I would give business 0 if I could. The lady at front desk gets 5 star .very nice to talk to. Mike the owner on the other hand. Terrible customer care. Business that reference me to Maple City, Mike blamed them for all my problems. Side window cracked less than a week. Mike stated to me that glass his business installed was not correct. Although Mikes company took my truck to business that Miked blamed. He is not a place i would reference anyone too. Beware of this business. Will get any more from.me. And business that reference Maple city will not get any reference again from them. Terrible customer service from owner.

I've had a car windshield replaced, shower door installed, broken doorwall window replaced and today they replaced 5 windows with broken seals. All these jobs were done perfectly and at a good price.

I had Maple City Glass replace the windshield in my wife s mini van. 2 months later the windshield starts to crack at the bottom of the windshield. I had them look at it thinking it would be covered under warranty. They say no, it s another rock chip. The crack started under the windshield wiper. I got a second opinion from a windshield engineer and he pointed out that the crack could be felt on the inside of the windshield and that it is a stress crack which should be covered by warranty. Called Maple City Glass to have them take a second look and the boss neglected to call me back after 3-5 phone calls. Very sad that they don t stand behind their work. Taking my business elsewhere.

Mike H. and his team replaced the glass in two windows and one entry doors in our sunroom, and replaced several window screens as well. We were very satisfied overall with the work and professionalism of this company. Mike (who runs Maple City) arrived timely for the initial appointment, and his measurements for the windows and doors were precise. While there was a small scheduling delay because the company had not written down our phone number correctly; this matter was promptly resolved as well. The work crew arrived today on time, and the quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent. They even added a little extra insulation around one of the basement windows as a courtesy. If you are looking for a company that is honest, professional, skilled, and responds promptly to customer communications, I highly recommend Maple City Glass.

I contacted them about a broken window and they did an estimate right away. Have not installed yet but way ahead of the others guys just in their response time.

First - they were supposed to replace two windows and only replaced one so they had to come back. The installer said the office would call that day to set up a new appointment. No call. I had to call them two weeks later. Made an appointment - it was supposed to be the first of the day to minimize the impact on my work schedule and I call 45 minutes after the installer is supposed to be here to find out he went to another job first and is delayed at least another half hour because he is having difficulty with that job.So - the quality of work is excellent, however communication with customers not so much.

Window installation was great but they can't get some products right now. Waited over 2 months for a door because we tried to shop local business. Finally had to get at Lowe's. Wil be installed in a week or two.

Maple City Glass had the best price to replace our picture window. It took a bit of time, but it was worth it as it was a custom sheet of glass was inspected to make sure the quality was good. When they showed up they were friendly and professional. They put up plastic to seal the rest of the house to save me from paying a mountain of a heating bill. They finished everything as quickly as possible on the inside so I could get to my class. When i got back, everything looked amazing. I would recommend them for any glass replacement and will likely come to them first when replacing some of windows that are part of the plan.

Even though I had previously good results with them, this last time was a disaster. I brought them a broken curio cabinet panel and the molding that went with it. Only half of the glass was there, so I brought the molding for them to take proper measurements and shape. Due to them not taking proper measurements to begin with,and the cutter not following them anyway, they messed it up three times. Now they're not returning my money because the first messed up one, I told them it was just 3/4in. too short. Soo, .my measurements,my mistake. If they just would of used that first attempt as a template and added 3/4 in. to the next one, it would have been perfect. Will not be returning!

I've ordered 3 or 4 times: replacement glass for a table top, new mirrors for RV cabinets, replacement glass for a door panel, replacement glass for basement window. Always very helpful with figuring out what I actually need. Quick service, if its something in stock I've picked it up the same day. Very clean and professional storefront, especially compared to some other glass shops I've seen.

We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Maple City Glass. They have replaced windshields, and repaired chips on our windshields. We also used them to replace the windows in our home. High quality replacement windows at an affordable price.

The people here are friendly and do a decent job. We've used them for home window glass replacement and car windshield replacement. We've also done a UHaul rental. We've had no complaints about their services.

This business lies, had someone come out and look at my window, which has a stress fracture, the window is less than a year old. The guy said he was going to replace it and he would call me if he needed measurements. Never received a call and they said they cannot replace it.

Just wanted to say thanks to the 2 workers that came out and fixed my Windows that had chips and no they weren't Lay's potato chips and no they weren't barbecue either they were Stone chips LOL thanks again Maple City Glass to thumbs up
