We love Freed Auto! We used to go all the way to Battle Creek just to see them, but now that they have a shop in Albion right close to home, we go there for everything car related. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They always do such a great job and we always leave satisfied. We are so thankful for Freed Auto! I recommend them to everyone!!

Had them do warranty work and it was a pretty good experience except I was leaking trans fluid because they didn't tighten all the bolts

Freed Auto has been more than reasonable and helpful in both Albion and Battle Creek. The saying, "You get what you pay for" has always been true when it comes to servicing vehicles. And having been a service advisor, I know that more than most. They won't break the bank and offer true technical knowledge and has your best interest in mind. Highly recommend!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wiper blade installation

I came to this mechanic and took the one who answered the door with his junkyard dog out to my car where I proceeded to request that they replace two fried wires one to the cigarette lighter and the other to the blower fan, he seemed confident that it wouldn't be a problem. Later that afternoon this man claims it took him three hours to diagnose what I told him in five minutes when I dropped the blasted car off, further more he had the gall to tell me it would take them fourteen hours to do the job. This chore later on took my wife and i with no experience only five hours to do.Service: Electrical repair

Traveling from 7 hours away and the AC wasn't working very well in the car. Called Freed in the morning and got us in right away for check and recharge of AC... great service, great price! This Fast n Friendly place gets 5 stars from us!

Best place in town for all of anyone's auto needs! They even work on Motorcycles! Even Diesel engines!!
