This place is amazing. Ive taken my car here several times and it is always fixed quickly and at very reasonable prices. I wouldnt trust my car anywhere else. If you want an honest, skilled mechanic that charges better than fair prices look no further!!

Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing yet another exceptional service from Ali and his team.I contacted Ali, explaining my urgent situation where two stud lug nuts on my Ford Fusion had broken off. With my upcoming wedding in Virginia, I needed my car fixed promptly. Ali, displaying great understanding and empathy, immediately requested me to bring my car in so that his team could start working on it right away.True to his word, I was in and out of the door in no time. Dropped my car off called back maybe 3-4 hours later me & the guy talk about how much it would cost he says NO MORE then $300 .. next day i called them back and he tells me it s gonna be 450 i then tell him that s not the price we talked about & if that s the case I don t want you to do the job he says hold on I was on hold for maybe 20 seconds he comes back & says it s gonna cost 450 & basically says if I don t pay the 450 I can t get my car . There s soooo many other auto shops around here just go to them I don t recommend this place at all.. adds an extra 150 out of nowhere .. if he would have said 450 from the jump I would have came bck to get my car .. then the part cost was like $40 dollars labor 410.. just don t waste your time people they will try to get over

Please run run run walk if you have 2 I am letting everyone know not to let this place do work on your vehicle. First time I took it in. It took him a week to put back brakes on second time. I had to take it somewhere else to repair what he did to it, which was a water pump. And a timing belt which he messed up so bad. I'm lucky the motor didn't burn up. Took it to another place, got it fixed immediately. Warning, please do not use this person agreed when I asked him about getting my money back. He would be happy to give it back to me. On a certain day called me that morning. Said nope. I decided not to give it back to you because I was not in the wrong.Last time I left. It took him 3 weeks and then he didn't even do water pump. Right, save your money, save the headache. Don't use this guy. I'm turning them into the better BBB.And I'm calling the state licensing bureau against save. Headache do not use this person or this business

Great place! They were friendly and professional. I had my breaks and rotors done by them. They did the work the same day, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again.

So...Ali and my cars go back almost 7 years. He's always been straight with my brother and I when it came to prices.He even told me one time that it wasn't worth fixing and to get rid of the car and it sat in his lot for over 2 months, never charged me because I was looking for a transmission.I ended up donating it to Kars for Kids.Lastly...this morning he came to my place of work and repaired a tire that caused my tire to go flat. He's a good guy and honest.I don't look elsewhere for car repair services. Give him a try. He's always busy!But when he goes on vacation...it sucks...lol.

Amazing! I was in town for a gig and I hit a pot hole that bent my control arm the night before. I needed the car to be asap cuz I had to get the next afternoon for work. Warning, do not do business with this shop. I work for a parts distributor and they write checks that bounce and refuse to pay. Highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

The best auto shop! After being in a collision, the team did the body work of my vehicle and did a GREAT job as well as reducing my detectible! My experience has been great. Always treated with respect. They do good work. If your car has an issue after repairs bring it back they will take care of it. Prices are in the name "Affordable"

I ve been a customer for a few years now. As a used car owner, I have been able to count on Affordable Auto to analyze the issues and do only the work that is needed. They also stand behind their work. Recently I had a mysterious issue with my vehicle cranking but not starting. On occasion I ve had to wait up to twenty minutes, then, it starts. Even the dealership could not find or analyze the problem. I had become very frustrated as the issue continued to be evasive and grow worse, I almost had to have it towed. When my car started I went straight to Affordable Auto and the owner reassured me that he would find the problem. They came together as a team and soon after, had resolved the problem. My automobile is now running about as good as when I originally purchased it.

Dont ever take an auto up there to get fixed. Took my car to get a simple water pump put on, then the calls started coming in from them. First was going to take longer than expected, then the timing cover was bad, then sensors were bad. Non-stop delays and other problems. A simple 150 dollar job turned into a 1000.00 dollar fiasco. I reported them to the Better Business Bureo.All most had to get into a fist fight with the very rude people there.From the jerk behind the counter to the mechanics.E

This is the worst place to EVER! take a vehicle. Everything they fix breaks again in a month. My grandmas car no longer works after going here. They are rude OVERPRICED inconsiderate and so much more I'll stick to a real mechanic from now on I'd even provably pay less there.
