and has cost us over $2000 now to fix with no help from them.Repairs completed previously (I assume by them) were done as cheap as possible with some very lazy rigged up systems to make the vehicle run okay.They will be super friendly to your face and as soon as you need their assistance it needs to be on "their terms". We tried to work with them but unfortunately after so many run arounds and lack of trust, I wouldn't even trust the guys to do an oil change without messing it up.Long story short, if you need a quality vehicle, there are MUCH better places to spend your money. I'm all about local support, but look at their website. They claim all this repair assistance, etc... and how they want to "give back" it's all a hoax and a front. Terrible businesses, terrible business motto, terrible salesperson. Please do not shop here people, get a quality ride from a dealership that actual cares, and inspects their vehicles before trying to resell them. Shame on me for not having it inspected further, shame on them for promising a reliable vehicle that was suppose to be inspected. I'd give this place zero stars if I could, but unfortunately google makes me give them some credit. Hopefully others see this and learn from all the others that have had issues with them.

First off I d like to say I was a little worried shopping here after reading some of the lower star reviews. Come to found out with my experience here has been nothing but amazing. The lower star reviews must be from people expecting a brand new car from a used lot. Parker and his team are absolutely amazing. Easy to work with and very transparent about what has happen to the vehicle I was interested in. Even told me it has been in a crash and showed me the pictures from the crash prior to the repairs. With a small amount of money down he let me take the focus st I was looking at home to see how the family fit. Decided I was going to purchase the vehicle and came back to sign papers, with a very nice suprise! He got my interest rate down from a 11 percent to a 4! Signed all the papers and took the car home. The day I got it home I realized the car was leaking a lot of oil. Was soaking into the undersheild so during test drives and initial inspection it went unnoticed. Sent him a message and within seconds no questions asked I was told to bring it back and they would replace the oil pan that had a crack in it. Small local business that I would have no trouble recommending to anyone. Prices are very fair. He was even answering randome questions for me at 10pm on some occasions. Highly recommend this place.

It was hard finding a shop I could trust as a female. I feel like a lot of shop assume I know nothing about cars and over charge. From the moment I dropped off my car I felt completely comfortable. The receptionist was very understanding and the technicians explained everything that was going on with my car in language I understood. The shop owner was extremely nice and worked with me on pricing. I definitely recommend this shop if you are a college student and even if your not.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

I bought a Subaru Outback from Station 45 about six weeks ago and I continue to find things that I love about this car. As for my experience at Station 45, I worked with the same person, Parker, throughout the entire sale. Parker was calm, communicative, professional, and allowed me time and space to check out the car without feeling rushed. He listened to my concerns and addressed them as needed.Buying a car can be stressful, but Station 45 made it about as easy as it can be. I would recommend Parker and Station 45 to anyone looking for a used car.
