Washed my car today by hand as it used to be the cheapest. I noticed some inconsistencies with the machine today though. I thought it was glitching, but now I m thinking it was intentional. First off, I waited in line behind another car as the wash was a very busy Saturday. When I pulled in, I noticed the machine timer was still going. I tried hitting stop as to help out the people that had just pulled out and to stop the charges. No matter how many times I pressed the button to stop the timer and charges, it wouldn t respond. I ran my card through, and rather than the normal 4 minutes at $3 minimum, it gave me 7 minutes. Initially I thought, great! But that was more than I needed as I was just going to rinse off some mud. Anyways, went through and did what I could for my allotted 7 minutes until the timer ran out and the sprayer automatically shut off. It said $3 on the machine at the end of the wash too when I was finished. However my card statement just now read $10.Used to really like using this place but I don t appreciate dishonesty telling me that I will be charged one price and yet another is actually billed to my card. Next time I ll be using cash and I m upset enough now that I m considering never going back.

First time using the auto wash, and it takes money, but the machine doesn't turn on. I called the number on the wash, and left a voice mail, and still no call back, however it took $14.00 for a $6 dollar wash??? that didn't happen...

I have been coming here for years to have my vehicles washed. Its cost effective, gets the job done and doesnt have a GIANT line like other car washes in the area. Sometimes the machine gliches so i always try to bring cash.

HORRIBLE car wash. Total waste of money. Always use the one in Britton and it does a great job. This one left a ton of dirt and soap on the van. Air dryer did nothing to help either. Will not use this location again.

Selected and only got the 7.00 wash...one presoak one rinse one ultra shine and one spotfree rinse. My debit card was charged 10.00! RIP OFF!!!

I purchased a car wash and was charged for the most expensive wash. I am guessing they think many people won t pay attention but it s not acceptable.

Went on 6/720 first time. No instructions on how to use self wash. Swiped card twice and never did get a wash.
