Best mechanic I ve ever come to. Over the years I ve brought him all kinds of vehicles from my diesel Audi to my now Chevy Silverado and everything I ve owned in between. Fabio always finds ways to look out for me and has his customers best interest in mind 24/7. 10/10 would recommend, great work every time!

Came here for diagnostics after another shop was trying to get me to spend over a grand on unrelated repairs. Very thorough assessment and found that my MAF was bad. Quick service and I'm back on the road.

What a great shop, I bought in my Nissan rogue, for a leaked, and the mechanic fix the problem for me. No more leaked!!! And also the customer service was great as well.

I m very disappointed, been going here for a couple of years for all of my auto repairs and they were great, unfortunately yesterday when I picked up my vehicle after having all my brakes done my car was trashed inside, all of my important papers and some of my daughters photos were just thrown around the car!!! There were also a couple of things missing ( not expensive) but still!! Lost all trust with these guys and won t be returning

I would recommend this place to get work done on your vehicles. Fabio and his crew did a great job replacing my thermostat in my car. I love my heat now. I appreciate you guys so much. You guys are a A++ and a reasonable price

This particular place of Business is a mystery to me. Sooo many cars on their lot. Not sure what they do exactly. Oil change the sign days. But 22 cars in a small lot?

The owner is very honest and polite which is very hard to find in the car industry. Have been taking my parents and my car there for two years. The prices are competitive and reasonable. Never ever have I been pressured into making a decision and he only looks at what you ask him to look at. He doesn t try to pressure you into fixing other things unless you ask him about it. Overall awesome place I try to tell everybody that has a car to get their cars worked on here.

I highly recommend the Pit Stop!!! Fast, high quality customer service. I brought my car in around 5:30 pm to have it looked at, and surprisingly got it back an hour later with my mirror reattached for only $30. I took my car in for repairs after being referred by a relative. My car was making a really loud noise when I turned and stopped to break. I was told I needed new axels and sway bar links that could only be supplied by the dealership. My car was in the shop for a week.I picked my vehicle up after hours and had to turn around to return it to the shop because it was shaking so badly it wasn t safe to drive. I spoke with the owner the next day and was told the repairs were complete, when I. Fact my car was driving the same way when I took it in, my car was also sputtering and I was told it wasn t. The owner was very rude and argumentative, I returned the same rudeness to him, he then told me I needed new tires, he provides two used tires after our consternation so conversation. Fast forward a year later, I need new sway bar links AGAIN!! I called to find out about my warranty and was told by an employee that there was a two year warranty on the parts. I asked about it and the owner was extremely rude with me, I tried having my husband speak with him and he was the same, RUDE!If I could give zero stars!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've taken a couple vehicles there on the advice of my brother who is one of my go to people for checking small problems. I figured if he trusts them they must be good. They have been able to fix every problem so far. When my heat went out in my old vehicle, I thought it was the blower motor but it was just one component ($200 cheaper) and instead of scamming me like they easily could have, informed me it was just that piece and replaced it. Took my current truck there, and the first time they checked it out, it turned out to be a piece that was still under warranty from the previous owner, and even though I didnt have them do the work, they were incredibly polite. Just today I took my truck in because of a weird sound after doing my brakes and they shaved down the piece making the sound, but didnt even charge me. This is hands down, the BEST place to take your vehicle. Their turn around has always been quick (almost always same day for cause, and MAYBE next day for repair, if not same day). The prices are more than fair, especially given the quality of the work. 10/10 would recommend. Seriously, I could not recommend this place anymore.

I had a flat tire, I dropped the car by the shop and they did not hesitate to help me out with no charge. Very nice people. Highly recommend.

Stopped in with a part that I already had removed from my vehicle but was having a hard time getting another bolt out of it. Guys were nice and more than happy to try and help me out getting the bolt unstuck.

Recently I was involved in a car accident where my hood and bumper got bent. Before I came here I took my car to different shops, asked for an evaluation to replace them but they were all rip offs. The minimum amount they wanted was more than half the price I paid to buy the car. When I got to this shop, Fabio showed me how much each part would cost me and the time it would take to replace them. Very affordable prices, outsanding service and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I took my car in because it was making a loud noise. I literally hated my car and wanted to get rid of it but I decided to come here and see what was wrong first. They were able to tell me the problem and fix it the same day and for a good price at that. The staff told me that it was not good for me to drive in that condition. These guys actually care.I m satisfied and will not be going anywhere else for car repair. I actually am happy with my car now. I appreciate it

Absolutely phenomenal place to go if you want anything done besides a wheel alignment. Good customer service, friendly employees, Quality Auto work. If you need a place to go that gives you fair pricing and does good work on your car this is the place you want to go.

Really great knowledgable shop. Fast and efficient communication, full diagnosis of the problem before doing any work. Full transparency. They also worked on a quick problem for me on the spot and solved it in a few minutes without charging anything. Pretty easy 5 star rating.

The new management is incredible. I know people might still have feelings from past owners but let me tell you, the place has changed. Great service, deals, and just overall honest. They don t try to sell you or pressure you into anything. I recommend this place over than other commercial mechanic. Please give this place a chance.

The new owner is a honest guy. I have been going here for a few months and he always offers competitive pricing. He will tell you what needs repaired, however he does not try to pressure you into making a decision. I highly recommend The pit stop to anyone who sees this.

Horrible. Went to them for a new transmission. After spend thousands on it transmission still didn't switch gears properly. Took it to another shop and learned the wrong transmission was installed into my van. Now have to spend $4000 more to fix the damage they did and replace the transmission at another place. Will never go there for anything again.

I wanted to start by thanking this young man eho was there monday june 10th. (Fabio) new owner. I was having issues with my trailblazer. . Now im not a mechanic but i do fix my own vehicles so i know them like a parent knows their child. I wemt to him after calling around and he gave me a great deal. MIND you ppl i walked in last minute my issue was minut enough he GUARANTEED it be done that NIGHT the young man stayed behind to finish my truck and now my shh running at top shape once again.the next time my wife and i have an issue i can not address or do not want to i definitely will be takimg my family fleet of cars to him FROM NOW ON .P.S i am a ALLEN PARKER live 6 blocks from thr the PITSTOP.

I went into this shop thinking I was gonna spend all day, and my bank account was gonna be emptied. I had to get an engine swap and let me tell you these guys know what they are doing, and boy are they special. They saved me over 400$ I highly recommend the pit stop great place!!
