Everyone from Robert my salesman to the owners Kyle and Wally, Ben and Chuck were professional and NOT pushy they worked with me to make sure that the car I chose was the right fit. Chuck asked me if I really liked the car I first saw I told him what I didn't like about it and he sat down with me and listened to me. They let me test drive all of the cars wanted to and were very patient with me allowing me to test drive my final pick 3 times.Kyle and Wally treated me like I was a V.I.P. making it a very comfortable experience for me..I recommend if you need a car give this dealership first pick.

I wish I could leave this place a 0 this is the second time I have had issues with College Chevy in Albion! First time they had my car for over 3 days the maintenance manger complete jerk! After 24 hours you all should offer a a rental CLEARLY if it wasn t US your customers you wouldn t have a job! Today I brought my car in for a recall do you all think we have time to just sit and chill in your uncomfortable waiting room! TV Don t work I got to hear about this person and that person and a person that quit! So unprofessional! I will never buy another vehicle from College in Albion Again!

I've been using College Chevrolet to service my 2017 Trax for a few years. I bought it from them, and I've only had them service it. I've had the same issue with it for the entirety of my ownership, and every 6 to 9 months I take it to them to fix. What they do, does fix the problem for a month or so, and the issue comes back slowly until it is undrivable. They say its this, or that, and charge me $1000, to $1500 each time to replace a random part. This last time, They were going to charge me a $200.00 fee just to diagnose the problem they have not fixed yet. If this was an honest business, they would have fixed the issue by now, Its been there 5 times for the same issue. I wish I could give them zero stars... but its not an option.

I asked to leave several times, after the 5th time they finally asked one of the other guys to hand me back my keys. As others have said the Road to Riches mailer is just a ploy to get you to come in, you will 'win' $2 from the raffle because you 'won' the mailer, the $100,000 is obviously just a marketing thing I mean duh, but you'd think why not check it out right? You will get hustled when you go! I told them several times I didn't actually want to buy a car, but it is hard to not get sucked in. I thought we were looking at a Model S Tesla, but a 2018 Model 3 is definitely not worth $47k value. The manager claimed I treated them poorly, and this review was distasteful, I'm really just trying to save good peoples time.

Must be a deep left sales ploy.Got your road to riches flyer. Everyone wins. NOT. May not be a full lie. But very deceptive. If they are willing to sham scam a flyer. Well. Better keep your hands on your wallet. Buyer beware

My Spanish academy seven live with Brian and his wife was amazing. They are very wonderful people. I really had an awesome experience with them and love find a car from there thank you thank you very much and yeah I have a wonderful Thanksgiving. God bless.

If I could give a ZERO STAR rating, I would. This place is an absolute joke!!! The sweepstakes fliers they sent out recently is nothing but a ploy to get you to come into the dealership so they can try and coerce you into buying a vehicle, when you're in no position financially to do so. The several vehicles my wife and I were shown all appeared very questionable in terms of reliability. (A steady stream of liquid dribbling straight out of the exhaust of a 2016 Chevy Cruze is NOT because "this vehicle has just been detailed." You're trying to sell me a vehicle with a busted head gasket or bad fuel injectors.)Bottom line, avoid this dealership like the plague.

If you re looking to have your vehicle serviced correctly stay far away from college Chevrolet service department.Poor customer serviceThey will fix every issue but the actual problem.Save yourself money and a headache you re welcome.

The rep took a test drive with us when the vehicle started to violently shake then downplayed it once we got back telling us it was no big deal. We had to use hazards to get on the highway during a test drive and then they don t want us to take it for a preowned vehicle exam Because they don t want a laundry list of fixes their own words. The car had everything I ever dreamt of including color but have to give it up. So disappointed in this place, employees, and boss.

Service Center has become less loyal to the loyal customers since changing from Bob Frahm to College Chevrolet. Discounts are less frequent and the prices on services have increased tremendously. The quality of work has gone down as well. I keep having to bring my car back to be fixed for the same problem!

The best buying experience of my life! I have been trying to get a vehicle for months. My credit fell quite a bit during the pandemic and nobody has been able to help me. College Chevrolet staff treated me with respect and far exceeded my expectations. The best part is that I now own a 2018 Equinox!!!! Thank you all so much for helping me!

I'm very pleased that I found College Chevrolet for my oil changes. The service department is very courteous and when they find something that needs attention they actually show you the problem and get your approval before repairing or replacing.

Incredibly dishonest and disrespectful! Their recent add campaign of pull tabs in the mail is nothing short of a lie to lure vulnerable people into their dealership. If they are willing to lie and waste your time in these campaigns I can only imagine the other shadiness that may exist in their business dealings.Edit: Prize was $2

This place is a joke they tried to sell my father in law a junk car after I told him no about buying that car they brought out a car after the test drive I told them they had a deal as long as they changed the battery. I did not go back with him when he picked up the car. All they did was power wash the battery and that was it the car has died 5 different times he went back and they told him he was screwed. This place is a joke and I have filed complaints with the state of Michigan and better business bureau. Also going to file a complaint on the technician that safety the car.

These people are very disrespectful they do not like color.owner hit my vehicle in gave me all faulse information for insurance reason. I called in they pretty much laughed in my face . Told me to take it up with there attorney. You don t treat people that way especially when it was child endangerment I had a kid in the car.but I hate to be the person to sue but I must. Just wish people would own up to there wrongs. But stay blessed godfreys I wish you best of luck.

Beware running very Large scam to get you in the door with a flyer that has pull tabs you will be a winner but you have to go in to see what it is it will likely be two dollars. I knew it was a scam but my wife wanted to go see.to me this is a new time low to get you in the door.

I've been going to college Chevy for like 10 years now. But my most recent oil and service change and inspection didn't go to good. It says on there inspection sheet that they check the brake pads. We'll they didn't. My pads were completely metal to metal you could hear them grinding and they said they were good. So I wouldn't completely trust there service inspection.

Horrible customer service the finance manager lies and discriminates against single females trying to buy a vehicle! His employees say they ran credit and never actually do just call you and tell you a thousand different lies to get you to actually come in there and when you do they tell you sorry we can t help after they said they could and this was all without taking any information!

As everyone else in this world, it s not easy to trust a car dealership. However, my experience with College Chevy is seriously one of a kind. I can t even begin to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience that I had buying a truck from them especially with a situation that was very complicated.College Chevy and all of the staff there definitely put their heads together multiple times throughout the entire process to make sure that they were serving their customer (me) with 100% satisfaction.The first thing they did that blew me away, was offering to replace the cloth interior in the truck I was looking at with leather as they knew that was a dealbreaker for me. They didn t once try to sell me on the cloth knowing that was a dealbreaker for me.After that, I owned the truck and I was ecstatic to have a beautiful new truck and the next day I got a call that something fell through with my financing (I am self-employed so it was sticky). They put their heads together once again to make everything work out for me and secured financing and even a better deal in the long run.With a different dealership, my situation would have been a complete nightmare. They never once caused me to become stressed or overwhelmed in a situation that was seriously complicated. I consistently had the impression that they were genuine, down-to-earth, family oriented people and they handled my complicated deal with total class and professionalism.When they took my truck to get the leather interior, they even let me borrow a super awesome truck for a few days while my (also super awesome) truck was having the BEAUTIFUL leather installed. (Also mentioning that BEN met me late on a Sunday night, holiday weekend to do the switch to accommodate my schedule.)A SUPER special shout out and THANK YOU to Ben (and Dale) for really taking the lead on the situation. I appreciate it in ways I cannot even describe.You guys are the best. I will definitely be back you have my trust and my business for life. There are not enough dealerships like you guys in this world. AN AWESOME TEAM AT COLLEGE CHEVY!

My wife and I brought our vehicles to your establishment because of the service and reasonable prices (especially on oil changes/tire rotations). But now that you have raised your prices to that of closer dealerships, neither my wife nor I feel the need to drive the extra miles to have the same services done. In all actuality, I am tired of everything (not just your prices) being raised except for my income, so on that note, I will be servicing both our vehicles myself in the comfort of my own garage.
