So today is Saturday January 28th 8:49 at night I just got done spending $1,000 on a expecting to get home safely when the individual that sold me the truck told me everything was perfectly fine with the truck and you can drive it home well let's just say it was not I had no brakes about a half an hour down the road it's my fault for not test driving the truck before purchasing it onelife long lesson that I have underneath my I will not do that mistake again needless to say you gentlemen at this one specific AutoZone at night was such a great help unfortunately I was not able to drive my truck home but I will be returning to say hi to those two fellows my truck is currently parked underneath their security cameras these two gentlemen insured me that nothing was going to happen to my truck and if it did they would inform me right away I just want to say if you were in the neighborhood and you are near this AutoZone stop in if you need any parts for help with anything they were such a great help with trying to help me fix my brake line...Karma will catch up to those who do bad things to others please learn off of my experience there's no need for me to hold a grudge I will chew this one up to the game it's just money apparently he needed the money more than I did and I'm even considering on forgiving the individual

Got stuck on the offramp on 94 with a bad alternator and a dead battery. Rashod pulled my car into the parking lot and stayed 20 minutes after the store closed changing out my alternator. Saved me a few hundred bucks, a few hours of waiting, and a lot of stress. Great guys, really willing to help, and didn t break the bank doing it.

Good store. Clean for a auto store.Good people and they will go above and beyond to help you find the parts you need on many small task they will even help such as battery changes or other smal task. They do testing also and can order parts even if it's not in there Normal inventory. Great place.

Hello Everyone!I normally don t do this and really anyone that knows me would tell you. I would say they get paid to make me happy even when I m wrong. I visited my local auto zone in Charlotte MI. Stop there because it was in our way to work and it was convenient. I had a battery issue and had a lifetime warranty on it through them. Bottom line they told me the battery was good and just needed to be put on a charger and they would do that and it would take about a hour. No sooner then got home they was calling me and saying my battery ready and I can pick it up. I thought to myself it take me 20 minutes to drive home. I figured it had only been 30 minutes since I left the store and I thought to myself did they do anything with it at all? I pick up the battery came home and put it in the truck and guess what? Battery is dead, I put it on my charger overnight and guess what? Battery was dead and like I said early no hope for it to live again. Enough with Charlotte Auto Zone and there lack of caring for the customer and taking my warranty issue. I decided to go to Albion like I normally do and would. To my surprise I took the battery in and told the Store Manager Diz what was going on and what I ve done with the battery. Also told him about taking it to Charlotte Auto Zone. He check the battery and like I tried to tell Charlotte Auto Zone there dead cells and it no good. Diz exchange my battery with the lifetime warranty on it and like always didn t try to tell me something I wanted to hear and send me and the battery on my way. Diz is a people person and is alway focus on fixing the issue at hand. Very respectful and never once made me feel like I was trying to get one over on them. I will always continue to bye my auto parts through his store and anyone of his employees that works for him. Continue the good work Diz and your employees will continue to follow your example of what it takes to work with and treat a customer right. Thank You and have a Blessed Day.

I went in to get my check engine light checked by on of the employees he went back in to read the codes and returned to my vehicle with the manager Dez who then looked over my car and told me what the issue was and gave me more than a fair price on the fuel pump that I needed for my car. It was a very pleasant experience and he went above and beyond to look out for me it is greatly appreciated Thank you !!!

We had engine problem on new year's eve. They helped us in all possible way as we had to cross border same day. 100% recommended. And CLAIR was awesome car expert. Thank you for the help.

Terrible experience. Avoid this store at all costs especially if your a female, not only did they wait on every male customer in the store before me, even though they came in after me. They couldn t help me put a brake light in my car or tell me how to do it, said they didn t know how, told me to go to a dealership. I went across the street to o Riley s they were able to help me and were super nice in doing so.

I was spending lots of money in store, but using my commercial account I wasn't really getting any deals. Cheaper to order online. But getting my parts has been better.Employees are trying to help you as much as possible.

I'll give you an example of a recent issue I had with Autozone and you can make up your own mind about this company. Last weekend I heard the brakes on my Jeep lightly grinding so I stopped at the Jackson store to get a full set since it was time to change them all and start fresh. The rear set went without a hitch but the front was a different story. Normally I double check the parts myself to be sure I get the proper parts this time I didn't and after tearing down the front I saw that the salesperson had given me the wrong rotors. So I called the Albion store and asked if the parts delivery person could bring me the right parts and exchange them but company policy states that service is only available for commercial vendors. At this point I'm stuck wrong parts, vehicle up on jack stands and no way to get to the store to fix the problem ! The manager came through like a champ and said he would get the proper parts and bring them himself, asked me my address and had them to me in half an hour. This is what I consider superior customer support and service, I did offer to pay him a delivery fee and he refused. I thanked him and am grateful to him for his sense of honestly and kindness in helping me out of a really bad situation. In conclusion I do recommend Autozone for parts but you absolutely must follow behind them and make sure you get the proper parts. And if you want to deal with a manager that actually cares about his customers go to the Albion store I highly recommend them

Looking for CV axle seal and the system pulled the wrong part. The counter red shirt and TWO grey shirts were unable to find the correct part. Spent 15 minutes for three employees who basically did not want to be helpful to stand around scratching their rear ends.Tried O'Reillys across the street. They were able to find it via a part number search but out of stock. Sales rep kindly called AZ (where I was at originally) to ask them to look it up by part number. SHE REFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!She kept repeating that the part number in the 'magic system' was wrong. No matter what the O'Reillys guy said, she refused to look up the item by part number he was giving her. I had to drive to Marshall to get the correct item there.At any other auto parts chain, she would be fired. I expect she will be a Regional Manager in 6 months because that is AZ's standard operating practice - promote the most worthless, which she is.

We went in to get inner tie rods and the guy behind the counter tried to lie to my brother and tell him he could only sell tie rods with a rack and pinion then proceeded to argue with my brother when he told him that was a lie. The guy behind the counter said that you couldn't buy them separately bc if you changed the tie rods you had to change the rack too. Don't go here especially if you don't know about vehicle's they try to scam you into buying things you don't need.

Very good customer service. Price is a little high on some items but on most items of your car needs are priced just right. The website has much to be desired as it doesn't represent what is actually in the store. I ordered an item on line that had it showed up on the website I would have bought it at the store.

Have had the same problem for about 2 years now. 90% of the time we come for a part we recieve the wrong part and have to come back to the store hopefully just once to get the right one but sometimes 2 more times because we are still given the wrong one. Not only does this cost us alot of time to drive back and forth but also alot of money. When our vehicle is down we have to try to find rides back to get these right parts and sometimes they might not have it. Thankfully there is another auto parts store that comes to our rescue most of the time when we are in this situation. We have also had a problem in the past with warranty. We still do alot of business with AutoZone but have had better days. But on a positive note most of the employees are very friendly.

Great customer service. However prices are a bit much. I brought same exact parts online that would've cost three times that at Auto Zone.

Do not shop at, or definitely do not start a business account with AutoZone. They will leak your information to people and make fraudulent purchases on your account. People from the store gave away our account number to their friends and purchased over $2000 worth of stuff we did not approve. Store admitted this happened and we still are not being credited the $2000 stole from us. Very crooked people, worst store is the Jackson Michigan stores.
