Fred Sr. and Fred Jr. were both 5Star and above. Besides being Professional, they both took care of me and my needs like I was the only one in the store. I received a good deal on a good used van. It was approved by my Mechanic and everyone was happy.By the way, it is well worth the drive from Jackson.

I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and the vehicles have been greatThe last one I bought was a 2016 jeep cherokee and the one before was a 2013 ram 1500 . The process was easy and simple It felt good knowing that the people who were working in sales knew what they were doing!!

Absolute scammers I would never give someone a bad rap but they have crossed the line lost my pcm in the mail and say to come get my vehicle missing a 2k part that it went there with my lawyers will be in contact but I highly don't recommend this place to anyone ps they broke my window lost my part been there almost a year never have received 1 call broke a door latch never was told any of this till I showed up and seen for myself

Outstanding service. We were traveling across country towing our camper trailer when our truck suddenly lost power. We managed to get it to Hometown. Even though they were booked Seth managed to squeeze us in.Not only did they have us back on the road in an hour, they didn t gouge us for a bunch of extras or try to upsell us a bunch of stuff we didn t need.In a time when it is normal for car dealers to mislead and do everything possible to get every last penny out of you it was a breath of fresh air to do business at this dealership.I wish we lived closer so we could bring them all our business, but this review will have to suffice.Hands down an honest dealership in times when we need more like them.If you live in the area please buy from them to show all car dealers that honesty pays off.

I bought my first jeep and first car ever here I love everything about this place, the people and the service was outstanding. Friendly and professional.I had my first oil change a month ago and they took their time to do it properly with the inspection.I would % recommend this place if you want to purchase a new car or if you just need car services.

Charged me $230 to "diagnose" a seat heater that the maintenance department and i both agreed was almost certainly the heat pad. I had explained that i had an extended warranty and that i wanted them to make sure it covered the repair. When they called and told me it didnt i declined the repair. If it wasnt for the warranty i would of done the repair myself. An ohm check at the plug should of taken 15 min. I asked to talk to the manager he was busy then and every other time i called. Never returned any messages. Call 2 other jeep dealers and explained the same way i explained to Hometown both told me less than 100 to diagnose. Would of been a different story if i had gone to pick up jeep myself. Would of never paid them that much.

Had a part emergency. Of course it's the day after a big storm, half of the dealership didn't have power and most employees had been sent home. The service manager took the time to find the part I needed even though that wasn't his job.Don't see this type of service very often these days.Very grateful for the help I received, I will definitely make the 45 minute trip again just to support Hometown Dodge.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I drove home from work to discover I had a tire going low. No one in the area was open. Called left a message at Hometown and dropped the car off. The next morning just after 9 got the call that the tire was fixed and I can pick it up.

We brought a car in for service, they ran a diagnostic said they knew the problem and it would be a $500 fix, should be ready in a day. Unfortinately they never called to tell us that wasn't the problem, after more than a day we called, and after several calls over the course of two days we found out there were other issues that they missed, which would be $5000 and take weeks. They were so unresponsive, never called us back, didn't update us on the car at all. We were left with a $500 bill for nothing, and our car was dead. Then when we went to pay for it they ignored us for 25 minutes, while we were standing on service waiting. Worst dealership experience, asked to speak with the manager and Garret told me No... Never going here again.

I purchased my 2019 Ram here alowith an extended warranty. The generator and exhaust manifold went bad. I returned for repairs on August 16th and was told the items were on back order ( I understand). The truck was in their possession, and the muffler was stolen. I was told that I had to pay for repairs of this. When the repairs were done and a pickup date and time was set ( it was a Saturday so no service department) I had to wait almost an hour after a service memwas called to allow me access to my truck which was locked inside the bay. This is not the first issue that I have had here, but it will be the last.

I was really impressed with the level of service and personal attention given to me when I brought my truck here for service work. I also enquired about purchasing a new vehicle during my trip, and was very happy with how much they were willing to work with me and help me through the process. It's really worth it when you're dealing with a family owned company like this, and I'll certainly be purchasing here very soon!

Terrible service. I brought my car in to get service done and they called me with a quote and I agreed to it. When the work was done not only did they not fix the problem I brought it in for they tried to charge me 700 dollars extra then the quote they gave me over the phone. Very unprofessional never going back

Had an oil change and tire rotation at Hometown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Albion. Aug 2022. The two young guys in the service dept. appeared to me to be fresh out of high school. After the service was done I drove 15 miles to my home. I felt the need to check my lug nuts after arriving home, something I normally wouldn't do but I felt uneasy about the possible lack of experience these young men had in working on vehicles. Sure enough I had some lug nuts that I could turn with my fingers. Some were tighter than others but not one of them had been tightened enough! Called the Manager and told him. He was apologetic and told me the guy who rotated my tires had only worked there for two days. I find it unacceptable and will never be able to trust them to work on my vehicle again. I drove on the highway and could've had a tire come off killing me and or others. All I can say is I hope it only happen to my vehicle and there aren't others driving around with loose lug nuts and don't know it

Absolutely terrible experience with their service department. If it wasn t leaving multiple messages for my calls to never get returned, or the fact that I get told misinformation from multiple sources, or the fact my part was lost in the Mail for a month, or the fact I was informed my car was clear to be picked up only to find out after that it was never test driven and the same issue came about 2 miles after leaving your shop . I wish I could post negative stars for how disappointed and disgusted I am

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. I brought my truck in about 6 months ago with a transmission issue. They diagnosed it poorly without driving it long enough as told to recreate the issue. Picked up the truck 4 times and took it back with the same issue the very next day. Then they made me wait for more parts I did not need. They just threw parts at the truck without fixing the issue.Then they said they can t fix the issue and told me they would take the truck to a dealership that could. Now the dealership is stating that they need to send the truck back to hometown to complete the work as they failed to do with parts. The truck needs a new transmission all along and they failed. 6 months without my truck and making payments to not use it along with making payments for parts not needed. Horrible experience and terrible staff/mechanics. How is this a legit dodge dealer.

They got a vehicle that I was buying from another dealership in for an independent inspection. They got vehicle in last minute and did a very thorough inspection! I was very impressed with the courtesy, responsiveness, thoroughness, and follow up!! I would recommend Freddy and his team any time!!

It would be my pleasure. It was a lemon from the sales manager son in law. From Minnesota. I can post the vin. If you you want to keep going. I financed it and a month later the caltilic converter was out, and the back brakes and rotors. And you tried to charge me 3500. I can keep going. But it went through your "service department". It's just facts. Write another book of terrible customer service. God bless
