Normally great people available to help when I need to order parts. Their assistant manager David however is always rude and rather snippy when asking about parts. Manager and other are always great especially Craig who is always helpful. They'd get 5 stars of it wernt for the rudeness I've been in several times now and David is always rude.

I was trying to find my part on the web. I was having some trouble.My buddy needed to go to Adrian for water softener parts. I went along, and he was nice enough to stop at three of the chain stores. Finally stopped at O'Reilly. They didn't have my parts, but David was helpful enough, but still no parts.

On Oct 17 2022 I visited the Adrian Mi location and was blown away by the customer service support I received from Brian!! From start to finish Brian was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If I ever need parts for my vehicle again I would definitely return. Thank you so much for an outstanding job!!

I was delighted that they were able to quickly get the part I need as the other stores mentioned they normally don't stock them. I was a bit disappointed when I showed up at 9:30 AM, 2 hours after their posted opening time, to find the store completely vacant of employees. Currently waiting in the lot for someone to show as I'm in a real bind without the part...Edit: the person who was supposed to open quit without notice. The new hire and assistant manager were apologetic and helpful. Didn't catch his name, but the new hire was extremely polite and quick to act when he recognized the store had not been opened.

Dropped of a rotor to be fixed, told it would be ready in 20mins. Went back after 20mins. and we were told it was not ready yet that they would call us when it was ready, waited over 2 hours, no call. Called to check on it, was on hold for about 6 minutes. Called again, finally talked to someone and was told they did not have the tools to fix it. Employee instantly became irritated when I asked why we were told they could fix it if they didn't have the tools to do it and why we were told it would take 20 mins. then waited over 2 hours before finding out they can't even do it . He answered with an attitude and rudely hung up on me while I still had questions. I am not sure how they get trained to treat the customers but this is definetly not the right way, specially knowing that it was a mistake on their part. Not to mention every time we have gone in there the employees are not friendly or welcoming.

Paid $70 for a new rotor we received the rotor and the rotor had been put on someone else's car it was all scratched up there was grease and dirt all over it It was clear it was put on someone else's car. Upon getting a new one when we went to exchange it for a new 1 Brooke was very rude Literally laughed at us and says that's not gonna hurt it but you pay for new you want new you don't want knew that has been tampered with. Not only that when she would ask me for a phone number she would cut me off and not listen to what I had to say she was extremely rude and has caused this location loyal customer we will be going elsewhere.

I was in for brake parts Thadius was extremely busy there was several customers in line he quickly and accurately ran 2 registers got parts from the back was friendly I can't say enough good things about the young man.

This is a personal 5 star review for Roscoe. I was in earlier today getting stuff for an oil change. While at the counter, Roscoe grabbed an ad and showed me I could save money without reducing quality of product by switching brands. He saved me over 10 bucks. That was awesome. Thanks Roscoe.

I will never go there to get parts again . it was a great place to go .people knew what they were talking about very helpful .now u can't get the right part .i had to go back three times for a light switch when i got the right one it had a broken cover .i am living with it .today a young man tried to sell me the wrong alt .when i told him it was not the right one he told me it was .i have been working on cars for 30 years .don't need the wrong part or taking many trips back and talking to someone who doesn't know what they r talking about waste of time and money .moving on to another parts store .

One of the worst experiences dealing with an auto part supplier. I had to order a caliper through them and after installing the caliper I found out that the threads that the bleeder valve screws into were stripped out. I took it back and the gentleman at the counter did try to help me by trying to find a larger size bleeder valve, but we were unable to find something so he ordered another for me. The next day I went to pick up the caliper they had ordered me on my way home and I was told I can either pay $132 to take it or I had to go remove the defective one first and return it in order to get the new one because that was store policy. So after removing the defective part and returning it I received the new one and went to install it, but couldn't because the bracket wouldn't fit. Once again I took it back and told them the bracket wouldn't fit so the gentleman behind the counter retrieved the one I had returned earlier and removed the bracket from that one and told me that sometimes the manufacturer's make changes, but the brackets and calipers were clearly different and when I went to mount the caliper to the "other" bracket it the bolt holes did not match up. Once again I asked him to verify it was the correct part and sure enough it was not. So I told him that I wanted my original caliper and bracket back and to refund my money. I will no longer shop at an O'Reilly's store.

Ordered a part they said 1 wk waited never heard anything so we called n they said nothing was ordered. Wasn't even sure what the part was how it looked ect. so a whole week without a vehicle for nothing. Horrible job!!!

The guys at the Adrian store always go above and beyond to help. I have older trucks and they always help when something goes wrong. Would highly recommend. Skip the other stores and see O'reillys 1st
