I'll start by saying it's nice to have a complete shop on marshall!Second MIKE and his employees are great! After calling many shops around found that tire Pros was the cheapest by far! Got in to get a Diagnostic because my 2016 GMC Sierra wasn't blowing cold air! Was scared of the price I was going to receive with things along this nature! When Mike called me back with a quote on not just my AC condenser along with other things he recommended being done I decided to just do the condenser now and I will be returning to this business in the future! I had many questions and they helped them all! Dropped the truck off at 9am and had it back within a couple hours! Mike and his crew run a great shop around there!Thanks again for getting the AC back working on my truck and I'll be back again! They earned a customer from me!! I 100% recommend these guys!

I am so pleased with the friendliness, speed of service, and can-do spirit everyone showed. I was on a trip and got a flat tire, which wasn t repairable. They got me a new tire and back on the road quickly and for a good price. If I m ever back in town and need service, this is where I ll go!

I was traveling from Indiana to Kalamazoo and got a flat tire! The people at this shop were the best. They had me back on the road in less than an hour. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Was traveling and needed a hard tire to find: 20 inches wide. Called over a half dozen dealerships and tire shops that couldn t help me in a timely manner. Joe got me going the very next morning, with friendly service at a fair price. Highly recommend!!

Today I was in Marshall (from 200 miles away) & dropped by City Tire for a tire warranty rotation & check. The service manager kindly worked me into schedule. The new store has a pleasant waiting area too.

Came in a little before they opened the owner was kind enough to let us in and get us situated, had a new set of tires in less than a few hours. Nice guys, fast service, to top it off there right in town !!!

Thank you for treating our daughter with respect, kindness and helping ensure she will be able to make the 2 hour trip home safely! I got my truck towed here with two flat tires and they fixed them up all under 15 minutes with a great price too! Excellent service, will definitely use them in the future!

First-class service when our car had a severe flat tire on I-94. We arranged a tow truck to Tire City Tire Pros. George and John and staff promptly diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road. Highly recommended.

I came in asked for them to put 2 new tires on my truck fix a valve stem they did just that my truck is lifted so my tire was rubbing a little so the guy told me he clipped the side so my tire would not rub they did great job and the price is definitely reasonable thank u

I have been going to Albion and Marshall Tire for the last 20+ years and have always left satisfied. They are fast, their inventory is excellent and if they don t have what is needed, they will have it the next day.Their prices are fair, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics are prepared for whatever you throw at them.I give the entire team 5 stars.

Local shop, prefer using over a typical franchise anytime. Customer service was perfect - Great group of employees. Service was exactly what you would expect and I would recommend to anyone.

The manager(possibly owner) behind the counter, was very personable and friendly. They provided timely and great service, along with an amazing price. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness, that I will be having more of my auto care and service done by them, honest and caring people. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very patient and kind. From Eaton Rapids now live in Charlotte. They even did an oil change when I had a tire replaced. On time, very helpful. They will be where I'm going from now on for car maintenance. Nice to have a reliable place to take my vehicle. Thanks

We found Tire City Tire Pros in Marshall because of a blowout on our camper trailer. Their prices were very fair so we just got all 4 new ones to be safe. They fixed several stripped studs and lug nuts. Great fast, friendly service, would definitely use them again.

Not a reliable service.. they ll try to convince you into buying tires and coverage that do not need. They seem like a good company until it was time for them replace the terrible tires they sold me, which they wouldn t do even with covers. And even though I was told by their mechanic, I would have problems out of these tires eventually, and that they would be covered with my warranty. Why can t companies keep their word to keep their customers I am so tired of bad service. I guess you get what you pay for. it s worth paying the extra money to go to a better shop.. It s very hard to find good service these days unfortunately . My family, my friends, and anyone that I know will refuse to go to this place from now on. Time to stand up to these bad companies. And start making them keep their word.

Excellent service! Had a tire emergency hours before a planned road trip but these guys saved the day. Instead of replacing just the one I opted to go ahead and get all four new ones since their prices were great and I already knew I only had a few months left in my old ones. I am incredibly happy to be heading into the snowy season with a full new set and money left over for Christmas. Nice employees too. Would absolutely recommend.
