People here are very helpful. I came from another state to buy the vehicle, super easy to communicate thru the phone. No hassles and very straight forward about the price. Thanks to Jack, very fun and easy to talk to. Made the whole process of purchasing easy and welcoming. Will definitely come back again if need a new Ford.

My car sellsman, Jacob was very helpful, he keep me informed and he stayed on top of my truck order. He provided me with text messages, calls and email updates. It was great working with him. Overall Bell Ford workers and finance department was helpful and keep the line of communication open at all times. Great dealership to work with and buy from.

Nice place, small show room and dated a bit. Small service area when talking with the service advisor. It's a small town Ford Dealer that's for sure. Really nice people very helpful and friendly. Beware if you bought your car elsewhere they will NOT give you a loaner if you have them do service to your vehicle. That's a bummer.

Once again I'm very happy with getting a new car from Bell Ford. This is my third leased vehicle from them and my second Edge. I really like this 2024 Edge! Beth Noden is my salesperson for all three cars and has always been so easy to work with and makes the entire process enjoyable. She's very experienced and knowledgeable and can guide you through the process without any pressure.Their service department is top notch and very friendly too. I highly recommend Bell Ford for your next vehicle!

I recently purchased a Shelby GT350 from this dealership and let me tell you it was an amazing and unforgettable experience!Originally, I was looking at multiple different options in the current market in various states. I called in and spoke to Jack for my initial conversation about getting some more photos and extremely specific/detailed videos of the car before I decided to make an offer. Both Jack and Ed were fantastic with their customer service and extremely quick with sending me all the information I requested with no hassle whatsoever.After I decided to weigh my options and make an offer on the car, Ed was more than happy to work with me on the price and gave me a final price with ZERO shady additional fees. Sent all the forms overnight to my home out of state with no issues for me to sign. Then when I decided I wanted to fly in and pick up the car myself, Ed even set up a concierge service to pick me up from the airport as well. Even the driver himself, Dale, was quite a stand up guy and enjoyed every minute of the drive back to the dealership.Couldn t be more happy with the service they ve provided me from start to finish. Amazing team and customer service, definitely one of the best experiences I ve had in my life while purchasing a vehicle. Will definitely be sending anyone I know in the market for a car here first!

Just leased a new Mach E from Lou Graf at this dealership. Lou is a stand up guy with no games played and no B.S., just helpful information. This is the third vehicle that Lou has helped me purchase over the years and the second Mach E. My first generation Mach E had some initial teething issues, but Ford stood behind everything, and Bell Ford s service folks have been outstanding. Highly recommended.

Purchased a used F350 here over the weekend. Jack V. made the experience great. He was friendly and easy to talk to. The manager offered a reasonable price on our trade-in vehicle. Where were given great options for purchasing a warranty. All the staff we interacted with were warm & welcoming.They even snuck a gift into the truck after everything was completed and we were ready to leave. Totally thrilled my husband!Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and check out their inventory for any future vehicle purchases we might make. It was about an hour drive for us from NW Jackson cty, but worth it.

I had a great experience buying my 2016 Chevy Equinox with Lou at Bell Ford. Excellence on attending, answering questions and great pro-activity on preparing different scenarios of payments (48, 60, 72), as well as adding and removing extended warranty numbers. That was awesome. I say and checked the car, got a test drive, and got all the paper work done in less than three hours. I got the car in the same day.Unfortunately I got a small issue with the car one day later, but it was totally taken care of by Ed (Ford Bell Service Team). Car is back to my hands, working fine, no issues at all. Again, excellence in after-sales Service. I totally recommend this Dealer!

Ordered a Maverick and began the long wait. Out of the blue I got a call from Jim, my salesman saying that someone backed out of a deal and offered me the truck, I gladly took him up on that. Jim was a pleasure to work with and will be back to see him for our next vehicle!

I initially inquired about a 2500 Sierra on Nov 10th. I was told a few days later it was in service. Fast forward to Dec 9th. It's still waiting on service.. As a fleet GMC Sierra owner (5 trucks) , let me recommend to you that if you have a vehicle listed for sale, make sure it's AVAILABLE for sale, not just to VIEW it because i'm coming from 45 minutes away. Jack V. doesnt seem interested in selling the truck. All I get are prescripted emails with no update.Less than stellar customer service.

Thanks to Austin Bulgarella, Sales Consultant, for getting us through the purchase of our 2020 Ford Explorer. We had just spent months searching for a vehicle and thought we were done until an accident totalled our 2022 Pathfinder which put us back in the buyer position. We walked in knowing what we needed in a vehicle and Austin listened to our requests, answered our questions and was very accommodating. He was professional in every step of the process. I'm loving my ride! One negative was D. Callahan who is the Delaer agent and offers all the extras...GAP, Warranties, etc. He was pleasant and fully engaged until we said no thank you to the extras. After that he didnt speak except to say-sign here. Oh and remind us of the accident that put us in the position to purchase, while adding some passive-aggressive unhelpful comment in regard to what we were saying no to.I mean-we are buying a whole vehicle from your dealership...you could at least remain consistently engaged with the customer until they walk away. Not my idea of professionalism- it was an unfortunate end to an otherwise good experience. But thanks again Austin for carrying the weight on that sale. Someone please reach out to D Callahan to provide some constructive correction on his people skills.

My salesman, Jeremy, found me the truck I wanted and was able to get me into the payment range I needed. I never once felt pressured and the atmosphere & experience in general was relaxing and fun. Every person I encountered was happy and smiling. Bell Ford will continue to get my business and I will recommend them to my friends and family!

Greg Bell Ford has earned a 0 of 5 stars. I purchased my Bronco Sport from Greg Bell Ford. It all started after having my oil changed for the first time. A few months later I took my Sport to another dealer for the second oil change. The new Ford Dealership informed me that the oil change could not take place because the threads on the oil pan were cross threaded and damaged. They recommended returning the car to Bell Ford to fix it in order to be reimbursed for damages. Bell Ford told me they would not be able to service my car for three weeks and would not order the needed part because they insisted on seeing that the threads were truly cross-threaded. I asked to speak with the manager to see if he would be willing to work out a more feasible solution to avoid making multiple trips to resolve the issue because I had previously moved an hour and half away. I was told that the manager was not on the premises. I then spoke with a salesman and was told they would be able to service my car first thing Friday morning.Upon arrival the man at the service department told me I didn t have an appointment and were rude and condescending when I explained my issue. Eventually, they said they would squeeze me in and I was given a loaner car for two weeks while they waited to receive the part and fix the problem. Now, due for my next oil change, I opted to have my boyfriend change the oil for me. When he got under the car, not only was the front heat shield missing, there was a wrench still attached to my car!

Found a beautiful F-150 online at Bell Ford. Living in Indiana they made it easy to work a deal via texts, emails, and calls. Jackie Vetitoe answered all my questions and made for an easy and no pressure sale experience. I will definitely look to them for future purchases.

My salesmen, Jeremy, was, as always, very friendly and professional. He is knowledgable of the product, a 2023 Ford F150 in this case We have been dealing with this ford dealer for years and do not recall any bad experiences. They got us out early from a lease we were going to be over on miles and put me in a new truck with very little change in monthly payment. Very satisfied.

I would give zero stars if I could.My vehicle was an overnight drop off from an appointment made a few weeks prior. The issue my car is having is very specific and does not always happen, therefore we knew it was possible that there would not be a fix. However, your service advisor Josh did not call to confirm that my car was written up, looked at or even ready for pickup. Every single communication was initiated by my husband and he had to make multiple follow up calls when his calls weren t returned.At the end of day 2, we were frustrated by Joshua s lack of communication and let him know that we would pick our car up and try again another time. Joshua then proceeded to tell my husband that he was going to waive the diagnostic fee. No. This was a warranty claim. When my husband called him on that, he insisted that he told my husband that there would be a diagnostic fee. Again, no. You never even called.My husband asked Joshua to verify that our keyless entry worked as we ve never used it and didn t want to lock our only key in the car with no way to get in as we were picking up after hours. My husband then had to call back again because again, Joshua did not verify and call back. When my husband was able to talk to him, Joshua said our keyless entry was not working. My husband then asked that our car be left unlocked with a key hidden. Joshua agreed. When we came to pick up after hours, no surprise to us that our car was left unlocked WITHOUT A KEY. We then had to leave the car unsecured overnight in your lot as we had no idea what he d done with our key.My husband had to call Joshua on day 3, well in to business hours, to ask him why he did not leave our key for us. He was told that leaving a key in an unlocked car was against policy. That s fine. BUT he had no problem leaving my car unsecured overnight and LIED that we would be able to pick the car up.My husband insisted that they deliver the car to us, which they did. We checked the keyless entry. It works. Another lie by Joshua.If you want no communication, lies and frustration. This is the dealership for you. Things like this give dealerships a bad name. Do better.

Recently bought by 2nd car from Bell Ford in Adrian. I purchased a brand new Escape in 2011 and more recently a 2021 Explorer. The service and salesmanship is very good. I've never felt pressured or rushed in any decision. They've always allowed me to test drive several times and address any issues I've found with the cars. Austin Bulgarella was our last salesman and he was attentive during and after the sale. Very happy with my purchases and Bell's service.

From the sales department to the service department, I highly recommend this dealership. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past and I will buy my future vehicles from them. The service department has been very easy to work with. From simple oil changes to recall or warranty work, they have been always straightforward and on time. If there are going to be any delays, they will contact you and explain the issue.

Now I am not too happy with how there is such a shortage of Mavericks, but Bell Ford and their amazing service was able to locate one for me and give me a very fair price that I could not refuse. They were very ethical and even had great patience with my wife and I. I had the best of help and they even set an estimated time of how long the process would take. It was simple straight forward and they even honored my x-plan. If they continue to treat both my wife and I the same way they did this past experience I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I am posting this review on behalf of my father, Bert, who had an excellent Bell Ford experience with Henry Atkin and the Service Department last Thursday. My dad had his F-150 all packed for an 19 hour drive to Florida and woke up to a dead battery that couldn t be jumped. Henry not only sent a tow truck to help my elderly father, he had my dad s truck added on to an already packed schedule and fixed it the same day! The truck rode great all the way to FL the next day. Thank you Henry and the Service Department for the exceptional customer service!!

Brought my Shelby here for routine service:-oil change-coolant flush-brake fluid change- alignment-inspection of noise coming from what sounded like the drive trainIn two days all that was completed was the fluids portion as the service write up stated suspension and rear diff are heavily modified. Which is humorous seeing that I replaced lower control arms, upper control arm, and Panhard bar to correct the issues I found, so no, it s not heavily modified.No diagnosis on the drive train issue and no alignment was done. Ironically enough I drove the car to another non dealership in Adrian, alignment was done in 20 minutes, suspension was corrected, noise was found. I wanted to give bell another chance but yet again was let down and wholeheartedly disappointed. Don t take your vehicle here if you want services performed.
