Customer service is terrible! No appointments and they kept the car ALL DAY LONG!! Had to take car back 3 different times for them to find the issue. The 3rd time we bring it back is when it was supposed to be getting fixed. They say its something totally different and was going to replace it without even telling us. They ended up not being able to find the correct part which I get happens. So I went to pick it up drove it home and get home and realize they left the hood open. That was the last straw!!! Mike the manager talked to my husband like he was stupid. Lied and took our money. The only apology we ever received was when I called Jerry s car lot to complain. Absolutely appalling that a business would do this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My buddy took this in for service on oil change and to diagnose a coolant leak and heater. This is the result. A custom fabricated joke with no function and still no heat. Replaced a sensor and this is the result. Hopefully they fix this wrongdoing.

I just wanted to give a little shout out to Clayton, Travis and AJ. This is my second oil change service. They are genuinely friendly and they give beyond excellent customer service, which seems to be pretty rare these days.And they don't just throw ya the keys after they're done. They are very through going over all the "under the hood" checks with ya. I hope the owner knows what a good crew he has! Thank you again, guys!

I thought we had found a good mechanic, after not really liking many around Adrian. Mike was pleasant and our son had used him a bit. We were going on a long trip and I stopped into ask him to do a complete safety check on my 2010 Equinox for the trip. He said $60.00 I said "thats fine> I need to feel Safe driving that far!" So the next Tuesday I dropped it off, verified what was to be done, and left. He called me later that day and sad everything looked good. So, I picked up the car, but the bill was only $19.95. I mentioned gee nice discount! Thanks! While still in the lot, I looked at the invoice, only to discover i was charged for an OIL change, only! I went back in and ask Mike about the safety inspection and he said , Yes , everything is good. I forgot You said No, you didnt want an oil change!! Huh?? We did not end up going due to a family emergency. A week later I told my husband the car felt "off" We took it to MIdas and were told one of the sway bar links was BROKEN> As I only drive my car once a week to church ( seriously!) , there is NO way that happened that week. So, he did NOT ever look at my car for a trip! Thank GOD I did not go anywhere!

I scheduled for exhaust work. My wife took it in while I was at work. Within a week, it was dragging. A mechanic friend saw the clamp but no screw. Fine OK. Plus there was no tail pipe attatched. I made a couple trips to Milwaukee within a week and the rattling really set in. They guarantee their work for 3K miles...well I hit it within a month.Long story short I paid 250 bucks for bad work that didn't last 3K miles. It rattles on start up tuntil it warms up.. oh well . Learn from this post.

Great service. Had a coolant leak but unsure what the problem was. The mechanic quickly discovered it was only a clamp problem and took the time to show me exactly what he did. Very honest place. Highly recommend them.
