I was on my way home from the hospital, with a sick kid- and my car started having issues as I hit Alanson. I stopped by, just to see if they could help me by chance, so I could get home to Rogers City. I was a "hotmess Tired mom", in distress, and they helped me immediately. Kuddos to the amazing staff, office and mechanic- for helping me in my time of need. Your generosity did not go unnoticed

Gary is a honest mechanic and doesn t over charge I can t tell you how many times he has helped me out. Won t take my car anywhere else. 10/10 recommendation

I had my car break down and Family auto was so helpful to me. They were to easy to talk to and work with. They even got my car done sooner than expected and fixed my bumper for me without charge. I was having some issues with my A/C making terrible sounds and called every shop I've been to in the area before. Earliest I could be seen was 2 weeks later. Called Gary at Family Auto and he said to drop it off that afternoon. Took my Jeep there at 3 and got a text that it was done at 5:15, fixed and working as it should. Absolutely phenomenal turnover and couldn't be happier with the price! Great small-town shop that just wants to help everyone out as best they can. Highly recommend!Service: Air conditioning

Huge Rave for this small business!!!! Gary, Alicia and Brian assessed the problem on my vehicle, and specifically showed me the issues I was facing.They also were able to get it fixed and taken care of right away!!!IF you are looking for a vehicle or service done I highly recommend them!!They went above and beyond today!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Broke down on vacation and was looking to see exactly where I was and see this shop. Gary put my car on diagnostics and found out I had a cracked spark plug this mechanic sent his I will call her an Angel (wife) into town for one. He got it repaced and got me back on the road safely. Had a 7 hour trip ahead of me and all was perfect .I feel like this could have been a fortune $$$ with diagnostics, going for part and repair but NO NO NO so reasonable about made me cry .I can't begin to thank you enough. DON'T GO TO THIS PART-TIME DEALERSHIP!! Yes, they have an average of 12 cars out front but typically half are junk and only one or two are listed for sale at a time (tipically overpriced). The owners are also not good at returning or even takling calls. They also have some weird hours that they may or may not be open. I've contacted this pace a few times afout a vehicle I was interested in. Either I left a message, never heard back or left my contact info with a woman and I never heard back. Finally made an offer on a car that was for sale and said I was very willing to negotiate and wanted to know their best price (chances were I was going to accept). A woman again said, "let me talk to my husband." Never heard back ever after leaving messages. Today (four days after I made the offer) I found out they sold the car I wanter yesterday. Talk about poor communication and bad business practices.

Phenomenal place. Definetly recommend. Was looking for a new mechanic since I moved to the area and I'm happy to say I found one. They are definetly knowledgeable and very fair on pricing.

Very friendly and honest lot. They even came in on a Sunday for me so i could buy my car. Always responded back to me promptly! I have sent my friends there and I know 1 of them has also bought a car there and is very happy!

Bought a tundra from him a 2000 miles ago. I had to put a new cv axel in 200 miles after I bought the truck. Now there s a massive issue with a shake that started of small. I addressed it with him and he claimed it was the brakes. I replaced them, it didn t solve the issue. After I told him that the shake is to the point where I can t drive my vehicle he read my messages and hasn t responded. My first loan was taken out for this vehicle... it s broken before my first oil change:(

I was searching all over the internet and driving from sales lot to sales lot looking for a newer veichle. I called Family Wholesale Auto to see what they had. I told them what I was looking for and he said he had some new stock coming into his inventory. The next day he was able to match me up with exactly what I was looking for. One thing I wasn t expecting was the sports edition and how clean and smoothly it rides. I will be buying my next vehicle from them!
