Overpriced to begin with but I kept going there because I like the people. As of recently they keep talking over me and scammed me from $60 to $100 as I kept saying no to all the extra stuff they want to do. I don t recommend

These guys are very friendly and quick to service you. They do their job very well. Find things you might need and take care of them if you wish. If you don't want it at that time they will remind you the next time you come in. Great place!!

Very respectful and very nice. No other oil place has gone to the extent of checking engine or air filters like they did and I greatly appreciate it because they really did need changed. It was a little expensive but life is now days anyway and it was worth it they do seem genuinely concerned

The price was absolutely RIDICULOUS! I don t even own a newer vehicle and it was over $100 to get an oil change NOT INCLUDING A FILTER. Literal highway robbery. Before you get a chance to say what you want they are already moving and doing- talking too fast so you won t know what you re getting into. The customer service was great but it still can t compensate for the price.

Applied for a job because they have a hiring sign out front. Went in person and they said they'd get back to me. I called today and had a rude employee answer saying they're fully staffed. When I asked about the hiring sign, they said "have a good day" and hung up. I don't recommend this place.

No one would change the oil in my car. All other local places said they couldn't do it and that I needed to go to the dealership. Except the young lady that works here. Called and she said "absolutely, bring it in whenever." I've had nothing but great service here since.

Went in for an oil change and the technician wasn t much help tried to up charge me for a filter so I told him no thanks and he decided to do this which may have caused damage to my car didn t realize he didn t put the cap back on pretty sure he did it on purpose. The team here is fantastic, shout-out to Melinda, I m not sure who the other two fellas were but they rule! I wasn t able to get the radiator flushed in my moms car before her cross country trip, BUT they still checked her tire pressure, washed the windows and filled her windshield wiper fluid at no cost. It s hard to find quick, kind and efficient auto places. This is one! I WILL BE BACK! Thank you guys so much!

Was a fast experience, but they literally nickel and dime you to death. Lady spoke very very fast and all she wanted to do is upsell me. Won t be back, will drive to Gary s.

I recently had my oil changed here and wanted to share my experience. I have a difficult-to-service vehicle with a rare oil filter. I warned them that my filter is hard to find and sure enough, they didn't have it in stock. No matter, they promptly called to several auto parts stores in the area and even ran (literally) out the door to go get the necessary filter while I waited. Once we got the right filter, they ensured the job was completed thoroughly, promptly, and with a smile. I received truly exceptional service and especially want to commend Melinda and Garrett who performed the work. They went the extra mile and I truly appreciate their service. I highly recommend this venue for oil changes!

I stopped in today to get a standard oil change. The gentleman that helped me: Richard, Garett, and I believe the gentleman down in the pit was named Josh.All I can say is they are highly professional, super friendly, and very caring.My truck has 310,000 miles on it. I have been going to Victory Lane for several years. This time was exceptional.. they have evolved to Pennzoil fully synthetic.I highly recommend them. With their help I'm hoping to get 400,000 miles out of my truck.

Great team, very fast, and they ll make ya laugh too! I had a coupon that wouldn t load but Josh knew I was in the system and was very helpful with getting me a discount. 10/10 will go again!

I was not told the oil they offered would cost an additional $50. Be wary of their sales tactics and ask lots of questions.
