I just bought my second car from Josh. They sell excellent cars and are very honest. I never leave feeling scammed. Honest, helpful, and kind people. Do not go anywhere else to buy a used car. Thank you for you help and will always purchase from Josh and Jerry Moore.

These guys go above and beyond to help you according to your needs. A special shout-out to Josh! He is an honest man. We are very grateful to have purchased our car from this dealership. I hope more places can implement their honest, clear, transparent, sincere, and simplistic approach. All of their cars are checked by mechanics! This place is a must!

Absolutely the best car dealer I have ever dealt with! Bought a car from them and I m very happy! We live out of town and Josh was the best from beginning to end! The car was so clean! Looked brand new and it was over 9 years old! It s going to be a great car for my daughter! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I are both unfortunate customers of this business. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot in December of 2021 and not only have I had to replace the ORIGINAL battery but I've also had to replace the ORIGINAL tires, put $900 into my tires (and according to the repair man, my car also will need other expensive under the hood work).My girlfriend, who got her car around the same time, has had to replace her tires, control arm and axle. We only drive the cars ten minutes to work and home and we end up with lemons that we got absolutely no deals on. Don't fall for the smile and "10% off" on the precision business next door. He's only giving you that 10% off because he knows he's giving you a lemon.Next time I'm buying from Clift or buying new. I've learned my lesson.

This place sucks.. they there going fixed something . Then give your car 4 hours later say it fixed.. mechanic can't even do spark plugs right or brakes . Old tires on there cars. There cheap on quality...

my car gave up on me and needed a new one asap! i went in friday morning and josh had me driving away in a new one by saturday morning (probably could have done it faster if it wasnt a busy fair week)! great service

Jerry Moore Auto Exchange is top notch! Our family alone has purchased 3 vehicles in the last 10 months. Great sales staff who are not pushy, are honest and try their best to get you into a vehicle that best fits your needs and budget. Definitely would like to recommend them if you're in the market for a good quality pre-owned vehicle.

In searching for a new "used" car, I almost missed Jerry Moore Used Cars. These people are helpful, honest, friendly and sincere in their dealings. Plus (a big one for me) they give a 3 month warranty on their used cars. They helped me find a beautiful car in my price range. So went from a 2005 Town & Country to a 2008 Saturn Vue - a gorgeous car. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

I m a very crass and cynical person when it comes to used car salesmen, but I have to say that Jerry and Josh are decent, honest, competent, and like others have said, do what they say they will . I truly believe they care about their customers and their reputation. After a long search in the area for a car, I would have never expected to be writing this about a car dealership (!), and I am neither being encouraged nor incentivized by anyone to write this.

I love my car and they went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase. I have made a few of my major trips planned in it so far and it's been great. Now my son is using it for driver's training class and loves it.
