Don't recommend it. Was a long-time loyal customer until they messed up my oil change and didn't put my dip stick in all the way, which caused oil to blow back up into my engine bay. When I asked if they could clean it out, I was just told they would do their best... really??? Which then also caused my air filter to get really bad. But that wasn't their fault. I'm sorry I can't give my hard earned money to a place that can't even own their mistakes.

We take our equinox here for all the maintenance and repairs. Speaking from the experience of a woman, the staff is really nice and there's no condescension or down talking to me. The pricing is appropriate and not overcharged. My husband and I are really pleased and will continue working with them for all our future needs.

Service department is the friendliest and most helpful dealership shop I've been to. They spent a day looking for a rattle in my 2nd row seats that they couldn't reproduce themselves, and even replaced the seat rails to make sure I was happy with the job all while letting me drive a loaner vehicle. A+ service.Followup - Had my vehicle in recently for a tire rotation, when I came back to pick it up they gave me the keys and no charge for the service. Said they don't charge customers for simple jobs like that.

Yesterday Feb 12 I had an appointment at 915 for oil change at College Chevrolet. At 930 I arrived late. I apologized. The man at TheS ervice desk told me that it was fineThey had taken on a couple of jobs that were taking longer then expected. It would probably be about an hour. I said fine. To my surprise in about 35.minutes my car was ready. Excellent work as far as I am concerned. Thank you College Chevrolet

Friend went there for service. Idiots left tools near the windshield with the hood open, closed the hood and the tools smashed the windshield. Claimed they had nothing to do with the damage.
