If you like to pay 10x what you can buy a part for this is your place! Quoted my buddy $550 for a thermostat change on a Silverado. Changed it in the driveway for less than $50. Highway robbery going on at this dealership....all of them really. Do not recommend. Ask them to break down the labor for you if you choose to gamble with them. They have to be charging a normal labor rate for your vehicle to sit there and run ON YOUR DIME for an hour to burp out the air. Pay attention.

My van broke down and it would not start in their parking lot. I asked service for some help and they responded within 10 minutes and troubleshooted the cause of my no start very quickly. I was able to buy the part at the local AutoZone and was back on the road in 20 minutes. This was all done at no charge. Fast service without an appointment! Amazing! Please consider them for your auto/truck service needs.

My husband and I just recently used the Service department for our truck and traverse and both times they were great to us. Great costumer service, honest and very timely with getting our vehicles fixed! Our Traverse was bought from them they have been great with service and sales both!!! Dale was super helpful and knowledgeable. Ben in financing was amazing and made the purchasing process super easy! These guys are awesome and made buying a "new to us" truck a wonderful experience. Pricing was very fair, and the truck had a complete certified inspection. They even filled up the tank to ensure our first stop wasn't to a gas station! We will be back when its time for another car!

We have used this dealership for several oil changes and have always had great experiences. But today they went above and beyond! We were headed out of town, my husband is a singer and had a contracted show a few hours away. However the truck went into limp mode. Thankfully we were only a few miles away and called to see if they could look at it and help in some way. They were honest and said the best they could do was hook it up to the computer and see what was wrong because they did not have a diesel mechanic in on a Saturday. We got there and by the grace of God the mechanic had just stopped by on his day off. Gary, stopped what he was doing and fixed our truck. We were in and out of there in about an hour. We owe a huge thank you to David and Gary for helping us get back on the road.-DeWayne Spaw

I debated for a while on writing a review about my experience with College Chevrolet, but the treatment I received from the salesman has bothered me, so I feel the need to share. I visited the dealership on or around August 15, 2022, taking a look at a vehicle I was interested in. It wasn t a change I had to make, but it was one that was nice to consider at the time. My salesperson, Dave Benham, was a huge disappointment to say the least. His follow up was extremely poor, as in non-existent; meaning I reached out to him (instead of him contacting me to inform me), several days after the initial meeting to find out if there was any update. At that time, I was told that a down payment would be required. I asked the amount, and also asked if I agreed to the down payment, if that would secure the deal for me. He stated he didn t know. I asked if he could find out (Really, I had to ask???), and get back to me. That conversation was on August 18, and I never heard from Dave Benham again. That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful, and I have no intentions of ever attempting to do business with College Chevrolet again.

This has been a complete and utter total nightmare my Cadillac has been down for two months in and out of this shop, it is not fixed ever it s always magically new part that needs fixed now. We took it home and did some of the work ourselves and we were harassed by workers saying that we are stealing money from them and we are breaking them because that is taking money from the companies ends because we did the work ourselves one person will quote you one price another completely different price no rhyme or reason they told us 60 on the phone then charged us 230 no work was ever completed and we re just pretty much washed with this whole deal turns out you can t trust anything in Albion especially not car dealers. just because we re females must mean we re stupid I m sure that there s blinker fluid on our parts list somewhere. WANT A CAR OR A REPAIR? RUN FASF AND FAR FROM THIS PLACE. 5k in repairs and I still don t have a running truck. $60 for a bolt

This dealership damaged my oil pan and wouldn't fix it. The customer service and management is horrid and unprofessional. The general manager, Chuck Hiatt, shouted on the phone before hanging up on me. Avoid this dealership completely and go to Marshall, Coldwater, or Jackson.

I recently posted a disappointing experience with College Chevrolet. When my review was posted, I was contacted almost immediately by Chuck Hiatt, General Manager, to resolve my concerns. I met with him, my salesman Dave Benham and Ben Snyder, Finance Manager. Within days, my new car rolled off the truck and I drove off the lot with a smile on my face. I am so pleased with the amount of effort and service recovery shown by this team. Thank you to Dave Benham, Ben Snyder and Chuck Hiatt. I will definitely recommend College Chevrolet Buick
