Not only was my sales lady Jessy wonderful but Nathan and the rest of the service and parts team were also wonderful. My car had some minor things that needed taken care of and this team was nice, had things done quick and I had a loner car to use for work. I will definitely be going back for future car purchases. Thank you so much CR, you guys and gals rock!

Traded a my challenger in on a used Dodge Ram 1500. The process was quick and I dealt with Vince, who was fantastic. Super nice guy and we got a good deal done in a short amount of time. I'd do business with Vince again anytime.

I arrived a little early for regular service on my Pacifica the attendant got me checked in quickly. I went to the waiting room which was comfortable and checked some emails on my phone. I was just finishing and the attendant came and got me, telling me I was ready to go and all services had been completed and no other issues were found. 25 minutes I was out the door. Very friendly service department.

Excellent experience, I was able to bring my vehicle in within a week of calling. Other dealerships could not see me for over a month. Repair was done under warranty, even though I thought the warranty had expired. Nice to have an honest experience. We will be purchasing our next vehicle here based off of this. Quality service care goes a long way, and this definitely sold us.

Phenomenal service all the way around. I has been shopping at a different dealer for decades no longer! There is no reason to go anywhere else! If you need a vehicle, go see Josh right away! He saved me TENS of thousands of dollars over other dealers for exactly the same vehicle! The service department is one of the best around as well. Again, No reason to go anywhere else! The service department is the best in the state!

He s taken care of all my Dodge/Jeep/Ram vehicles for over two decades. I appreciate all the help they ve given over the years. They re the only people I go to.

Another great CR Service experience. Cecile and the CR service team had us right from the first phone call. Needing tires, she text several, very understandable estimates that led us to a confident choice. Dropped off our van, got a ride to work with their curiosity shuttle. Friendly service from driver, B. Received a call when the job was complete and everything was in order. Called for a pick up from work, Cecile picked me up personally . No surprises at payment. All this amazing service continued through a obstacle of their dealership having to handle circumstances out of their control. When getting service these days can be such a headache, CR takes the worry out and treats you respectfully. Thank you, again! See you next time!

Thanks to our lube tech, Cameron Wells for the oil change, tire rotation and thorough inspection which will help us prioritize future maintenance and repairs. The scheduling and payment process was easy, as well. Great value and great experience!!!

Just purchased a new Hornet from Just Drive with Jess. All I can say is Wow! Her knowledge, professionalism and the ease that she made buying a new vehicle was outstanding. There was absolutely no pressure or anxiety about the process from start to finish. I got everything I asked for and more. I highly recommend seeing her for all of your future purchases. You will not leave disappointed.

I was having problems with my 2005 crysler 300 something was rattling under the hood I'm not a car person and don't pretend to be one and needed to get it looked at and so I took it to CR chrysler dodge and ram of adrian becuz i had them put a new transmission in my car last year and they did such an amazing job last time with great prices friendly customer service Fast but thorough work that made me want to bring my business back. this time AS ALWAYS they got my car in and out found the problem, my heat shield fell down fixed it and got me back on the road.Obviously that's nothing big at all maybe a few screws or what not but they didn't even charge me. That just shows so much about how they treat there customers they could of charged me but said it was on them. How kind it really made my day.I will continue coming back.Thanks guysZachary H.

Absolutely would give this place 0 out of 5 if it was possible.I went into service to seek some answers/ prices on service for my vehicle. . I know what is going on with my vehicle, I know exactly what I wanted done to it, again, just looking for some answers.But was treated like I was some idiot. The customer service here is appalling. Instead of listening to me and letting me show the codes that I have already had read on my vehicle I was told I can either pay the $280 to diagnose something I have already diagnosed or take it somewhere else. Will never return. I have been a service advisor before and that is NOT how I would have treated my customers.Lost a customer before you could even gain one.

I ve been a customer for over 20 years. I had them do everything from a new motor to routine maintenance, on the 7 autos that I ve purchased. Unfortunately I keep getting the same excuses. The person you talked to doesn t work here any more, and he/ she didn t know what they were talking about. That s why they aren t here any longer. So I just have to pay the bill. I am done.

Even though it took some time to get my truck repaired. Cause was parts on backorder. A situation out of their control. Once parts came in, and there where a lot of parts involved in this recall repair, they fixed my truck in a very timely manner. As if it never even happened. Thank you Jake and Chris for your dogged pursuit in getting my truck back on the road.

I can t say enough about the great experience I had at CR Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Adrian the last two days and I ended up buying a new 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Everyone there was super nice, especially my salesperson Jess Linser. She is an incredible salesperson, no pressure at all but she works so hard and had a smile on her face the whole time.I highly recommend Jess to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle.

I contacted Jake at CR about a vehicle purchase and he was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and professional. I made the 2 hour drive up the next morning and was able to drive away with my new vehicle. He made the process easy, and kept me updated with everything.

They were able to diagnose the issue with my 2014 Dodge when another shop wasn t able to do it. I found Nate to be honest and helpful with keeping me up to date with the repair.

I've bought 3 used car from dealership over the years. It's usually a unpleasant experience with shady characters and last minute extra charges. Tom the sales guy and Taylor the document and financing person were not like that at all. Very straightforward and no hidden fees. Ended up with a nice used car, extended warranty and good financing.
