1/16/24 I had a dead battery that was corroded and frozen/fused to one of the terminals due to the weather. One of the workers, Austin, helped to pry it out for over an hour in the middle of a below 10� blizzard and help get my battery replaced. I cannot thank him and this location enough. He also didnt give up when it became clear it was gonna take a lot of work, and he seriously deserves a raise.

Don't get ripped off here, with the crazy prices out there, it's worth it to shop around. Came into this location looking for a pair of spark plugs for my snowmobile, they showed that they had NGKs in stock but couldn't find them on the shelf - guys behind the counter saying that you want to run NGK. After 15 minutes, couldn't find them, so they brought me some E3s at 7 bucks per - 'they're the same as NGK'. Um, no thanks, I can buy TWICE the number of NGK plugs online for what you are charging for these E3s.

Kenny was so helpful and thorough. He took the time to check all of the possible issues causing our error and explained them all to me. Once it was all said and done took maybe 15 minutes to get what we needed. Great guy.

Jade was amazing and very helpful!!! She explained everything in away for me to understand. Very kind and quick. She helped scan my car and got me the right part to fix my car! Vary pretty and nice I will be going back to her

Kenny and Jill were super helpful and patient with me when I came in needing refrigerant and assistance with filling it in my car! As someone not knowledgeable on cars, I did not feel taken advantage of as they tried to save me money! Overall pleasant experience with the people at this O Reilly

Austin at the 5213 Lake Michigan Dr store in Allendale, MI went above & beyond to help my me as a Dad trying to get my daughter's headlight bulb replaced when she is 3 hours from home. Austin found the part needed when I called the store and was able to quickly install the bulb for her when she arrived. I was grateful for his help and giving me the peace of mind that she could get it taken care of quickly without having to find someone else or taking her car to a shop for the repair. Thank you Austin and O'Reilly for the excellent service!

Started going here out of convenience and I m so glad! All the employees are very knowledgeable and have gone above and being for me on more than one occasion. They not only help you get what you need but can explain the pros and cons of certain options without pressuring you or acting condescending.

They helped me find exactly what I needed even when the computer actually gave them wrong information. Also, Kenny provided EXCELLENT service and actually acted like he cared! More than I can say from auto value! O Reily is going to be my new parts store. The people there actually care, and as a result they got my business. 5/5, 10/10!

This location is new this year but has quickly gained my business over the other new alternatives. Aaron, the manager, will diligently locate parts if not in stock. They keep a very impressive selection of electrical accessories, paint, and detail supplies not to mention all of the auto parts. The staff seem to get more training in automotive parts and applications versus the other big chains. Would definitely recommend if you need a quick price quote on a part.

Came in needing to replace a burnt out headlight. Or so I thought... The entire team went above and beyond checking everything possible in order to figure out what was wrong. Kenny worked on my car for almost two hours! He ended up figuring out the problem and fixed everything. I will not be going anywhere else for auto parts needs! By far the best service I have received anywhere.

This location has always had the parts I need in-stock for my projects. If not, they can order directly to the store for me to pick up. The service is top-notch and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. The area, both inside and outside is kept up, well organized, and very clean.Highly recommended if you're in need of automotive help or supplies.

Can't say enough good things about the team at O'Rielly's! They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and help me put it on my car. Big shout out to Mike who figured out how to fix the windshield wiper arm for me!

Great job Austin You take a chance the day after Christmas, first thing in the morning to stop in and order the complete brake and rotor set for my Jeep.They had what I needed and all parts were perfect!Thanks O'reilly's for being (right down the road) .
