After 3 failed appointments trying to have my windshield replaced I was forced to find another company to complete the job. The techs were nice enough but after missing work 3 times I had to move onto as the local management in the office didn't seem to care too much that I wasted 3 days of my time. I was going to give 1 star but the techs seemed to at least care and felt bad that the job was not getting done for multiple reasons some of which was back office related. Ultimately Good Guys Glass helped with my insurance claim, got the correct glass ordered, and the job was done right.

I wish I could give them a zero. Ever since they replaced my windshield my sensor keeps going off. I've taken it back to them twice and they said since their computer is not throwing up red flags it's not their problem. Now I'm stuck with a car with less than 30,000 miles on it with my safety sensors broken.

I scheduled a drop off. They sent text messages about the progress and called when it was finished. They finished before 5:00. My CRV has a rear camera. It took about 3.5 hours. James was thorough and professional. Thanks.

This company s web page and phone contact totally the worst we have ever encountered. Buyer BE WARNED! They do not make it easy to get an appointment for warranty work. Spent too many hours today trying just to get an appointment or talk to someone. Big fat ZERO on both!

My wife took our 2022 Ford Bronco in on Saturday March 16 2023 for a windshield replacement I drove vehicle later that day got caught in a rain storm and found out they didn't tighten the nut that holds the wiper arm down on drivers side very poor workmanship I will never take any of my vehicles back there again .

Just wasted over an hour first on-line and then on the phone. I need a morning appointment at my home to fix a rock chip. Safelight has done this before at my home and in the morning. The web site will not verify a morning appointment even months out.... It lets me select a morning but then the review page says 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and I can't do that. So after chatting they finally coughed up a customer service number. Spent another 20 minutes with a CSR on the phone and she could not get me a morning appointment either even months out. So I have to go someplace else because of this and I am very disappointed that Safelight offers morning appointments but will not commit to one once you select it... That's a very poor way to treat clients. Most of all this not letting us speak to a human and making us struggle on-line with poorly written software is not how I want to do business with a provider. I'm going to have to find someone else and it's going to take even more time... Very disappointed.

Helped me surprise my wife with a new windshield. PSA. Jeep Wrangler windshields projectile magnets. The way they sit nearly vertical. They get hit a lot. Forget gorilla glass at almost twice the price it will take a hit the same as regular glass. It will crack the same also. Back to the company.From the first call, I knew I was going to use this company. The technician was prompt and kept me well informed. I would and as long as we have this Jeep will call on them again.

Massive shout out to Raelynne(sp?) on drastically beating a quote from Safelite, and then the fact that it included mobile installation service at my house!!I need rear window in a brand new 2022 Super Duty that has a flatbed and headache rack. Dylan was the installer, and he was on it, no qualms, no refusing to do it. I lent a hand setting the glass as normal methods wouldn t work, we worked the glass between the cab and headache rack without deforming the urethane adhesive.Outstanding service, prompt, and quality.

I need to speak to a person. And you can not talk to a person. It's all an animated service. Get rid of that and give people a job. Some of us have issue that doesn't fall you your voice answering service
