I purchased a f150 raptor from this dealership and just by looking at the interior it looks like they put all purpose everywhere, after looking under the seats I found a $5 bill, the old owners credit card, cigarette ash, food crumbs, trash, etc it was terrible I ended up having a buddy detail it since it looked like the dealership didn t even try. When I got home from driving an hour and half I got out of the truck got back in and started it and the whole truck was dead, no power or anything I popped the hood to find out the negative battery terminal was lose just another thing this dealership over looked. The list goes on and on of how little effort was put into selling this truck and I m very disappointed in them since there was zero negotiating the price. I wish I would have done a deeper dive into this truck before purchasing it. If I have any advice for you look at everything possible on a vehicle at this dealership, they show very low effort for customer satisfaction

Hands down the best service and dealership I have ever worked with. My family had been searching for a transit van to purchase for our daughter who s in a wheelchair, and I found a used transit online at Albion Motors. My spouse and I had the pleasure of working with Paul and Richard to get this vehicle. No hassle, no up selling, no hidden fees. They had us in and out in less than 45 minutes. Truly the nicest guys.

Purchased a overpriced 2015 Ford F250 truck for $25,000 from them just a week ago, August 2023 and I did not even get home before my check engine light came on. I would expect better from a Ford dealer. Get a second opinion before giving them your deposit. Like I said my check engine light came on not even 2 hours after leaving the stealership. Don't think just because your buying from a "FORD" dealer that your immune from getting ripped off. They push really hard you get a 1 year warranty from them and when you get into the finance dept. you find out they will only cover 25% of the repair and you have to bring it to their stealership so you can pay marked up Ford OEM pricing so your not saving anything. My check engine light says I need 2 catalytic converters and 1 ABS wheel speed sensor not really a big deal as long as you have a extra $3500 laying around plus the $400 I had to pay just to get 2 working key fobs from another Ford dealer since the one they sold me would only work to lock the truck not unlock the truck and everytime you used it to put the key in the door to unlock it the truck it thinks you're trying to steal it and would shut everything down so you see I had to buy a working key fob and I wanted a spare. Plus I had to pay the price on the window they would not budge $1 on the price. Even if you have NO check engine light take it some place and have them scan the computer before giving them ANY money. What a good deal Paul! I won't be coming back!

We took our vehicle to Albion Motors Ford for a purge valve replacement and a recall repair. We dropped it off on a Tuesday. Two days later (on Thursday), my husband stopped by the dealership since we hadn't been contacted about the repair. At that time, my husband was told that a part needed to be ordered and that it would be there Saturday. The following Tuesday, my husband called the dealership for an update. He was told that they would try to get to it the next day.Two days later (Thursday), my husband stopped by the dealership. He was told that they were going to have it done by the end of the week.On Saturday morning, my husband called the dealership asking if the car was finished. They said they were busy but would try to get to it before they closed that day. After not hearing from the dealership, my husband stopped by the dealership on Tuesday. Apparently, the repairs were finished on Saturday and a call was placed to my husband at 2:50pm, ten minutes prior to closing. (We never received a call!)We FINALLY picked up our repaired vehicle Tuesday evening... TWO WEEKS after we dropped it off! This was the first time we utilized Albion Motors Ford for anything. It's also the LAST time we will go there. Most dealerships maintain contact with their customers. Not one time did Albion Motors Ford initiate contact with us, nor did they apologize for their inadequacy as a reliable business. Don't waste your time with Albion Motors Ford.

We drove over an hour to look at a vehicle, the sales rep acted like we were a bother, didn't answer any questions and reminded us they were only open for another hour. Terrible experience, we found a vehicle there that we liked but decided I didn't want to give them our business. We went to David Rice auto sales in Schoolcraft instead. Good decision. They were amazing, very helpful, found 4 different vehicles in our price range. Printed information out for each one, took time reviewing financing options and got us a discount for the vehicle we chose. Completely the opposite experience.

I went up on April 5th and bought a 2010 SVT Raptor from Eric at the Albion Motors Ford location. After making the 4 hour drive, there were no surprises at all. They provided an excellent walk around video of the truck and took many detailed pics of it for me the day before I left. There was nothing left out or hidden when I arrived to test drive it. The location is very clean, located just south of the Interstate. Eric and the staff were awesome to deal with. If i ever need another vehicle, I'll be looking to see what they have for sale before buying anywhere else. Thanks again Eric!!!

I bought my car from this dealership back in March of 2022. When I test drove it I noticed some problems, but my salesman said it was probably because it was a car from Florida and had sat all winter without being driven. I ended up buying the vehicle and within the next couple days the problems started to get worse. I got the warranty when I bought the car so I took my car into the dealership between 10-20 times and paid for multiple parts that weren t covered under my warranty along with the $100 fee every time. NONE of the things they fixed did anything to fix my car. I took my car to another dealership and they fixed the problem the first time they saw it. Another part was ordered and I notified Albion Ford what part was needed because I wanted to give them another shot. It s been almost a year since I told them and I haven t heard back if the part came in. Luckily, I was able to get the part fixed but the main problem is back again.I m also pretty sure I overpaid for this car. It is not worth what I paid but I didn t know that at the time. I owe way more than what trade in value or personal sale value is worth.I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Customer service: OutstandingCommunication: OutstandingService: OutstandingWould I do business again with them: It will be hard to use anyone else!Found the vehicle we have been looking for (2018 Ford Explorer Limited White) online. Called and was sent to Erick. He was extremely informative and was willing to do whatever we asked. Ended up buying the vehicle right over the phone on a Saturday. Due to us not being able to make it down there. Monday came around and they were able to send a driver to come pick me up and take me to the dealership (we live an hour away) due to my wife and I having an extremely busy schedule. Got to the dealership, signed the paperwork, in and out in about 20 minAfter us having the vehicle for a few days we noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. Called Erick and he was very apologetic and willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Even though I signed a document stating that they owe us nothing and we are buying the vehicle as is. So again with our busy schedule. They then sent a driver up to grab the vehicle, fixed everything on our list, no charge, and brought it back to us in 2 days with a fresh detail.Outstanding performance Albion Ford! Can't wait to do business with you again!!

While returning to the Detroit area from Chicago on 94 yesterday, after passing Marshall, my car indicated it was losing air pressure and shortly after, the car was not able to exceed 50 mph. Pulled off at the Albion exit and went to the tire store but they did not have the proper size tire for my car. They suggested going to either Albion Ford or the Chevy dealership. Since Albion Ford was next door, we went there. Dave in Service and Parts checked his inventory and did not have the proper size either. Instead of just sending me on my way, he called the Chevy dealership and they also did not have the proper size tire. Dave then called Discount Tire in Jackson who had a tire that fit my vehicle and he provided detailed directions on how to get there. I was able limp along on 94 for 17 miles to get the tire mounted by Discount and get home only 2 hours later than normal. Greatly appreciate service like this for someone who has never been to this dealership before and was not driving a Ford product. Many thanks to Dave and this service and parts department!

They can change your oil......no waiting !!No waiting because they suck as a service garage. They can't put your Ford back together correctly after an oil change. The splash shield falls off and they blame the clips that Ford uses. Funny thing...I use the same clips and the part stays on.Anyway just stopped in for an early oil change because the engine light came on. I thought cool no waiting. No other customers and 4 employees drinking coffee and looking at their phones. Their Response:"We can change your oil but you'll have to schedule an appointment for diagnostics".You get better service by going to Auto zone. They have this magical machine that tells you what is wrong with your vehicle. Save yourself..... Go somewhere else!!!

Brought my truck in for a tire rotation, after leaving the dealership my driver front wheel fell off of my truck and caused significant damage. The tech who worked on my car was supposed to be a lube tech not a tire tech his name was Zach C.

Fair price on used truck and fair trade on my truck. I will buy there again. Erick / general manager also helped install my old tonno cover on my new truck and I never ask to keep the cover as part of the deal. Good place to buy a good vehicle.

I have never felt so at ease dealing with car salesman than I did at Albion Moters. I was given every option, and there was never any pressure to pick something I didn't need or want.

My husband and I had an, overall, pretty disappointing experience. Our plan was to buy a 2014 fusion hybrid (we really didn't have intensions of dickering, it was a decent deal). We showed up at 5pm, which we'd notified the dealership of prior, because of our work schedules, took the car for a test drive, loved it, and briefly talked with Eric, the salesman, about anticipated cost/payment/APR and costs to repair the battery if it were to go out. We were happy with the information he provided us--specifically with the $2-3,000 cost of replacing the battery if we ever needed to, since the manufacturer warranty only had one year remaining. He sent us over to finance (to Richard, specifically) to work out the details. The finance man was friendly and talkative, which seemed great although we knew we were on a time crunch with the dealership and banks closing, so it was moderately annoying every time he'd tell us a story right after commenting on how late it was getting. Eventually we got onto the topic of warranties, so he provided a horror story of his own experience with a fusion hybrid (and a couple friends') and how the warranty saved him from a 14k bill. He then proceeded to add a warranty to our charge, ran our credit, and got us approved, all before discussing the anticipated cost and payment. Our goal was to stay under $200/month, which was guaranteed with the cost of the car, our down payment, and credit. After he put everything together, he said ~$230/month would be our cost. So we inquired and learned he had not only added on a $4k 4 year warranty (which is grossly over-priced), but also had extended our loan to 72 months (from our requested 60) to bring our monthly cost down and appear to be more affordable.Obviously, we were not interested in adding a third of the car's price to our overall costs just in a 4 year warranty. He insisted he could not sell us the car without the warranty (presumably in good faith?) and proceeded to print the papers, ask for signatures, and instruct me to start writing the check. My husband and I took pause and explained that we cannot pay $18,000 for this car that was $14,000 (granted without warranty) an hour ago. He insisted on the warranty with tales of horror-ridden experiences with these hybrids and that he'd already spent X amount of time with us and wouldn't have if he didn't think a warranty was the best decision. He added that we COULD afford the payments providing evidence of the possibility that my husband start making more money, I get a yearly bonus, and a 5-8% annual raise (?). At this point, we'd lost all faith in the car, so when he suggested we sign off and decide to drop the warranty at a later date (no doubt so he could keep his hefty commission from the sale), we couldn't take it. We ultimately backed out of the deal, which left finance visibly and audibly upset and the salesman confused. The finance man's advice to us after we apologized for their working with us over time, was to come in with more realistic expectations next time. Of course ignoring the fact that our expectation was to buy a 14k car, not spend 18k so he can make more money on a warranty. It seems we aren't the only ones who have had a warranty shoved down our throat. I also suspect he truly had no intentions of selling the car to us without a warranty knowing he could sell it with the warranty to someone else. Our experience with Eric was excellent and we appreciated his candor and willingness to simply provide our options and their pros and cons, allowing us to make our decision. This, unfortunately, was not our experience with finance. So, beware of the tactic, ask questions, and stick to your guns (and gut).

I had a wonderful experience getting my latest car from Albion Motors Ford. Bill Jr. treated me with kindness and respect and was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had during the buying process. They were fair in pricing and went the extra mile for me, which made me glad I went the extra miles from my local area to purchase this car. The service department was also pleasant and completed their work in a timely manner. Overall I was very pleased with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have no faith in this place. I have used their services in the past and have never had a problem. I took my 2007 Durango in in end for a positive battery cable. They ended up making me one, as they had discontinued making them. They ended up breaking my starter and charging me $300 to replace it. My total bill was $968.31.

This will probably be an evolving post. An opinion is heavily shaped by its most recent experiences. I bought a truck there. Didn't get the best deal - but it was good enough to leave with the new truck. They were very fair with my trade in vehicle. They try to sell the "extras" (i.e. warranties) so hard your nose will bleed, but stick to your answer and you'll be on your way. I had to bring the truck back for a needed repair (diesel exhaust heater) that was not covered under warranty (perhaps the very rare time when an extended warranty purchase would come in handy, no?). During the repair, they damaged another part of the DEF system - a pump tube - requiring replacement of the whole pump. They charged me for that. When I complained, they provided a small discount. In my opinion, the cost of that repair should have come "out of their pocket" as they are the ones who broke it. I paid because I needed the truck back and didn't want the cost of legal wrangling. I go back and forth about whether the right thing happened there, or not. Deal with this business carefully. But, considering all experiences, 3 stars is the rating.

We have purchased or leased many vehicles from Albion Motors over the years and it has always been a positive experience. I've worked with Vaughn every time and he's never failed to find exactly what we needed. Vaughn is the best salesman I've ever worked with - no pressure - no BS - and he always treats us like a customer should be treated. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. A+++++
