While on a road trip our low tire pressure light came on. We pulled into Quick Lane and asked if they could inflate our tire. The kind lady at the counter said "absolutely and no problem!" She asked us to pull in front of one of the garages and came outside and helped us. She topped all the tires off too for no charge! Really nice people and helped us out in a pinch to get back on the road. Thank you!

I got a call back 1 hour and 45 minutes after I was supposed to wait 10 minutes for the quote. They waited until 15 minutes before they close to call me back and then hang up before the call connects, then proceeded not to answer the phone. Pissed me tf off. Other than that service is pretty good.

Had a tough situation with 2 blown tires and a bent rim.( rims were discontinued ) Tried couple places nearby that couldn't help me. Ended up at Quick Lane. Front staff was very friendly. The new parts guy, Eric McDonald stepped up to help me out. Excellent customer service. It seems rare now days. I lack trust in service departments. Experience was a pleasant surprise. Exceeded my expectations, and got my car back up and running quickly. Thank You!Services: Tires, Brakes

I love not needing an appointment for an oil change. I waited just a short amount of time then I was in my way. Everyone I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable.

The staff was vey knowledgeable of whst part was needed, how long it would take to be done. Out the kindness if their heart the staff paid the remainder of the bill, which realky made my day. I can't thank them enough.

This place is top notch, A+. Got a flat on the highway & called right at closing time & not only did they squeeze us in, the mechanic and front desk were SO kind and within minutes we were back on the road. So thankful for the positive experience! 10 out of 10.

I was traveling from Detroit to Battle Creek when I got a flat tire. Roadside replaced my tire with a donut. I drove to quick lane, Paul came out took the tire plugged it and put it back on my truck. He didn t even charge me. After a stressful time that made my day a lot better. I was in and out and back on the road, thanks Paul and quick lane!Service: Tires

I have been here twice to get my oil changed and have absolutely No complaints the staff was friendly and willing to answer All of my questions concerning my vehicle!A lot of places I've been are sexist against women and have tried to try to tell me something extra is going to try to make more off of me not knowing I'm studying to be a mechanic and my father is one , but not this place !They got my vehicle in and out within an hour both times!

There was a extra 20.00 added to my bill and they said it was because they changed my air filter. and they were going to rotate my tires and did not .I will not go backService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I found the Quick Lane staff to be very helpful. As a first time customer, they were very patient with me and gave me the opportunity to look at the car personally while it was on the lift. I thought their prices were fair and the employees were very friendly.

I would strongly caution anyone who is deciding to take their car to this place. I took a car in good working order there to be looked at for a noise in the engine and could barely get it home 5 hours later after having to call to find out what was going on. I have since heard that this place has a reputation for things of this nature so please be careful.

Slow as molasses. The tech did not value my time. Seemed to be dragging his feet to make my oil change the last thing he had to do for the day, and I arrived before 4pm. This will be my last time visiting.

Had a great experience here for an oil change and systems check. It was about 35 minutes as the first customer in the morning.
