Mike was kind and transparent with me from the jump. Him and the team were extremely helpful on multiple different jobs I needed done and both jobs were short notice. Also the price was way cheaper than anybody nearby. I highly recommend them to anybody in a tough situation who doesn t want to be taken advantage of. Great group of guys!

I originally was taking my car to a dealership and the wait time was going to be weeks before they can get started on it. I was recommended to come to this shop for its quality and speed. I m extremely happy with the outcome of this shop and I myself would highly recommend.

My husband was in an accident and we couldn t find any shops to get us in in a timely manner , one if his co workers recommended this place and they got us in immediately And they were so clear and efficient on their Communication. They worked with our insurance and did an outstanding job on fixing our truck . I honestly feel they went above what they had to . I will never use another collision shop . Thank you Mike for taking care of us

I had a great experience with Allen Park Collision! Mike, the manager was so helpful! They worked quickly on my vehicle and left it better than before! They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside and washed the outside of my car while they had it! I will go back to them, they can even have your car towed to their shop!! Recommend giving them a call! Thanks to Mike, Doug, and the rest of the guys who did excellent work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My recent encounter with a supposed authorized repair facility left me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. The service clerk claimed to have affiliation with State Farm, but this turned out to be a complete fabrication. State Farm had no record of them being an authorized repair facility, leading to unnecessary delays in the estimation process for my vehicle as they had to bring in an outside estimator from State Farm.To make matters worse, their collaboration with towing companies, especially Metro Sales & Service, was highly concerning. They actively coerced customers into using Allen Park Collision by making false claims about its authorization from auto insurance. This deceitful behavior raises serious doubts about the integrity of this repair facility.What added insult to injury was the exorbitant $750 bill I received from Metro Sales & Service for towing my vehicle a mere 3 miles from my home to Allen Park Collision. This kind of price gouging is entirely unacceptable and left me feeling exploited and taken advantage of.In conclusion, I strongly advise against trusting any repair facility that is recommended without verifying their authorization status with your auto insurance provider. It is imperative to exercise caution when dealing with towing companies like Metro Sales & Service, as they may attempt to mislead you for their own benefit. Always compare towing charges with standard rates in your area to avoid being overcharged.If you find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend reporting the unauthorized collaboration between the repair facility and towing company to your auto insurance provider. Additionally, consider addressing the exorbitant towing charges by discussing the matter with Metro Sales & Service directly. If necessary, filing a formal complaint with your insurance provider can also be reasonable recourse.Make sure to keep thorough documentation of all interactions, bills, and receipts related to this disappointing experience. They did an awesome job on my car! I brought it in on a Monday and ask if it could be done by Thursday and they did everything to make it to me before my inspection. Very professional and honest company. I look forward to recommending them to everyone who jeeds body work! Heres a little before and after.

This company towed my daughters vehicle through AAA just a few days ago and she ended up paying $140 in towing expenses. We live 15 miles from the location that her vehicle needed to be towed because we travel this route every single day for work 15 going 15 back. this tow man told us it was 25 miles and that she was 20 miles over tow limit, it s was the reason it was going to be $140 for her additional towing fees tried to explain to him that it s only 15 miles via street. He still said it was gonna be 25 miles either way Street or highway so I m leaving this review to say that this company is a rip off for your towing expenses. you as the customer want to travel Street for less miles but the driver wants to go the route that makes him money no matter what you say. wemade it home in 20minutes. This took about 35 minutes on the highway so that is my experience with this company. I just wanted to get home back home after coming to help my daughter. So yeah they got it but never again the driver also was more interested in upselling the collision company for repair work with % off because of the towing I know for a fact that the amount would ve been half the tow so use your discretion the tow driver who may come for you because if you wanna go one way and it s 5 miles he s gonna wanna go another way and add an extra 10 just to make a fee or a commission or additional expense that is for the companies benefit not the customer I will never let them tow anything again if they re company comes, I will refuse to tow and wait for another truck .

Timeframe was excellent. However. They replaced my tire with a different tire than the other 3. I have wheel bearing noise and car was left dirty. Interior was a mess. I would never take my vehicle back here again. Not too pleased. They took really good care of me. Great bunch of guys!As I was coming down off the hill, some guy in a truck ran into the back of my car. There were some bumper dings and a broken taillight on my 2014 Mazda 3.I received quotes from some competing collision shops and Allen Park Collision came in a little over half the cost(59%) of the other quotes. (A difference of ~500 dollars.) They also said it would take about 2 days, whereas the competition told me 3 days. I obviously chose Allen Park Collision.I dropped my car off and they gave me a call on the morning of the second day to come pick it up. There was a mix up with the taillight replacement from the supplier(My car has LED taillights, the supplier shipped a normal bulb.) They apologized and worked with the supplier to get the correct part. I took my car that day and came back a few days later and they swapped it out in about 10 minutes.Overall, I couldn't recommend them more and will be using their services in the unfortunate event of another car collision.

They still have my vehicle, and it's been two months. Body work is all they do im guessing since they wont do mechanicle work, or custom work. Anybody else have this wait time? I'd like to know. So for now one star until I'm amazed at how my trusty steed looks once I get it back. So after over two months i have my vehicle back. If i could give zero stars i would. They fix one thing and break another. My door handle latch is broken, and my breaks are done. Two noticeable things were repaired. Bumper replaced and hand sized dent in rear quarter panel at a cost of 2100 dollars. They did a door hinge repair and put in grill inserts for me aside from that. I wouldn't recommend to anybody unless you only need body work done.

I was not too impressed with this place. I got an estimate for $500 to redo a rear panel on my truck. I drop it off Monday and they say it will be finished Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. So they call me Thursday and ask me to come into the shop. I get to the shop and they tell me that it is going to be a bigger job than they thought and want $750. Mind you, it was suppose to be completed by Thursday and they had not even touched it yet.After talking and being quite upset about the change, I agreed to meet them at $650 for the repair. They finished it the next day on Friday and they did a good job with the repair so I gave them a couple stars. However, they definitely left a bad taste in my mouth from this whole ordeal. It was a very unprofessional experience. If you go here, beware of this.

Would rate 0 if I could. We were told by our insurance company and by the shop that our deductible would be waived. When we come in to pick up the vehicle we are told that we owe $200.00 and that to get that back we would have to get a hold of our insurance company to confirm. What's annoying about this is that we did everything and our insurance company confirmed that we were not supposed to pay that and they should refund it. We called the shop twice with no reply. Finally about 10 minutes before they closed they answered and confirmed that we shouldn't have paid. Instead of apologizing however he says and I quote "I guess I can give it back to you but we're closing, I guess I can stay open to refund you". What kind of service is that? I will NEVER use this shop again. I'll be going to Cutting Edge Collision thank you very much.

Beware They took 2 months to finish our car for it to not even be finished correctly forged signatures on checks saying we approved the work to our insurance company. Brought car back in to be fixed the owner was reasonable about fixing the car and gave us a rental. After 3 weeks we get the back and it's in better condition but if I could I would of chose a different collision shop I would of. Like I said the owner tryed to make things right but if it wasnt for him making an effort I wouldnt even have left them a star if I could. Thankfully he did try to make things right.

I'm going in the middle here, I had a crazy experience with my car! I had a unfortunate event happen with my car tire that flew off causing a lot of damage to my front drivers side side fender, the whole hub, everything was pretty much damaged. Tow truck driver suggested Allen Park Collision, which I was fine with, my teen daughter was driving my car at the time my tire flew off, so her safety was my first concern.Allen Park collision did get me a rental car from Enterprise car rental, okay cool... When I got the call my car was completed, I returned the rental and went to get my car, well, I drove off and immediately heard horrible noises coming from my front drivers side tire, bad enough that I didn't even go a mile and turned around to return it... This was an insurance claim and I know they wouldn't like a call. Told the guys that it's definitely not right, they took it for a ride and they heard it themselves... Asked if he could have the car an extra 2 days, which left me without a vehicle again and their loaner was in use... FYI, when you sign says "free rental cars", own up to that and don't just have 1 car, kinda silly! Well, anyways, I called Saturday, day 2 and he said he was picking my car up from Belle Tire?! Ummm why? My car needed a new front end basically and the noise I was hearing was a bent or broken tierod... Wouldn't you catch that when " Fixing" the front end of my car? And why was it at Belle tire when your a collision shop? I didn't ask anymore questions, I just needed my car after 8+ days! Drives great now, paint job is great too, they found my rim that was damaged, so new rim and new locking nuts, which is great but I'm still kinda crazed about the Belle tire issue and why this wasn't caught when repairing my front end?!?!

Most professional work out their honestly. Very modest and honest people, they tell you exactly what you need and guarantee you the best price in the market. I've done 7 cars over their so far, and their pant job is outstanding ! 5 star overtime! ask for Hass

Allen Park Collision addressed my problems immediately. I dealt with a friendly and professional staff and truly enjoyed my experience. Not only did they complete the job quickly and efficiently, but they also detailed my car so that it was impeccably clean upon pickup.

They will NOT stand behind there work or the parts they use. Expensive prices. If you get work done here on your car, do not expect the parts to last more than a year. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY work. Used cheap parts on my car and blamed ME saying I didn't want OEM parts. Wouldn't spend another dime at this worthless place.

Never got a quote after they looked at my car for new bumper. After i called them twice never got back to me when they said they would get to me. Service is terrible!!
