Arrived for a MA State inspection Thursday 10/12/23 and told to come back another day by owner. Friday 10/13/23 returned and told I needed a tie rod. I was a little suspicious since my car was never put on a lift to check. Took vehicle home, put on jack stands, pulled tires and checked tie rods. Nice and tight the way they were designed... no play at all.Returned 3rd time and politely stated tie rods inspected and are good.Told by owner to take my business to another shop. I did and Passed with MA State inspection sticker.

Very honest, and fair! Great service and I can always rely on my car being done right!. I don't let just anyone touch my car, I'm very picky. And as a female its great to have someone I can trust and who won't take advantage of me. Always get my car inspection sticker here. All of the guys are nice. I sit in the Dunkin next door while I wait. Can t always get them via phone, but easy to stop in. Fast & efficient!

My wife and her family have used this garage for years, and I needed new tires and an inspection sticker, so I came here. Now I see why they keep coming back! Regional Tire & Service was extremely professional and they found a great deal on tires in my size with a reputable brand. I'm a single woman that knows nothing about cars. I've definitely experienced other places trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but not anymore because I'll keep with Regional forever! I find Jeff and his team to be honest, trustworthy, timely and knowledgeable. Just last night I needed to get my car towed and I'm so glad I chose Regional to bring it to. My car was done before morning coffee break and I was pleasantly surprised by the fix. It is likely that some other shops would have upcharged or claimed I needed more than I did, but you'll never find that here. When I was told what was wrong with my car, I didn't have to call around or get other opinions. Trust is a beautiful thing to have with your local shop and I greatly appreciate it!

I ve been an ASE technician with an emissions license about 8 years ago. Finding a good, honest, quality shop is hard to find! I ve been loyal here for a couple of years after all the other shops around kept screwing up. This shop has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Never ever once had an issue. They are priced way below anywhere else, and the jobs are always done proper, timely and without selling me anything my cars/trucks don t need. I recommended this shop to friends and family from Boston, it s well worth it. Jeff and his team are FANTASTIC. He's one of the most honest people I've ever met. He'll never recommend unnecessary work and will even ask how much longer you'll be driving the car to determine what you should do (e.g. which tires to get, which repairs are necessary). Have been going there for 10 years and I highly recommend!

How many auto repair facilities do you trust 100%? This is one that you can!They have been taking care of our cars for years without any issue at all. When the dealer did some warranty work on our Honda and came up with a list of over $1,000 worth of needed repairs, I took it to Regional and they checked everything out. Not one of the issues needed work, not one! The ball joint that was claimed in need of replacement is still there and operating nicely 100,000 miles later.Their pricing is good and they meet the schedule they give you each and every time.

After having bad experiences with other mechanics I started taking my car here on the recommendation of some friends and family and I ve never been happier, fast and affordable, and honest work. I appreciate this business a lot and would recommend them to anyone!

This is the only shop I trust. I've had many bad experiences with other auto repair shops that rip customers off. For example, I have gone to other places that end up charging you over $1000 for a break job. They replace parts that don't even need to be replaced. Jeff and his staff care for the vehicle as if it were their own. Sometimes they even throw in complimentary services that you wouldn't expect! Bottom line is they go above and beyond and I trust them 100%.
