Got a Ford that had issues with the transmission. Took it to a shop and confirmed that that transmission was on a factory recall list.. Abby got me switched into a nicer car.. she is amazing! Awesome experience with superior.. I would recommend superior to my friends and family...

I currently dealt with Bryan and Jen at the Adrain location not only did they go beyond the call of duty but also got me into nice 2007 at a god price. 3 car from them and no complaints what so ever!!! Good jobs guys can't wait to get my fourth car from you!

They tried selling me a car that has a bad transmission. They cleared the engine light but after 50 miles they automatically come back if not fixed so during the test drive it didn t pop up. So literally by time a made it to my house with my new car I just signed for it came on. They asked me to take it to tireman and get a diagnosis on it and so I did and they said the transmission was bad on it. They still want to be paid for a car that can go at any minute. I asked for a different car for right around the same price ($13000.00!) I signed up for or them to fix it and they said they can t promise anything? I contract is a contact but morally speaking you don t treat people this was with no integrity.Did forget to mention, they repossessed the vehicle from Tireman after we called them asking for a different vehicle after finding out the results. It was literally a day or 2 after the other part of the down payment was due and after telling us they wouldn't switch out the vehicle, they took the car back and placed it on our credit report. (it was in the shop the whole time trying to get it diagnosed) WE WERE IN CONTACT WITH THEM FROM THE DAY WE DROVE OFF THE LOT WITH IT AND AFTER THEY TOOK THE VEHICLE. Makes no sense!! Save yourself the toil and do NOT do business with them. They will definitely screw you over...

Worse place to buy a car from. They will sell you a lemon and than say they will help but help includes charging you more money.. Do not go to superior auto worse customer service.

They will call you 3 times a week to make sure you are gonna pay your bill. I regret getting a vehicle from them because of this now. I have never missed a payment or tried to pay late either!

Everyone there was friendly courteous and eager to get me in a vehicle . They worked very hard to get me financed and made it s very easy for me to drive a vehicle home the same day .

I purchase a car at 4 PM on sat took it home it went out Monday morning on a escort run with a oversize load and Monday afternoon the trailer went to stop and my driver couldn't breaks went out causing him to crash in the house and totalled the car and no air bags deployed call superior was told there vehicles are checked out by there mechanics.and it's not there fault so were stuck paying them they are the biggest RIP offs around and need to be closed down before someone gets killed over them selling junk
