Visited here with a friend. They were really good to him, gave him solid advice, a fair price, and had patience when we had trouble finding the part he needed for his truck. It's a bit messy, but not more than most other small shops I've seen. Recommended.

My go-to repair place. After a local Chevrolet dealership here in Albion messed up our car and couldn't figure out how to fix it, we took it to Bilicke's . Within an hour they diagnosed the problem and fixed it! I've used them ever since. These people know their business. Their prices are very reasonable. As a senior , it's very important to keep my automobile running well and to save money. I appreciate Bilicke Auto Services! I took my car in on a Monday and they had it ready Tuesday afternoon. They fixed my car and informed that I needed more work done. Took my 2005 Impala there after College Chevy quoted me nearly $600 for a water pump and Serpentine belt. They got it done in an afternoon for $275. Good prices, communication and speed. If I'm in the area and need my car worked on, I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to them again.

Very professional, and pleasant to be around, my truck was towed in to there shop, it only needed the security button to be reset and in stead of running up a huge bill , they set it. Charge me 40 bucks and sent me on my way. Good People There !

Nice customer service. Ppl seems nice and I've been referred to them several times. Have an appointment coming up. Hopefully they can find what's wrong and don't break my pockets too bad.Update, they figured out the problem, got me back on the road and the price was fair. Haven't been able to get more work done due to them being overly schedule. That right there said allot.

Me saying a mechanic is great is a very difficult thing because I have found that so many of them have not worked out. But now I have my own personal mechanic in Michigan that I trust implicitly not just with my car but with my son's car. For me to say I trust anybody other than myself with my son's car that is a big deal. If you want a mechanic that will be honest with you tell you what is actually wrong and will charge you a fair price then talk to Len in service. I cannot say enough good things about them there so the best I can tell you is to try them out so you can do the same which is speak very highly of them once you realize how awesome everyone there is.

Got a quote for brakes at the tire store near Hwy 94, $450. Bilicke did the same job for $120!! I also got two new tires installed for $230, which was not included in the first quote. Very professional and easy to work with, I'll be back!!!

I've have only spoken with them on the phone bc they are in Michigan close to my son's college. We have used them a few times. They are very nice and seem to be honest. I don't feel like they would do unnecessary work just for the dollar. I will used them again if needed bc why my son finishes his degree

Didn't do the job properly, instead they did what they wanted and cost us more afterwards. Also weren't willing to make their mistake right. Obviously they don't want return customers.
