My battery died in the cold weather. I was able to get a jump and drive there. Jesse braved the cold and installed the new one. That was very helpful.

I needed new batteries for my key fob so the man found them in the store and he changed both of them for me .very nice

Went here for years and there is a reason. Pretty knowledgeable and good prices. Customer service is top notch. Just got two new Die Hard batteries there for my diesel. Definitely recommend

Clean facility and friendly staff. I had to get get oil for my car for a oil change. I would recommend this place.

I have used this store for yrs but it seems as time goes on the night time guys want to talk like they know cars but they don't but overall they are a good store and mostly knowledgeable people

I called this company on a Sunday evening (after hours). I have a rental with sewage that had backed up in my basement. Vince answered the call, and said he d be on site at the property in 45 minutes. Once on site he fixed the issue, but notified me that I could of have a bigger issue in regards to the drain from the basement to the road. Vince offered his camera service (which I highly recommend if you have continued issues) and seen I had a few major problems in my line. Once the problem was assessed, he gave me multiple contacts of companies that do replacement lines. I will always use a company who is honest, along with providing the customer with solutions to their problem. This is a five star company and would never use anyone else.

These people know their stuff. Their stock is good, and if they don't carry the items, they will find it.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Tried multiple times 20-30 minutes apart and no answer. Mid day during business hours. I know it can get busy sometimes, but no answer for almost 30 mins. Seems like they are not well managed and under staffed

I used to work here and can honestly say you will find the best car knowledge in this place. Most of their staff have years and years of car repair knowledge. They also have the fastest order times I've ever seen. Like many have siad, if it's not there then it will be the next day. Don't listen to the people who have them one star based on bad knowledge. They obviously didn't look up the right parts on the website.

really would have been nice if Adrian's advance store would post the correct hours on Christmas eve open until 4pm only to have placed an online order for pickup to find out that I had just wasted my time and gas and a 2 day set back on my project because someone had changed the hours back to noon instead of 4 thanks guy's I really appreciated wasting my time should have posted hour change on your web site too jerks! I have been a loyal customer for years!

I have been shopping at this store for years; I do a lot of my own car repairs. The staff are terrific, particularly Ben. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can even send my wife in to pick up a part and they help her without making her feel stupid.

On December 17, 2013, I bought a battery at the Adrian, Michigan store. Benjamin was behind the counter. He actually said "Welcome" as I approached, then proceeded to deliver the friendliest, most sincere customer service I've ever experienced at an auto parts store and - possibly - anywhere.I mentioned that my wife (who was waiting in the car) was in a bit of a hurry to pick up one of our kids. He found the battery I needed very quickly and had me on my way in no time. When I came back with my core about 20 minutes later, he asked if my wife was able to make it to her appointment on time! Holy cow!After I shook his hand and thanked him, Benjamin wished me a Merry Christmas, as he had several other customers before me. (I watched him provide the same high level of service to the two people in front of me.)For me, car trouble is a tremendous pain, but when I encounter someone like Benjamin who provides a solution in such a positive way, it's almost worth the inconvenience. Outstanding job, Benjamin! I will be telling my friends to visit your store. Merry Christmas to you, too!

Great place to go for auto parts of all kinds. Also sells many parts for motorcycles and other vehicles. The employees are above average and very helpful. You can also dispose of your old motor oil in this facility.

I needed parts for my wife's vehicle and Advance happened to have them in stock. Plus they offered me a 20% off coupon. I saved money and got her vehicle ready for winter.

Friendly, knowledgeable and always seem to have (or will have next-day) the right part the first time. When I need parts I drive an extra 25 minutes (round-trip) past three other parts stores to go here... because I only have to do it once.

Just like the man said, one of better parts stores around. Guys don't get enough credit that do work there and quite frankly there the last auto parts store to close right in this pandemic. At least another hour longer they stay open then autozone. That's nice to have when darkness settles around 9:40 ISH...

I give no stars cause that's what they deserve when they sell you something that has no warranty. They sold my wife an expensive blower motor for an 04 Sebring. But im out of pocket for $68.89. They could of returned it but they didn't want to help a customer save money and time . Because my car still don't have heat and now am missing work over it . Just sucks cause it's a waste of money for something I never even needed. Save your time and not shop there .

I have been going to Advance Auto Parts in Adrian for about 10 years. I have, without fail, been able to find all of the parts I have needed for any of my vehicles. The technical assistance has been correct and maybe not what I wanted to hear it was accurate. I have made it my policy that no matter where I am, and I've been in more than a few states, that any time I need a part, I find an Advance Auto Part store.

It is the preferred place where many auto shop mechanics go... As i had a mechanic friend who wouldn't go anywhere else, especially when it came to getting the right part. As some auto stores don't always give you the correct part.

Worst store to go to. any other advanced is a much better option. the people are the problem, managers especially.

They seem to be knowledgeable but the service was painfully slow. There was a line of 4 people behind me and I watched others who walked out after waiting for 10 minutes or more.
