Very friendly service, amazing sales staff, and a nice lounge if you need/want to wait for your oil change or repair. Today they are servicing my third GM vehicle and treat me in a way that makes me feel special. Betten Baker Allegan has earned my future business.

The service department here is great - friendly and competitive prices. Sales department is wonderful - Trevor is great with remembering preferences from one purchase/lease to the next! J was fun to work with as well. They are all so personable and down to earth. The only downfall was (due to COVID19) they didn't have enough staff to detail the interior of our car before we drove off.

These guys are GREAT. I wish I'd found this place years ago. Stopped in to test drive a gorgeous used car I'd been looking for online, and theirs was priced better than any comparable in the state. Mitch was really personable; no pressure at all, just really helpful. Was encouraged to spend plenty of time with the car - even take it home. The car was excellent, but I talked myself out of buying another black car. After the way they'd treated me I decided to look at their new inventory online and saw one that I was interested in. Ryan offered a price I couldn't say no to. Darren helped me with an obscure technical question and everybody just made it an excellent car buying experience from start to finish. The whole team was helpful and professional. I'll be back in the future when the need arises. Thanks guys!

Great place, small town feel, friendly staff. Was surprised by their up front and honest trade in amounts, they don t low ball you like other dealerships. Not much need to argue with these guys, they are up front about pricing and don t try to cheat you. Third vehicle my family has bought from them over the years. Michael Geddes did a great job and was easy to deal with..

The service department was great! Very quick, thorough, and great follow-up! Craig is wonderful to work with and very friendly. He even followed up with me after I accidentally filled out the survey in a negative way. ooops. So sorry! Definitely recommend, and will be back!

The service team here is great, Ally explained the issue with my vehicle clearly, in great detail, and made sure I fully understood the problem and all options available to fix it . Opting to purchase a new vehicle instead of repairing, Jay, the finance manager, broke down the transaction line by line for me so I understood exactly what the costs were.It has been a couple of months since purchasing and I have returned for some oil changes. I always get exceptional service and Jay still greets me by name. This past oil change, they did a phenomenal job on my interior detailing, when I got my car back you couldn't even tell 2 toddlers had taken over the back seat. I would recommend Betten Baker Allegan to all.

Jamie took the time to work my car in to have my problem diagnosed. They had it diagnosed and fixed within 1 day. I appreciated the care and efficiency and the compassion they took in solving my problem. I appreciate the fact that my problem became important for them and they took care of me. Thank you so much!

I was not happy with the service I had today. Tried to put me with a SUV . I did not know the price of the SUV and year an it had 150,000 miles for a payment of about $240.00 a month. Trying to say I could not get a payment for about $199.00 or $210.00. Must of been because I am a lady now. An did not show price of SUV too.

The Service dept listened to my explanations of a shake in the steering wheel.It took good diagnostics but issue was addressed and solved .I was happy to have bought my new truck as received a valuable deal in trade from Chisti Foster Sales rep at Betten Baker.

What a great experience I had with Betten Baker.I had found a Silverado on Chevrolet s website and one of the great things about Betten Baker was that they posted actual photos of the vehicle they are selling. A lot of dealers don t take the time and just use generated which is useless in a time of COVID-19 or driving long distance.I inquired about a price on a Silverado via their website and the next day I had a response. Once the correct truck was identified I had an Out The Door price so I knew exactly what I was going to be paying which is great when driving 2.5 hours across the state for a vehicle.When I arrived I was surprised how many trucks they had in stock. Most dealers had their inventory wiped out but they actually had a few good models left not the ones no one wants. The dealer was clean the salesman Jaret had pulled my truck to the front already he was a young guy which would explain his prompt responses via email. People say that these young generations are always on their phone well this is the case where it was definitely a positive. The dealer was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly they were definitely respectful of social distancing practices.The buying process was quick and they even somehow were able to work with my home town credit union which didn t have a branch anywhere near the dealer which was surprising. I had my keys in hand in a short amount of time.I would most definitely do business with them again!

I took my Liberty to Betten Baker Allegan for an oil drip after a servicing at another facility. A technician checked and tightened a loose oil filter and added oil to replace what was lost. There was no charge for this and it was taken care of in minutes. Awesome service and awesome salesmanship from Bret Mallory, who went above what was expected to get me in this vehicle.

Found a promising car that they were selling through cargurus. When I showed up to take a look at it I could not have been happier with the service I received. Mike Geddes was friendly, open to working with me on price, and answered any and all questions I had in regards to the purchase. These folks earn your business. We have purchased all our vehicles and had all our work done on them here for the past 15+ years. It was a five star until now. I had a verbal agreement to buy a used car once it was finished in service. But instead, the general manager, Ryan agreed to sell it to someone else even though he knew a 15 year customer had dibs on it already. Not sure if I like the way this place is going. Trust is very important in the car business. They HAD our trust for a long time... Too bad

The service department is top notch and they really do take great care of their customers. It's an all around great dealership that has yet to disappoint me. The sales staff is awesome too, very helpful and not pushy.

The representative was amazing, however management and finance were a joke. I was using my own bank to finance, which I know finance managers do not like because they make no money. The salesman and finance manager came over to my wife and I during the transaction and said they sent the fax of the buyers order to my bank, however they said that it didn t go through l, the finance manager begin trying to get me to finance through him. I called my bank at that moment and they said they received the fax. I know the dealership was lying to me. After the vehicle was purchased my wife and I took the vehicle home. That week the finance manager came a swapped me vehicles so he could drive it back to the dealership to be polysteel. Upon getting the vehicle back there was a rip in the side drivers seat. It took 3 weeks to get the problem resolved and a manager never called me to apologize or explain what happened. It was a horrible experience and I blame management 100%.

We had amazing service from Jason McDaniel!!! He came in on his day off to get us some keys because our one year old decided to lose our only set. If we ever need anything in the future he is the one we will go to! So thank you Jason for taking time out of your day to help us!
