David has been AWESOME. He helped my Husband and I get a GREAT rate. We've been with another Insurance Company for over 6 yrs and kept having our rates get raised over and over again. David made us EXTREMELY HAPPY, his customer service IS #1 and he deserves a HUGE Bravo. We live in the Metro Detroit Area and were told about this business and felt reluctant to call but from the moment we did and the 1st lady we spoke to & then being helped HUGELY by David was the BEST move we made. He didn't save us a $100, he saved us 100's and we can't thank him and this business enough. God bless you ALL

I have had Guy Dean Insurance for 15yrs plus and I absolutely love them. Their staff is absolutely wonderful and so friendly. They treat you like family. Their rates are great and they are alway willing to help you save a dime when they can. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent with insurance. Cost our business several thousands of dollars in back fees due to incorrect handling of our insurance. Unable to answer basic questions - they direct you to the actual insurance carrier who, when calling the carrier, is dumb founded as to why you are directed to them when the agent should be the one handling the issue. Would NEVER recommend this agency. In fact, when checking their website in the summer, it is clear they have never updated the site as the site was wishing you "Happy Holidays".

Great job getting my paper work drawn up quickly still can't believe they got me insurance and few other things for 81 bucks cheaper a month than my normal auto only policy I had before...loving this company
